Captain America: Civil War

Most of us got disappointed with BvS, I know some still prefer that film but for me..
Due to that disappointment, I felt I need to get satisfied with this film. Oh boy, I got really satisfied! I want to thank BvS for such a failure and able to watch this film! hehe If BvS was great, then I would have passed this great superhero flick.

3 things I want to discuss first that I hoped they were able to improve. But it doesn't mean it really affected the film. First, I hope they extended the story behind the serum of Cap. I mean, after they said that it won't be duplicated, in the film itself, it shown that it was duplicated. Damn, they did not explain how that was possible?! Another thing, although Daniel Bruhl did a great job for the plan on how to fight the Avengers altogether.. I hope that being Zemo was like in the described in the comics of sorts. But he's like an ordinary but skilled soldier. I hope he have that purple hood at least. Well for film fans they won't bother this fact but yeah, it bothered me a bit. I hope by the way crossbones was that last main villain, cool armor he has! But oh well, finished early.


Last thing, there were rumors that a hero will die in this film. Well, many died or many relatives to the superhero died but not one major active hero died in the film. Sorry for the spoilers. I thought War Machine will die or the Winter Soldier but oh well, not now. hehe It's fun that nobody died but it will give some depth if Cap died or War Machine died, this like that. BvS did that but failed. hehe I hope as well, those super soldiers that Nemo killed, I hope they fought even one of them. Nemo said and it was shown, one of them are stronger than Winter Soldier. That was scary!!!
How this become a great superhero flick? Way better than Avengers 2 and Winter Soldier! First, the screenplay was written great! It made sense, despite the changes they made from the comics. I did not read the comics itself but the story they made, it's quite believable and full of twist and turns until the last arc. I love how they wrote the story why they need to regulate the Avengers and the side stories on how the teams were assembled and recruited. I love why both Cap and Iron Man fought!
Second, wow, the action sequences made, it's like combined bourne with superhero powers! Remove their superhero abilities, it's a great action flick. Add those superhero abilities, it became way awesome! From the first action sequences, the car chase scene, the great big fight between two teams! Then yes, the final fight between Cap and Iron Man. That shows, pure will can't be defeated by strong machines. I specific shot that gave me the awe, Cap went out to the SUV easily afer the crash in a split second! Wow, awesome! hahaha


Third, great acting! I mean all of them, gave their parts, even big or small. I did not like crossbone at the Winter Soldier but I like him here. I also like Zemo, how he acted with the few surprises. Winter Soldier was great, but yeah, I hope he became the successor of Cap or you will see him in infinity war. I just realised, he is damn strong with that vibranium arm. Vision, Paul Bethany was great, I forgot he acted in Legion. hahaha Oh yes, I love Elisabeth Olsen. Damn, I believe she is way better than Scarlett Johansson there. Although Black Widow did a great job as well, more action scenes for her in this one.. But the scenes with Scarlet Witch has more weight especially on the emotional damage she has. Of course, don't forget Chris Evans done a great job again as Cap especially why he have this side against the new law. I also love how Robert Downey Jr. stand for regulation of the superheroes and fight for his side. I also want to point out, as the movie goes, there is no really wrong or right side. I love how they made it neutral in this film. Ah yes, I love the Black Panther! I don't have an idea who the heck he is, but because of this film, I'm looking forward for his solo film! Damn, I think they got Spiderman right! At last! hahaha I'm looking forward for that hot Aunt May, I'm sorry.. Tom Hollander as Spiderman. hehe Damn, I will watch Ant Man these days, Paul Rudd damn great in Ant Man!


Last point.. Give credit to the directors for putting this epic film. I mean, despite no strong villain or other villainous forces, they still put a great film that is better than Avengers 2, or the Winter Soldier. The effort they've done in this film, marvelous indeed.. I hope they just directed the BvS. hahaha The scene I loved, I really love that big fight scene between the 2 teams! Although I looked back that it was funny why they went to that point. But oh boy, that scene will go to the books as one of the great superhero fights! A lot of surprises, even funny and awesome fights. Yes, this film, was not all serious, there were scenes that were funny, especially Spiderman comes in. Now I understand why his new costume eyes are moving. hahaha
Now I'm looking forward to the infinity war. But one problem still presists, I hope they will have xmen included. Marvel needs to deal with Fox now. I'm confident these directors will deliver Infinity War into full extent. Great one, and I expect they will make it but they need all heroes. Oh another thing, I just saw that these Russo brothers made comedies in TV. I hope they'll do other projects, like action! They need a break. hehe


Oh by the way, I definitely recommend watching this in IMAX! I forgot BvS after watching this one. hehe Hmmmmm Civil War then Deadpool, wow, I'm fine this year with superhero action flicks. Then XMEN is next! I'm a bit worried with XMEN because of the 4 horsemen. I don't know why they put them, just to fight against Civil War or BvS, but well.. I can't wait on May 17.
