I rarely use this social crap. hehe I mean, wala naman kasi akong smartphone na lagi on ang app na to or I don't stay that much home very much in front sa computer ko the whole day. Nakablock naman yun twitter sa office, I mean sa station. hehe Damn, I just use twitter for updates, follow some stars, real stars and see above? Wow, I can't believe Valerie will reply to me. Take it from me, she's way damn beautiful sa personal, I forgot she has a kid nga. hahaha
Anyway, sa twitter pala may mga shout outs ako na wala sa FB or even sa blog. That's the main purpose sa kin ng twitter. Besides, kaunti pa lang nakakafollow sa kin so yun mga ibang secret nandito. Meaning add me up. hehe
Pero dahil sa twitter ha, ang talagang nagspark dito eh chismax.. Mapa showbiz or kahit sa bahay lang.. Grabe, lalong napabalis yun pagkalat ng chismax sa ibang tao. Kahit yun iba di naman nakatwitter or internet. Paano naman kasi yun iba di mo lam kung nagpapansin lang o nagkakalat lang. hehe
Pero nakakatuwa yun iba as in share ng pics, some great quotes din.. Sagot ng tweets like yun ginawa ni Valerie above. Ah news din minsan mas nauna pa sa twitter kaysa sa news online sites. At yun nga, stars are using this to connect with the fans.. Like me? kahit tignan ko lang yun tweet at di na sumagot, at least alam ko ang happening. hehe
Anyhow, I'm almost going for the 1000th tweet, quite a milestone compare to others na thousands or baka millions, which impossible.hehe Unless bawat galaw eh tweet mo na. Adik! hehe

classics: Wall Street
That what happened to almost all the big financial or even multinational companies in this earth. Now, countries are experiencing such catastrophe from Europe, USA and soon, please God forsake us.. Asia and the other continents.
Before this ripple or domino effect happened, everybody was earning great.. Those time, Greed indeed is good. I'm just curious in this film with Charlie Sheen, Michael Douglas, surprising all star cast and its theme.. Money! How Money works for these people.
The biggest letdown of the film, it's not technicalities or plot, script or even the catchy song at the end which was not quite fit for an end credits.. Or even the director or the complex transaction in stock market.. Its the two eye catching female leads. One was Darryl Hannah who I was surprised that she just looks good at the film but when she spoke her script, I thought I'm watching a soft porn flick! Crap dialogue for her and sad to say acting. Sean Young, as much I love her in blade runner, I hate her in this flick, I was even surprised that I knew she's there at the end credits. I looked which scene she were and yeah, few lines, glimpse of her beauty then that's it. Wasted time and eye candy. Those two actresses by the way were great at blade runner, but for this one, I hope other actresses were cast. Especially at that year? Come on, there were a lot of available, better actresses than them, for this film. Forgivable, anyway, with or without them.. Movie is still a classic.
First thing I love for this film, as a business graduate, used the real business environment, especially the stock market into film. As much the film wants to explain it simpler, but it can't. That's why a lot of fraudsters, schemers, or even networkers or yeah, business leaders, tycoons, watched this film due to strategies used, whether it's legal or illegal and most glaring way or earning quiet. Money laundering. Very visual and auditory at this film. You'll get a lot of ideas here, it is still applicable especially at these digital times. Inside trading indeed magnified as its best for this film. Depiction at it's finest, especially the stock trading.
Second the dialogue, despite that complex thing of earning money or talking about money and stocks all the time, the script/screenplay focused on human emotions at such in a simple way. Like that scene, when Charlie has everything with a beautiful girl, he asked himself, who am I? Then, how about Charlie's boss who dignifies hard work and right strategy than fast buck, inside info strategy.. Well, as much there is goodness for other characters.. You can't beat, or even forget all of those good things when Gordon Gekko speaks. Michael Douglas enigmatic character. As he preaches the best way to enjoy life, as long you have the best info in the world. Business info, anyway as possible of getting one. Every scene that Gordon Gekko pops, he's damn good. I love a lot scenes he's with it but one particular scene I love, which that scene encouraging investors to believe in him running the company despite of course, hiding his best scheme. Destroying the company and run away big which I think a lot of CEO's have done that already. Gordon Gekko is like an idol to these capitalist, as Scarface to mafia or hip hop artist. Geez, great role model. Then don't forget the father and son relationship of Charlie and Martin Sheen, in that film. Wow, that's kinda touching for such complex story.
Third great factor is the cast, except to those 2 chicks.. Ah from Bud's friend, to his bosses, then Gordon's team ah yeah Bud Fox and his pop. Wow, all star cast.. They delivered what it needed. Despite Charlie Sheen's kinda not encouraging performance, I like his character, and maybe it's just a very short time to really show he should be the lead for this film. But well, you can't disregard Gordon, his prescence and angst personality towards earning money, just keeps you wondering, great thing he's not real. Why? What if Bud did not care about Bluestar and both of them, just earning they way out without conscience, they won't be caught. Even at these days? Nah, they just laughing hard that deception works to all. Great thing, Bud kinda realized he's doing the wrong thing. By the way, I love that role of Terrence Stamp, especially in that scene he faced off Gordon, try to buy him off at a very low price. But well, it did not work but he played great, I thought he's a real damn billionaire. I wish I'm like that.
Speaking of that, I wish I'm not like Gordon, a whole of him. Some of his strategies yeah but not to be like him. Brash, arrogant, and doesn't care who he hurts especially when it comes to money.
Last thing I love with this film, the pace of the film. Despite I want more scenes how Bud and Gordon relationship flourished into more dealings, I like how after that scene of Bud giving info to Gordon go straight to bluestar. It was not that very long or very short. It's the right logic at the right time. Then, how Bud progresses in the film and how Gordon manupulate Bud as day goes by. Great thing that Bud realized it right away how that success ruined him and a lot of people, especially his lovely Dad. I love that dialouge in the scene were bluestar planned to be liquidated which Bud did not know at the first place. He almost became the fastest CEO to be brought down in the company due to liquidation. He won't even reach like 30 days like that first Pope got poisoned. Geez, scary corporate culture.
This film, should be an eye opener not only for those businessmen or stock traders but all of us, how money really never sleeps that it disturbs a man's soul.
It is really hard when you're earning big and thinking that you can buy anything even human dignity. Well, it's a harsh reality but at these times.. It's real.. Whether here, or even in my workplace or any place in the world.
Money can be good if its used for the proper good. Money can be bad when you use it only for yourself and yours only. It eats you into a brim..
Greed is good? Well, Gordon says yeah, greed for life, greed for love, greed for money.. It enriches our evolving spirit..
Look at it now. Due to that dogma, every financial foundation falters..
I'm just waiting which country is next to file a bailout.
I hope it's not us.. Unless those greedy men and women never stops.
They believe Money never sleeps. It never stops.
I hope I have that kind of Money.

I love Nokia phones, before. hehe Eh hanggang ngayon, nakatago pa yun ibang phone ko na Nokia, pero natitira ko na lang na ginagamit eh yun X101 at ang aking blue music phenom na X2. Marami din ako naging phones from Nokia na nagsimula from 5110 hanggang X6, black edge.. But when I realized na parang mas maraming nagagawa yun ibang phones such as Iphone and Galaxy phones, parang nanglumo ako sa phone ko. Damn, it won't even have fun games like sa IOS or Android...
I end up yun may punishing fire na ainol that still works and watching movies to at may isa pa. Secret. hehe It has great sounds, in a small compact size and cheap as well. That X6 cost me around 14K ha, eh ngayon.. That's a china tablet plus a great basic smartphone. Or well, a great secondhand smartphone.
Dati pag pumupunta ako ng Nokia store, sobrang daming tao, kahit bibili o magpapaayos, chaotic! Or pag naka nokia ka, sikat ka! Ngayon, well, sad to say.. Sobrang kaunti minsan ayoko ko dumaan kasi aalukin ako ng pesteng mahal na Lumia phone. hehe Service centers? Walang tao, di dahil walang sira yun nokia phone but wala na masyado bumibili. May bumibili pero yun mga pinaka mura. Kung baga dumb phones nila. I should buy pa nga na ganun in the future, mura, matibay at matagal battery in a cheap price. hehe And people, tend to forget Nokia na.. It's either iphone or galaxy S phones. Malungkot pa eh with the dawn of their new phones, mahina ang music quality! Damn, eh dati ok na yun 5800 or 5130 sa sounds.. Tapos ngayon, mas mataas pa LG sa sound quality sa kanila. Ang lungkot! Kaya yun, itouch/iphone or samsung can fulfill my audiophile side. Sama mo pa yun Sony and HTC.
Kung ako si Stephen Elop, (surprised that he's still the CEO ng Nokia after all that shortcomings) with all that supply chain advantage, it shows naman sa reports of the phones shipped, parang top 2 pa din ang Nokia or worse top 3, eh it's time to switch to Android!!!
I mean, the quality ng phones nila mas matibay naman other than Samsung or even Apple. Great phone book features na I can't find in other phones. Yun text nila mas madali, kaysa sa Samsung na medyo hirap magtext lalo na sunod sunod. Nakapatent ata. hehe OS is a very vital sa smartphone wars. I can say ok naman yun Windows phone OS, very bright UI and lovely tiles.. Kaso ang apps and some features there? Nah.. Ang hirap, kulang na kulang pa sa apps! Unlike sa Android or iOS, eh kumpleto sa productivity, entertainment, games and a lot more to offer.. May iba libre pa! hehe Kaya maganda mag Android sila with Windows pa din sa other phones.
At siyempre, mababalik naman siguro yun music quality sa phone na nawala when the smartphone market arrive. Although siyempre may tie up with microsoft due to that deal struck years ago between them and microsoft, pwede naman nila baguhin niyo gaya ng ginawa ng HTC or Samsung, these dudes has windows phones, at kahit di mabenta.. Kumikita pa din si Windows due to that patent deal. Does HTC or Samsung in the red? HTC nope although dropping revenues kasi kasalanan naman talaga nila.. Samsung on the way dominating the market in each mobile phone segment, even they have a lead sa apple. Remember, crappy ang Samsung dati, but look at it now.. Nokia became crappy. hehe BB became or sooner than later, obsolete na dati.. Pangmayaman ang dating mo pag naka BB due to BBM. hahaha
Saka for me, I can just buy off those other companies, gaya ng HTC or LG, merge mo tapos have the Android and MS mobile platform, tignan natin kung di manginig yun malalaking kalaban. hehe Ni office nga, di nababasa ng nokia murang touchscreen, kailangan nakaLumia ka pa na nakapamahal.
Naawa naman ako sa mga shareholders ng Nokia.. Like in that one report, they just have it because of something special to it. Most shareholders are kinda old, started to invest to Nokia for a long time. Meaning kahit mababang value, ok lang. Geez, mabuti may ganun shareholders, but you need more. At yun mga steps above will help to attract more investors.
Saka nokia naman lagi yun madaling may piyesa.. Kahit dati pa, eh sa quiapo lang, mabilis maayos ang nokia kaysa yun other brands, even Iphone. I don't know kung ganun pa din ngayon sa daming kalaban at may nakisawsaw pa na local brands gaya ni Cherry, Myphone.. Marami pa din ako nakikita na casing or piyesa ng nokia. Pero mas maraming accessories para sa ibang phones. hehe Especially the expensive ones.
Although may R and D naman sa camera ang Nokia pero for me, parang wala naman kwenta ang camera. You can eithter buy cheap point and shoot or buy yun DLSR na ngayon mas mura na.. Dapat iba na lang research and development, kaso nabenta na pala nila. hehe Hay..
Marami pang moves ang kailangan gawin kung ako CEO ng nokia pero mabuti kung sisimulan na nila kaysa pagdating bigla ng araw, lalamunin na lang ng malaking company ang Nokia.
Sayang pa naman ang Nokia, those years na sobrang dominate nila ang market, madali lang magpalit kasi same brand naman at maasahan. Gusto ko pa naman yun quality, very rare ako nasiraan sa Nokia, siguro some people pero dahil yun sa download at memory na sobrang puno na di nila alam. hehe

Not Showing: BERSERK Golden Arc 3: Descent
To fully realize a dream..
To become what you want to be..
What do you give to make it happen? What can you do to achieve such thing? Are you ready for the consequences of the actions or decisions you make? What sacrifices can you do to really achieve the goal? Is it really for the better good or for the better self?
Those questions were answered in this third chapter of BERSERK Golden Arc. As every Berserk fan or even those who were enticed by the two films, wanting to see what really happened after Griffith was captured due to treason.
Weak points of the film, first like the opening films, it lost a lot of characters, although this one has a new character shown up but it's only matter of seconds. Second point, as much you want to see Guts killing a hundred men, like hundred soldiers, but here it was not. Not really a weak point but unlike in manga or in the TV series, this one well.. He killed just a number of knights and sort of so it was fast paced.
First of all, what I love in this part was they emphasized the emotions coming through it. From Griffith's falling out and giving in to the behelith, Caska's choice of leaving the Band of hawk, other people who doesn't know what to do yet, or even Guts deciding to stay or not. As the movie progresses, emotions change and it builds up until of course, the ultimate decision by Griffith, he wants to achieve his selfish goal. I like the flashbacks, or dream sequences, mostly terrifying, and yes, the romance between Guts and Caska, despite it's late but well they shown it.
Another thing I love, how impressive the animation in this one. Despite more dark colors or themes in this episode especially the last hour, it definitely shown in detail, even the slightest monster in that eclipse sequence. Compare this to the TV series eclipse? This was way better! The 3D effects or special effects at last fit in to this film and it shows seemlessly. The last hour sequence was really not only shocking or most violent or gore for sometime in anime but one of the most neatly done. I love how they shown like Femto and Skull Knight. Wow.. God hand, damn cool at this film. You gotta see it! I love the logic of when the eclipse happened, what the other people outside see? That's clever.
Voice actors done a wonderful job of doing their roles with feeling, especially Guts part.. I felt his anger and demise in that eclipse scene, especially in "that" part.. You know what I mean when you watch this.. Griffith also made this film possible as it should be because this his time to really shine and gave the meaning of the turnaround of the story. Without his great performance, I don't think this film going to work. Ever. Don't forget Caska's part, although both her and Guts were kinda unlucky, she shown how confused and yes, being so brittle at the end.
I said that this part has that manga feel, it is! From that eclipse scene, and how it played until the end, that's it.. This how Berserk should go on.
Action scenes as much it has quite lesser than the second one because of the drama at the eclipse but it has the highest count of gore, violence as well. I don't know what that R15/R18 version difference is.. Hmmmm But definitely, whatever version I saw, it won't show here. Geez.. Great thing at Japan they've shown 2 versions at all cinemas. But let me say, it became so violent that it made me feel reading in the manga. Yes, that is how the manga works for Berserk, very violent.. Very violent that they omit or they did not include some scenes in any of the films. Definitely, this film won't show here or even I won't show it to kids or even HS kids. Never..
I love that scene when Skull Knight and Zodd met each other. I did not see that in manga.. Skull Knight made this film enjoying especially at the end which he saved Guts and Caska, how cool he is in this film. I hate that part which they kinda spoiled who he is, where in the manga, it did not show until like 10 books.. They really constructed this films into well logical order. I hope they can change that.
After this flick, I felt the same way in Manga, TV series especially this one, how you will love Guts, Caska and gonna hate or you want to kill Griffith/Femto. Yes, Griffith is just damn manipulative until the end. But anyhow.. He really descent as a disciple of all the evil you can think of.
The last news I read, the studio behind this films will make another 3! I don't know how far they will be but that's good news. They just need either keep it up or do it better.
One more thing, damn they did not show one shot of Guts fighting as the blackswordsman!
But as the epilogue say, this is only the beginning! Yeah!!!!
The reality type of story of Berserk ends, the dark fantasy of Berserk begins... The blackswordsman arise..
I was kinda grimacing at this short dialogue. Not the accurate way but I just remember it. I don't know if that chinese dude really sub it right.

Ano ba, bitin!! hehe Well, I can only give 2 flicks that I was able to watch. Ituloy na lang sa August at UP film center, again! hehe By the way, mukhang masaya nga manood sa Shang for film fest, like last year sa France film fest. It's free, cozy and good screens. Problem, ayun mahaba pila to watch another free flick. Dahil dun, di ko napanood yun gusto ko! Ergh..
About her brother - Very dramatic story, how touching that the lead character, Ginko still helps her worthless, bothersome young brother until death. Sad it is but has a good story. I like the performances of the lead actress, her brother in the story despite that bothersome character, but deep inside just looking for love of a family. Of course, don't forget, Yu Aoi! The main reason I watched this film. She just don't age. hehe Grabe, ang ganda talaga niya. Magaling din naman yun role niya. Oh, kala niyo ganda lang ha.
Rinco's Restaurant - Parang ang nawawala lang. hehe Eto naman, di siya nagsasalita kasi natrauma sa love, ayun dahil magaling maluto, Noriko built a restaurant which caters at least one customer lang. Of course, don't forget her eccentric mother and some friends. It's a weird fun story and despite yun ayoko ang di nagsasalita na character dahil sa trauma, natuwa naman ako. Of course, don't forget, Kou Shibasaki!! The Mitsuko chick in Battle Royale 1, which is my second fave character sa film. Akalain mo she became old but still looks like Mitsuko in a lighter and fun note. Wow.. Got to see her in Ronin 47!
Sa UP nga lang ako hahabol, I hope may sumama or better makapanood ng marami.

Ituloy na lang sa August at UP film center, again! hehe By the way, mukhang masaya nga manood sa Shang for film fest, like last year sa France film fest. It's free, cozy and good screens. Problem, ayun mahaba pila to watch another free flick. Dahil dun, di ko napanood yun gusto ko! Ergh..
About her brother - Very dramatic story, how touching that the lead character, Ginko still helps her worthless, bothersome young brother until death. Sad it is but has a good story. I like the performances of the lead actress, her brother in the story despite that bothersome character, but deep inside just looking for love of a family. Of course, don't forget, Yu Aoi! The main reason I watched this film. She just don't age. hehe Grabe, ang ganda talaga niya. Magaling din naman yun role niya. Oh, kala niyo ganda lang ha.
Rinco's Restaurant - Parang ang nawawala lang. hehe Eto naman, di siya nagsasalita kasi natrauma sa love, ayun dahil magaling maluto, Noriko built a restaurant which caters at least one customer lang. Of course, don't forget her eccentric mother and some friends. It's a weird fun story and despite yun ayoko ang di nagsasalita na character dahil sa trauma, natuwa naman ako. Of course, don't forget, Kou Shibasaki!! The Mitsuko chick in Battle Royale 1, which is my second fave character sa film. Akalain mo she became old but still looks like Mitsuko in a lighter and fun note. Wow.. Got to see her in Ronin 47!

Relieved
Noong sinabi sa kin ng Doc yesterday na there's no need to worry after that minor operation. I can say, I'm so much relieved at masaya. Praise God indeed that tuloy ang buhay and continue to be better.
Even before that first colonoscopy, I was thinking a lot.. Talagang marami. I can say, if there is a chance to have better result eh optimistic ako. But when there is a bigger chance of somewhat failure or bad to happen, eh nagiging pessimist ako. Thinking a lot plans and most of all, keeping me motivated, whatever happens. More praying and talking to him.
It's really hard to deal in this ordeal.. Di pa kasama kung paano ang preparation for a colonoscopy. Great thing I won't do it until next 6 years. hehe Yun castor oil na yun, grabe, that's the most yucky med I drunk for now. Grabe, kahit ilang tubig na iniinom ko, yun after taste it's just worse. Yuck! hahaha Pero mura naman. However yun recently na ininom ko kahit mahal, kakaaddict! Matamis kasi. hehe I haven't thought na laxative yun. So there, and yes, more water, soft diet and a lot of mami. hehe
Great thing talaga, I've become more conscious in my health for the past 2-3 years. Kahit maexcercise pa ko and going into healthy living eh narealize ko na still need to check up with the Doc, para mamonitor lang ang health and improve more sa healthy living. Lalo na ngayon, a lot of stress and activities na mararanasan ko at yes, I'm getting older.
I thought nga na magpaadmit with that colonoscopy and polypectomy (weird and funny term) to get more rest pero mabuti na din sa bahay. Bitin ang LOA! Bawi na lang ako next time. hehe
Lesson learned is really of course, excercise and stuff pero yun, balance and healthy diet. Even Mom eh medyo ingat na sa niluluto niya. More veggies, high fiber diet, fruits din and less meat. Kung pwede vegan na ko pero matagal ko pa ata kaya yun. Kahit Dukan diet eh mas lalong effective but not now. Budget wise. hehe
I want to thank of course, God.. For giving me this relief at longer life as long I continue that being healthy at walang inom for the longest time! Thank you for the love. Jesus for the healing and forgiveness.. Mukhang ready to serve na. hahaha Family of course, parents na laging nandiyan even Dad is quite afraid. hehe Mom na sinamahan ako kahit may ubo siya. Siblings na understanding and supportive at sabon na din. hahaha Friends who prayed and gave some words of motivation and optimism. Sa aking TL na sobrang masikaso, pasensya na TL sa mababang score this month! Bawi ako next month. hehe Saka although sayang ang opening for a different position, ayoko bumagsak dahil sa daming iniisip. Alam na ni TL yun.
Sa team na kahit wala ako nagperform pa din! Ayos na talaga to. Sana tuloy tuloy lang. hehe
For now, great thing di naman nakaapekto lahat while in this state of hysteria or worriness.
