crushes: Arci Muñoz

Mukhang matagal na ko di nagsusulat tungkol sa mga crushes ko. hehe Old geezer me! Pero di ibig sabihin siya na yun pinakamaganda Filipina all time. Marami pa diyan, at yes, di pa kasama yun mga classic pinay beauty. Nauna lang siya kasi bwisit na commercial sa channel 2 tungkol dun sa bagong show niya. Channel 2 na pala siya. Kakatawa kasi one of the reason I'm sometimes surfing sa channel 5 eh dahil sa kanya. Sad that she transferred. =(

First I saw her, ah isang show sa TV 5 dati, and always just looking at that almost perfect spanish face. Lagi din naman namiss ko kung ano pangalan niya. Then, thanks sa google, I found her name! Ramona Cecilia Datuin Muñoz is her real name and it sounds, very, I mean very old school pre. =) Great thing may screen name siya.

Ang nakakagulat sa kanya, well besides na matangkad, maputi and that well, spanish face, which is almost perfect eh she sings in a hardcore metal band called Philia. I hope I can see one of their gigs. It's like a different side or parang kakashock na ganun ang trip niya! I mean, it's rare that those kind of beautiful women well loves that kind of music. Anyway, other than that, I can say she can act. I watched one of her episodes, yun show ni Derek Ramsey in TV5, ibang show to. I forgot that freaking show. Ah! Action show na parang detective tong si Derek, Arci playing sort of wife ata that looking for her missing hubby. I mean she is not only looks great as a simple wife pero yun acting na medyo lost siya because of what happened, eh pwede na. Well, I was suprised she's a graduate of UP ata, or at least nagaral sa UP. Cool! Then add mo pa ang singing talent. I was also surprised that she was with GMA dati! I did not really notice that. Grabe ang GMA 7, they collect all the great looks talaga. Magaling magscreening. hehe

Well, there are things I'm worried siyempre sa career niya. First, as much she is very talented, di naman siya exposed in other media. I hope she has at least commercials or print model. She can a model nga without really acting because of that great looks. Also, nothing against Philia, but yes, more gigs or exposure kasi she can well, forget the option of exposure sa modelling then just stick with this band thing as she is enjoying it. 

Darn, eto talaga sayang, sana sumali siya sa mga beauty pageants. I'm reading some of the news about her, and sayang,  over the age limit na siya. I mean, her presence at dating eh may chance di lang manalo kung hindi better represent our country sa international competitions! Di lang siya, maraming artista na kala nila walang dating sa pageant pero naisip ko, mas bagay sila sa ganun. 
Most important thing as well, she needs to do... Appear in movies! Well, I saw her that cooking movie, no offense pero I hope she just appeared in other movies. That's how bad that movie is and I just stayed because she's into it. hahaha Sorry. 

Pero di naman niya kasalanan kung bakit di siya kilala masyado. I mostly blame her manager, and ehem mukhang kilala pala ang manager na yun. 

Anyway, nakakabighani talaga siya and I just hope for the best! May pagkacomedy din siya ha. I mean I saw an ad sa isang mall about a beauty clinic and siya yun model.. There was like a before and after phase, at tinignan ko mabuti, para naman walang nagbago. hahaha I mean before, although may kaunting blemishes pero yun after pic niya, parang wala naman nagbago. Grabe, with no make up?! Maganda pa din siya. Funny ad. hehe

I stayed looking that ad for couple of minutes and left..

What a beautiful lady indeed! =) Arci, nice yet weird nick name. Parang softdrinks lang!

I hope she won't quit acting. 

Crushes: Eva Green

Go and watch the Dreamers! Hahaha That’s it. Done, end of story!  

Next crush is.. Kidding. The first time I saw here was in 007’s Casino Royale. The first glance at her, I was mesmerized not only with that almost perfect European looks but also how she acts elegant. I mean of course, they are many better actresses who can really act, but for her, just the right actress fit in her beauty. Simply, timeless, elegant beauty. Any movie you put her, it's just there is already a draw to her that breathtaking aura. 

Of course, why you wouldn't be attracted to that very bright skin matched with that very perfect round eyes, don't forget her green colored eyes! Model figure from top to bottom and indeed, european beauty at it's finest. Wow, even the movie the perfect sense, despite it's a quite not good movie, I just stared at her all the scenes she's at it and I'm fine. Movie is good! How about the 300: Rise of the Empire? I mean, despite all the shortcomings of the film, she saved it because of her ferocious, beautiful and deadly character! The movie passed to me. Without her, I'll damn curse that film.  

Definitely, after Casino Royale, I searched which are the other films she had done and one film you shouldn't miss.. The Dreamers! This film, well quite controversial not to it's story, or even the cast, but around 60-70% of the running time, you'll see all the actors naked. Bared naked. Yes, that includes Eva Green. My favorite line in the film, "I have no hands.." Oh yeah.. Then yes, feast your eyes in every angle of Eva. Damn.. To tell you the truth, of course, you will watch this film and view as a soft porn flick which as I focused to her, I was indeed, well not aroused or got titilated of sorts. Honestly, I just really stared at her. Real look to her not only her body but as a whole. Such a beautiful actress. Indeed, if I have a list of top ten beautiful actresses in films all time, she is already one of them. Such a lovely sight. I just sigh and darn.. 

Of course, nobody's perfect. As for her, I have no qualms to her well, she can do modelling than acting and I think she can still stood out to other supermodels now and then.. One thing really bothers me at her career. One example, last year.. She appeared in two films, as I know, one is 300 and Sin City 2. Both of them, well she looks great at the roles she acted but the films were not really good critically or worse for Sin City 2, it flopped big time. Dark Shadows didn't do good, or even perfect sense. Oh there is one film I haven't watched, the one with Shailene Woodley, but I think and what I read, it's a good film. What I'm saying is when I checkd her filmography, most of the films she's into, were kinda not good. 

I loved Casino Royale and she's perfect for the role but other than that, I don't know which other film that not only she done great but the film is great.  I heard she is doing good at penny dreadful so I suggest in her next film, for a time being, go for films that she'll not be required to show skin or go nude. I mean she can act, she done that in Casino Royale and Kingdom of heaven, Golden Compass. I hope she'll do more of that. If she needs to change her manager, then do it! Hansel and Gretel witch hunters I think is great if she just accepted that role.. Hmmmm Maybe go get indie flicks perhaps or british films, french films.. By the way, she's french which she doesn't look like one.. I can say she's ehem sorry to Marion and Audrey, Lea Seydoux and her partner in blue in the warmest color, or even other french actresses.. Eva Green is the most beautiful french actress for me. Ever! 

So, that's it, I know it's only one flaw but it will help her a lot if she just get more good roles, or be cast in good films. Other than that..

crushes: Ayase Haruka

As my admiration with Japan grows, the country, culture or even "kawaii" and some weird stuff they make, it all started when I'm watching tv shows, reading news and especially looking their films. Well, while watching one of the films, Ichi for example, a blind woman who has a particular deadly sword skills, I was just staring at this girl. She looks poorly dressed but she has that beautiful face in some scenes and shots. 

After watching it, I searched google and I just shouted wow! She's the bomb! hahaha Then that's the time, I kinda addicted to watch her films, whatever role she is. I'm lucky to watch one at Eiga Sai in her FA role in happy flight. She played it fun and kinda dumb but she definitely can work as FA with that looks and radiant face. 

Then some of her films despite supporting or leading role, I kinda followed and can't imagine that face of a real japanese beauty. Just the right tone skin plus round eyes with I think she has perfect lips and I love her in short hair like in the movie cyborg she. She looks good even less or without make up. Looks great in a kimono and she has that look of sophistication and demure if that's the right word. Her body? Simply perfectly curvy, perfect from her previous work as Gravure model! hahaha Great thing she did not go to well, the JAV route.  Compare other east asian or even some hollywood actresses,  I'll choose her! 

Of course, she is not perfect. I mean acting wise, she needs to do more of mature roles. Besides she is getting old but thanks to her looks she can do young roles. But compare to her contemporaries like Hirosue, Nakama or even other younger actresses who can do much, she needs to improve her acting or get roles that will make her grow. Hmmm I just don't like the shape of her nose. I don't know why. hehe Another thing, actually this is  for all beautiful and great japanese actresses, they just need to learn english to get international stardom or success. I mean I'll put them than chinese or korean actresses who can speak english because they are more beautiful in the screen. For example Memoirs of a Geisha, other than Zhang Ziyi, I'll just put Haruka instead if she can only speak english. Geez.

For now, I just have a big crush of this lady. Interesting to see a beautiful actress on screen, even just staring and don't care what is she talking about. hahaha Beautiful..

crushes: Saoirse Ronan

I always see her name in british films, not a lot but for the big ones. Namely the first I saw was Atonement. Despite that film's well depressing and slow mood, and you have 2 beautiful looking lead stars, I kinda focused to her. 

Until now, I don't know how to really pronounce her name, Saoirse? I looked at wiki and her name says it means freedom, and she pronounce it as Irish Sir-sha.. Huh? 

I don't care. =) I kinda followed her in other films, notably Hanna. Despite a very thin figure at that film due to her stunts, running and fighting.. Include of course, that her role in the film to be deadly, she still delivered that innocent teenager image. She stand out in that film besides Eric Bana and Cate Blanchett. I was focused of course, in her angelic face, immaculate complexion, and one of the most beautiful blue eyes I saw in an actress.. Ever.. Wow, that made me like get more films that has her on it. 

Although not complete yet, I already have byzantium, the host, How I live Now, Violet and Daisy then I should get The Lovely Bones,  and even critically panned The host! 

What is the great thing about her, despite her great looks, her acting shows first in the film then her looks leaves you a stamp in your mind that I should follow her. hahaha Her acting so versitile, that you can agree with her role like in Violet and Daisy. She is a teenager assasin despite the film's kinda lack of action, when her scenes come out, I do understand her role as a struggling teenager enjoying her teenage life at the same time, need to do her work as a killer. She's speaking american accent at the same time. Wow from thick Irish accent, then switching to american accent, that's very difficult. 

Despite almost perfect actress she is now, I just want her to improve in two things. I know she is just 19 but I hope she will look more built. I mean I don't like seeing her end up like Keira that very thin that you might end up thinking she is sick. I don't want her end up like that, as her most films suggest. So I hope she'll bulk not a lot, but just right. Another one, get more films that have a light tone, not the Host. hehe But comedy, or light story well there is one, The Grand Budapest Hotel. I hope she'll do more of it and it will help her not only financially, maybe artistically, Rom-Com will be good for her. One example, hmmmm About time, Rachel Mcadams is such a miscast there, Saoirse should be the one there to make the good movie into a great one. 

Well, with all this features she has and great thing almost no intrigues about her life, she will become one of the best actress in years to come. I am fond of few british actresses, and she is one that I really love. 
Until now, hmmm how can I call her? Or shout her name?

Crushes: Jennifer Lawrence

Well we have all and a normal thing to have a crush to somebody. Whether a fan or simply we are glued our eyes to that specific person. Definitely maybe its more than the looks, or simply that person captivates you through her work or personality. Admiration, inspiration, or anything that keeps you going for this person. Believing that she has more good traits than the bad ones. This one type of blog is all about that. Yes, all of them are women. Hehe Let's get started!

When did I first saw her? Hmmmm just in the movie sites and blogs. Yeah winter's bone! Although I haven't watch it fully.. I saw glimpses of it and I must say despite she looks quite dirty an poor in that film, she's a beauty. Xmen first class came to theaters, looking forward to two things. How the xmen prequel works and how JLaw looks in being mystique. Damn she's hot!

Hunger games came and I must say she's showing more than her beauty but physically capable of doing action and leading the film as well. I love her in that dark hair mode. =) she delivered a great performance!

Lastly, the reason why she is getting all the fame now was the performance of a lifetime in Silver Linings Playbook. She was able to show everything that she can do. Im still guessing that her character there has bipolar. She was funny, scary, seductive and most of all.. Very vulnerable to love. Plus she can dance a little. She done all that in one swing and gave her an Oscar!

Damn those blue piercing eyes that is very captivating. Despite not having that perfect body, well she has curves and its not really bad! She's still hot. Hehe

At her very young age, she already done great as an actress and she'llshe'll do more in the future as long she keep toes in doing indie flicks. I still love her in dark hair than in blonde mode.

Not perfect though. She's quite brash in interviews. Like there was one interview that she was saying that fireman was more lucky than being an actress. I read that article and its just her way of thinking for this job which more difficult than other jobs. Others might perceive her arrogant in some way. But I hope she does good interviews and be careful next time.

About her figure, I think its a good thing she promotes natural figure than starving to death to look thin on screen. Well she just need to be consistent about that. Maybe the roles she's getting are kinda up and down about her figure. She is voluptuous in xmen first class then in silver linings, she quite thin. Hunger games is just fine and fit for her. Winter's bone well its a demand for her role to be like that. My point is, she just need to show an image that how she looks really. Everytime I remember her face..

Even that serious look of hers. She is still lovely especially now for american hustle, damn she is indeed a beauty from the 70's!!

Indeed I have a crush on her. Sigh..
