End of 1st Quarter

Siyempre, it's the end of the first quarter of a tight ballgame.. Unfortunately, the ballgame is about life.. My life. hehe

Well, di ko alam sino kalaban ko sa ballgame na to pero well, marami ata. But great thing is I'm holding on at dikit ang laban. =)

January indeed was a difficult month.. Great at tapos na!!! hehe It was full of difficulties, siyempre ang pressure for both ends of the court, work and shop.. Then yes, the fans, people around me. Pero mabuti at nakaahon naman..

February was a promising month, even di naman na fulfill ang promise pero it was better.. Sa work, kinda survived tapos sa shop, bumaba pero survive pa din lalo na yun mga middle weeks, however ang bad trip lang last month eh ang iksi! hehe Naman..

At siyempre, yun mga plano ko di lahat nagawa kasi of some obstacles saka di na execute.. Well, my fault..

March, up to this day, I can't say it's better or not that worse than January.. Tama lang, pero nahirapan ako ha.. From work, doing the adjustments lalo na sa lipat ng team at sa shop, humina naman this month at aberya pa, pero well, bawi na lang next month!! =)

I also got the time to rest sa March pero kung may extra time and funds, siguro nakapag travel na ko, kaso two of those players medyo mahina pa eh. hehe Pahinga muna sila siguro.

But nevertheless, tapos na ang quarter na yan, lipas na at I'll just make better plays and stronger at the next quarter. Put the right stops and decisions at important masaya pa din.. =)

Ah, loveless pa din. hehe

Damn, I wish I could really play ball, sayang ang height and at least yun like sa basketball, kaso ayun, not fit and worse, my eyesight is not really for basket ball.. I don't want to wear those big googles. hehe

Kahit siguro fit ako, pero yun eyesight ko, poor.. I'll just enjoy watching ball na lang.. =)

I was able to watch the Azkals play today, kahit replay and I can say, may future sila ha.. Kaso mabagal pa sila eh, pero ok yun team, especially the Fil-Spanish dude who looks like Scola.. Sana kung lahat ng Azkals ganun ang build and laro, I can say we can be in the world cup..

Kaso yun team ngayon, malabo pa.. Good luck to them sa qualifiers, with that team, preliminary stages ok, with that defense saka attacking will, kaso ang problem, well, sa final stages.. If we are going against the best in Asia, which has teams like Japan and South Korea.. Like the german coach says, we need a dream team for it.. Kaso, wala pa for now.. =(

However, great thing to them, we pinoys have another sport to enjoy too.. =)

Magstart na ang 2nd quarter, tapos ang time out and let's see how the game is going..

Videodrome

What if television really controls you?

It's hard to answer that question, especially which is in normal sense that if you're addicted of watching TV then yes, you'll rely so much to it..

That's why I don't really watch TV these days, and of course, with crappy programming. hehe

However, this is not the notion at a film I watched, since last year.. A very interesting flick.. It goes beyond addiction.. As it's important premise.

Max Renn is an owner of a cable TV channel which features, obscene or soft porn flicks.. Then as he trying to get some new programming for his channel, something interesting came through his eyes.. A channel that shows extreme violence, hardcore sex and well, torture.. He wants to put these scenes to his channel..

Unfortunately, the signal is not really clear where is coming from.. While searching for that signal, he is dating Nicki Brand, a famous DJ, of course with a lovely voice, a love doctor sort of.. And she has a dark secret as well, she love pain very much. Geez..

Anyhow, they were guest by the way in a show which they met and it's about violence in the media and they dated and at one part, yes, the show asked a question of Videodrome.. The talk show guested one of the makers which is Dr. Oblivion which only shows in a TV set, not in person.

And yes, Max Renn, was getting some weird feeling when he is watching videodrome.. He also got the signal, I mean where is coming from. And it's coming from Pittsburgh.

Max is getting some weird hallucinations and cannot anymore distinguish which is real or not.. At some point, he doesn't know himself. Nicki's case was different, when she saw Videodrome, she wants to participate to it because of the nature and loves it.. Even Max wants to stop it but well, Nicki went through.

Max went to Pittsburgh and found out the place where he is getting the signal. And it's in a optical shop.. He discovered that this is a secret government project to enhance soldier's fighting performance and well, it did not work. He was a subject to it and became more addicted. However, he went to Dr. Oblivion to find some answers, and he did see Dr. Oblivion's only daughter, to find out, Dr. Oblivion is dead and one of the Videodrome makers..

As he was now a subject of Videodrome, he was commanded to kill Oblivion and spread this potent power, which well, he was stopped by the daughter.. By the way, Nicki, was dead and she was indeed a participate in the Videodrome, got tortured to death.

Since the daughter was able to program Max to stop the power and destroy the source, Max because outrageous and killed his programmer, he found out that his programmer was involved and the head of this program, then at the end.. He thought of having this old flesh of videodrome to die and bring out the new flesh from out..

Long live the new flesh!

To tell you honestly, I did not get the plot at first. hehe

I got this film through of course, film blogs and list of controversial films which indeed, controversial..

First of all, the film is directed by one of the best, which David Croenberg, who did Scanners and recently, one of my favorites, History of Violence. Or how about the Fly? hehe

Yes, this was an old film and nice looking trailer as well! hehe It starred James Wood, as Max Renn and yes, I hope she will be casting again, Deborah Harry from Blondie as the hot Nicki Brand!!! Damn!!!

Others, I'm not sure if there are famouse but did a good job of acting. =) Or how about the Canada's former Minister of Ontario provincial government appeared, as well, Japanese Porn Dealer. hehe

Second, this went controversial due to the special effects used which is damn good and grotesque! Mutilations, exploding organs, pure horror and how about the breathing TV? Geez.. Third, yes, the subject itself, I mean at that time, definitely it will be panned because very confusing and cannot determine what the heck is happening!!! hehe Then yeah, for multiple screening, you will understand to it.

I love the scenes as well, especially the transformation sequences, very contemporary and can match these sci fi movies at present.

There are few setbacks, one damn very short. With all happening and thrills at the same time, it's only 93 minutes or 96 tops, but well, I want more! hehe Yes, the plot is confusing and yes, some explicit scenes, just too much.. Hmmm example, the shooting of the boss, that's too much for one bullet in the head! hahaha

But indeed, this film is over the top and I liked the film due to it's message that media or TV really affect our lives especially if it went out of control or used for not really good purposes.. Scary though.. Very symbolistic film.

Simple but indeed possible.. And the effects are great, they don't look cheap and acting is great as well, especially, this is my fave James Woods film! hehe

I know he is a good actor, supporting as well, but when I watched this film, damn, he is cool and simply brought the film in his acting prowess..

The only question is I hope, this film has a sequel, or how about prequel.. Many questions to be answered after I watched it. Like why they make this project, and what really happened behind it? What did happen to Max, which I thought, where is the new flesh or maybe he is still alive..

I heard some news that it will be remake, which I think doesn't need one.. But I just hope, if there is remake or sequel or prequel about this film, it should be under David.. Damn provocative and shocking indeed.. At least after watching it, you can eat lunch or dinner or simple meal. hehe

Kung Ako'y Isang..

Eh kung PeNoy or P-Noy na tawag sa kin, naisip ko, paano kaya kung presidente ako?

Pero ang sigurado, di mahal ang tuwid na daan ko. hehehe

Nevertheless, it is very hard to have the most stressful job in the land. You need to please not only some people but all the people in this country, not counting of course other pinoys working overseas.. It is hard and to top that, when you have incompetent cohorts, that will be another pressure to yourself.

At siyempre, yun image mo pa, since you need to be transparent, of course lahat ng galaw mo puna, one good example, buying a porsche which well, ayun nasabon. Pero wala siya paki.. Pano kasi, that time, magtataas na lahat ng bilihin.. Wow. hehe

If ako talaga ang CEO of this country, first ang gagawin ko siguro, get the right people in their respective position. One critical branch needs to be really fixed is the cabinet. From the screws, hinges to the doors of it, needs to be changed, at least you get the right fit.

That goes with the people in my cabinet. Walang utang na loob, di ko ilalagay yun mga tumulong sa kin sa election. hehe I know it's impossible kasi siyempre in the election process pa lang, may pangako na halos nasa cabinet pero kung ako President, naku in the campaign, aasa na lang ako sa donations. Well, that another impossible thing, because in this planet alone, a big contribution for campaign means of course some promises, maski head ka lang ng state run paluging company or department, ok na sayo. hehe

Pero yes, I believe the best way to manage the cabinet is to get the right people. For example, DPWH should be run by our brightest or best engineers/architects, kaso hindi eh. One time, it was headed by a retired General or worse, lawyer.. Good lawyer but not engineer.. Then ayun, wala na, no infrastructure projects that will help the people at ayun, may barrios pang parang malayo sa civilization. Geez.

Or how about DBM? Yes, not all of those who handled the position or not even CEO or great finance or accounting greats.. Binibigay sa taong tumulong sa kampanya, the result? Giving targets that are impossible to reach to the collection agencies and yes, taxing the products which are bound to be banned in the future, like Sin Taxes.. Tinataas nila pero di nila alam, like yosi, unti unti na din iban yan.. They don't think the long term perhaps. Marami pwede itax pero well, hindi nila naisip. =(

Of course, di naman mawawala ang corruption in the government, because they are not afraid of the penalty or violations of it, no stiff fines..

Pag ako ang President at may matinding kurakot, edi sibakin agad.. Well, due process? Too late.. Because of our due lawful process, nakaman na ng malaki yun tao, bago sibakin.

For me, well, as long my evidence, resign na dapat. Since transparent naman at walang kaibigan eh sibak na dapat, I want that head!!! hehe

Transparency, of course, since if you want to be transparent and lead by example, iwas siyempre sa alam mong mas maraming batikos kaysa sa papuri. For example, siyempre di ako bibili ng porsche, in these desperate time at inflation is unstoppable.. Kung luho pa man din, it's either saka ka na bumili or ipunan mo or kung talagang mayaman ka, eh wag mo na lang ipaalam sa tao, sa PSALM na lang. hehe

Kung di mo papaalam, edi wag naman lagi di ba. Napakahirap kasi yun bili ka ng bili tapos lahat ng tao hirap na hirap, parang di naman tama..

Of course, kung transparent, eh kung ako naman, dapat paalam mo muna or consult the public before making a move, di naman ata tama na sige ok lang taas dito taas doon tapos sige let private corporations assist our infrastructure and so on, which is dapat may consultation not only sa experts but also the public..

I mean, pagdebate na lang natin sa congress or cabinet, di yun biglang sige ok na yun because you think it's right.. You think.. Remember, you own decision.. Ok lang kung it's a simple decision but it involves a lot of right decision, or risk, long term and short term.. Capital, everything! And of course, your people..

Kaya, di pwede yun sige lang ng sige..

Then, yes, to lead by example, I mean, not late on meetings, has good agenda that will make people follow.. Hmmmmm Discipline and execution of the laws of the land..

About the enemies of the state, sige peace process, pero pagayaw, wound them.. Pag ayaw pa din, terminate them. hehe

Justice system? Hmmmm well, that handled by different branch but if I can beg to speed up all the cases and make the right moves to uphold the law, sige gagawin ko kahit kulitin ko pa ang SC to really deliver the law for all the people. At least, balance the scale of all the people..

Fiscally sound judgements.. Di utang ng utang like me.. hehe Pero tama na, just rely on what we have and yes, make the right infrastractures physically and financially.. Ok naman yun private and public partnership kaso siyempre di naman madali yun, kasi we should be not relying to private corpo but due to our poor funding, well, we have no choice.. =(

Yes, no more pinoys leaving our country to seek better pastures. If we have all the foreign investments and we treat them as par with other countries or better than them just to generate income and employement here, why not di ba.. Kaso we need to change our constitution to do that..

Which of course, I won't let happen... The constitution is not in full execution yet.. Even others gusto na palitan kasi di daw nagwork, eh pano di nagwork eh di naman natin ginagamit.. From justice to the amedments and other laws na pinasa, parang wala pa eh.. Mahirap..

Kaya maganda, let's make it work first fully then pag panget talaga, palitan na.

International relations are important pero di pwede sa kin yun military excercise o pasuyo naman na palayain yun mga bilanggo dito or dalin mo sila dito, we will take care of it.. No! Pag bitay dito, edi sorry. No excuses.. Even US or China.. We will follow treaties, nandiyan na eh pero pag may extra pa which is beyond the treaty, well, sorry.. We have our rules here and this is our house! =)

Death penalty? Should be back, gusto ko nga yun style ni Macoy, Firing squad sa luneta, basta tama yun papaexecute even plunder offenders, with matching Spanish scenary, sige.. Firing squad.. Or by request injection siguro. hehe

Hmmmm Yes, the state and church should be separate as long of course some laws needed to consult with the church.. RH bill perhaps, ako ok ako dun.. I know yes, medyo tatamaan yun law ni God na magparami pero the people should have access to family planning in full scale.. Mahirap ngayon ha lalo na, naman mahal ang bilihin.. And ok lang if state has centrelink benefits, kaso wala eh. hehe Kailangan magtipid..

Of course, since magtipid, ganun din gagawin ko sa expenses ng goverment.. Close the agencies which doesn't work or useful and of course, non performing except for the generating agencies.

Then, for the arts, culture, sports, and our natural resources, should be protected.. Sports, help our athletes, kasi maglimos na ko sa private sector. hehe Arts, such us film and music, no more tax sa local artist, more tax for foreign artist! And films, no more censorship, we should have parang phil film council like the defunct UK film council, more funding to the pinoy films, or arts.. And even support international filmfest.. Meron lang siguro film board just to see kung kikita ang film mo sa madla, like rating pero no cuts of course.. =)

Then, yes, to make the philippines proud by almost doing not only for the money or generate funds for our people, pero to showcase our nation as a strong nation.. That we are proud to be Pinoy.

I felt naman, if we have just the right government and management, mas magaling pa tayo sa ibang bansa.. We can be a threat to G-8 or 7 countries, basta we have the right decisions and handle our colorful culture well and make the people work hard, malayo mararating natin!

We are indeed a strong republic.. I love this country.. Maybe that's the reason why I can't leave this place.. The people, the tropical scenary, the food, friends, and even our lupang hinirang, I'm proud.. Even kung aalis ko whatever, I am Filipino. =)

Tama na muna to, yun lang naisip ko kung ako eh si P-noy, kaya di ko siya binoto. hehe Malamang di lahat o kahit isa sa mga sinabi ko, gagawin niya. hehe

I'm just looking forward sa 2016..

Yes, that's how important yun bed sa kin, kahit sobrang tempting, na kahit gusto ko muna gawin ang isang bagay kaso di eh.. Ayun, tulog..

Yes, that's how tiring everyday is.. Kahit wala masyado clerical, except for my job pero yun mind bending decisions everyday, ayun, the only good rest I have is sleep.. Not even blogging or surfing.. Geez.. How about sa sounds, minsan nakakatulugan ko din yun sounds ko. hehe Kaya pag gising, low batt!

It has some upsides, of course, first I get to really rest.. Saka I can reflect naman at that silence, reflect spiritually and at the same time, looking back what happened today and plans for bukas..

Or it also serves as an escape especially when you had, a very bad day.. Even na gusto ko magwala o magalit, natutulog ko na lang.. =)

Then of course, may bad effects, numero uno! Siyempre since may mga schedule na gagawin, ayun namiss ko, bad trip, kaya nadadala next day, or worse, within the week. hehe Siyempre, not all the sleep I had was long, siyempre gising tapos tulog ulit kasi nagugulat na lang ako eh. hehe

Saka ayun, yun mga customer ko sa load, nagtext na na di ko naman nakausap or reply, pagdating sa office, medyo irate. hehe Sorry naman..

Actually, parang nagstart siya nun college pero not that often like now.. Geez.. Kaya mahirap ang sked ko kasi yun tulog, less predictable around 9pm onwards.. Even I want to finish everything, or the task at hand within the day, ayun. Minsan I really missed it..

I don't know how I'm gonna solve this syndrome, for now siguro, less tasks for the day pero I hope I could solve it para some days, deretcho na ko at walang left undone.

317. Love? I really missing it.. When in Love really makes you do different things, just for that person. =)

318. I call her in a different name. Especially if that name makes her simply smile.

319. I do other things just to make her feel special, for example, I forgot.. =)

320. I don't care anymore what I have, or what I am doing, I am willing to sacrifice that and even time to spend with her..

321. I just melt for her.. hehe Especially when she talks or were in a conversation, it's blinding me..

322. that when we were in the getting to know stage, I do some sacrifices or giving always what she wants but when in a relationship, I did more, more than I thought I can't give..

Whew, ang haba naman nun mga past posts ko. =)

Yes, nagiisip na lang ako kung ano pa masusulat ko for the remaining days in March.

Anyway, it was difficult this month, all around me, was well, not going as I planned. Pero yun pahinga ko for 3 days, I can say ok naman, more on intellectual and yes, need a break. Kahit kulang sa tulog pero di naman pagod.. May isang VL pa ko this March. hehe

Of course, it's almost the second quarter so I need to be prepared.

I was unprepared for Sucker punch and better yet, not that happy. hehe

Wala na ko masabi for now, kasi sa sobrang dami ko iniisip o dapat gawin, gusto ko sana ng mahaba ang pahinga but oh well, di ko pwede gawin yun especially this year.. The only rest I can get I guess is this, surfing the net or even well, watch TV.. To ease the pressure and think, and I hope do right.. =)

As I surf the net, minsan nakakalimutan ko yun mga dapat ko gawin, pero for now, mukhang matatapos na like check some reports and plans to really solve problems, money perhaps. I missed surfing kasi for the longest time, to check info and blogs na din..

Pero ang di ko pa talaga magawa eh yun watching my movies with my dependable dvd player. hehe I tested na at 80% of the movies I got, can be played.. Great. =)

I hope na this following quarters will be productive, from work, to shop and in my life, sana may marating naman di ba.. It's nice to finish what you started.. It will be a long and hard work, pero as long I followed and stick to it, believe some luck and prayers, it will end in a nice way.

Summer? Ah, I saw her.. Este, summer pala, wala naman plans eh. Eh is Sir Rheg, mukhang di na tuloy ang summer trips so malamang ako, spend time with work and shop.. Preparing for more challenges.. =)

At yes, kailangan mabalik na ang broken lines.. Grabe ang huli eh nun October pa! Malas ata yun 13 talaga. hehe

Ano pa, dami ko pa aayusin pero di naman tedious unlike before, pero siyempre I know, it won't end..

March was fulfilling, full of hope, but less happiness but it was better.. Better than January but better pa din yun Feb. hehe

As I reach of getting old, yes even it will happen pa next 3 months, I want to be mature in facing these challenges. Maybe I'm selfish to face it all by myself but let's face it, in times of these adversities.. The only one who can really help is indeed.. You.. With the help of course from Him, up there..

For sure, I feel it won't be easy sa mga susunod na panahon pero siyempre, kailangan matatag sa mga ganito..

Nakalimutan ko pala, naku di ko pa nababasa yun mga books na binigay sa kin or even yun mga binili ko. Grabe eh..

Saka ang init, summer na nga.. Pero tamang init, meaning can handle it unlike past years na parang nasa desert ka at parang di na matatapos yun init.. At least ngayon, masarap pa din sa gabi. =)

Yes, start na ng bagong team, Monday at sana kahit di kasing saya nun last time, basta magaling ok lang sa kin yun.. Same great TL pa din ako eh. hehe Sige, aaminin ko, ok lang matalo na kami sa extra curricular sa team eh kinalat na kami eh.. Hahaha

What I did 12 days ago? Hmmmm wala, I just remembered.

Sucker Punch

After a mad and whirling day, and watched this movie, I was bit more confused. hehe I got sucked I guess..

Well, let's start getting sucked!!!!!

Baby Doll, a girl that lost her mom, and left to her is her sis and stepdad.

Speaking of stepdad, he read the last will of the deceased wife and all the fortune will be left to her daughters, meaning no fortune for the stepdad.. Dad got crazy and tries to rape or kill the 2 helpless girls..

And Baby Doll was the first target and luckily she escaped, but not that lucky as the wicked stepdad went to her sister's room.. She got the gun and tried to blast the step dad but unfortunately, it missed and cost her sister's dear life..

Police caught her and stepdad thought to bring Baby Doll into the mental asylum or mental hospital. He wants the girl to be lobotomized.. Geez..

So the helpless Baby Doll was brought and waiting to be executed.. While in the process, of course, the thoughts are now in a brothel which is headed by the warden/pimp and Madam Gorski if I heard it right, the psych doctor in the institution because well, headmaster of the girls.

As she was assigned to be a dancer of the brothel, or club, well, at first she doesn't know how to dance but as she close her eyes, she transports to a different scene.. Like escaping her reality.. From a temple fighting samurai monsters, to a nazi war torn country killing soldier zombies, to a dungeon with a sleeping dragon and lastly, to stop a train with a ticking time bomb.. All of those events, transpires her to get the 5 items she need to get out the institution/brothel..

In the course of those events, well, she got all the items except for one, which the guide did not tell her.. Oh yes, she met 4 other ladies with her journey and wants to escape as well..

As they are reduced one by one and in the end the plan was exposed, Baby Doll and Sweet Pea still got escaped, but Baby Doll choose to be left and let Sweet Pea go.. Realizing the last item was sacrifice.. Ah the rest of the girls are Blondie, Rocket and Amber, but well dead.. Sweet Pea got escaped and poor Baby Doll, got lobotomized.. She was saved though, but it was late..

Sweet Pea got escaped and rode to a bus with the guide himself, the guide in their alternate reality.

The end..

Well, I just watched spill.com review for this movie, and I agreed for 50% of it.. the other 50% goes for some good traits of the movie which they did not discussed much.. I agreed 50% for the bashing of this movie! hehe

Yes, let's go for the bad news first..

Yes, first one to go is the plot.. I went out of the movie, dazed.. Dazed because why he wrote that kind of story.. Crap.. Trying to be art house subject but it did not work.. 50's style with modern scenes, which I think, those Girls won't think at those times.. Especially I don't think Baby Doll thought of fighting in that dress in her 50's time.. hehe Or thinking of fighting those robots in her time.. She is way too ahead I guess. I can't help even as a simple plot or way of thinking, I don't think she will be fighting that way in her alternate or daydream reality.. I can't.. Even in her dreams.. Simply, it did not mix.

Well, the other problem is since it has a bad storyline, of course you will know already it doesn't make sense at all especially at the end.. If that's the basic plot, they shouldn't complicate it with those scenes like well, the brothel. I thought at first, it is institution/brothel but yes, it is only a mental institution it's just Baby Doll thought it is also a brothel. What the heck.. hehe

I agree with spill dudes that it doesn't really empower women.. I thought with the trailer it will empower women but when you watch it, it's just did not help.

It won't actually.

Since it's 50's, I think if they want to be modern thinking, the better way I believe is to have the basic plot, modern as well. Like 90's or better yet today.. Since kids today or even 90's already thought of anime, video games or sci fi.. In the 50's, I don't think the chicks will think ahead with those themes because nobody knows yet at that time. Or even robots... I'll believe they thought of robots if the chicks already watched metropolis in the 50's. hehe

The pacing of the film also got affected with the bad storyline and plot.. Although it has good parts of it but the basic plot is too long and it got long due to the alternate sequences. If you cut those alternate sequences, the basic plot will only take, at least 1 hour. Or that's the longest. hehe And yes, even the swicthing of the lead actress, Baby Doll got all the beating and hard work then the reward of getting free was given not her but the irritated Sweet Pea. Good job for the twist.. hehe

Yes, another bad job, I think, Zack should just focused doing R rated films, I can't believe, this is PG 13 and did not fit for him. I did affect that especially in the action scenes.. It's not Zack with a blood less action scenes. hehe

That shows well, some directors are good in directing, but not good in making or telling stories of their own.. And unfortunately, Zack is one of them. However, not all great directors are good storywriters, it just if they knew, it won't work, they will stick at what they are good at.. And I hope Zack will realize that.. And yes, we hope that Superman won't be like this crap. hehe

And yes, it sucked.. Oh well, great thing, there are good things of this movie. I forgot, yes, of all the OST or music used for this movie, also got bad. Geez, more minus points. hehe

Ok, don't worry, save the good or best for last. The good things made this movie not a waste of money. Great idea but it did not execute well..

But there are good things, one is even it's 50's, the setting is great, costumes and the feel of the 50's at least great. He already did that in Watchmen but it's good. Photography and clarity of the whole movie, great, even I did not watch it in 3D which I am grateful did not watch it in 3D, hehe.. I can say, great as well.. Clear and crisp photography, especially in the alternate sequences..

Actors, good, and yes even Vanessa Hudgens improved. Carla Cugino is always like that, whatever role given to her even with a bad russian accent, I can say she is good there. The other chicks are great, especially Baby Doll, aussie Emily Browning and Sweet Pea, aussie again, Abbie Cornish which I wonder, I should watch Limitless. hehe Then Jamie and of course, Jena Malone which from Donnie Darko days to this one, she still look young. hehe They bashed Scott Glenn but I like his role, wiseman indeed, and one more thing, nah. hehe

The pimp dude, great as well, as the pimp, not as the warden but well, give him a clap.. All of those actors done great it's just yes, I got sigh when I realize they were part of a bad script and story.. =(

Editing was great, cutting in and out and how the sequences work, and lastly, the great parts and of course, got what you paid for..

The alternate sequences.. It's a geek dream or anime or video gamers dream.. Damn they are great..

I tend to disagree that those were copied, it's just the ideas of putting those elements in the screen are great. I like the temple scene which so anime like, especially how Baby Doll killed the last samurai monster.. Nostalgic. =)

The second alternate sequence is my fave!! =)

And yes, I can't imagine how Zack pull this off. He can be a good war movie director. hehe It's like castle wolfenstein, great sequence from the Mecha to killing the nazi zombie bastards with no blood. Geez.. hehe

I like from the setting itself then, the action scene, the guns and of course, the falling zeppelin, damn, wow.. That is so action packed, fast paced as well. =)

Then the dungeon sequence, which is anime style as well, slash adventure game as well.. Well, the least like but I liked it due to the dragon flying out and how Baby Doll pinned it. hehe

Of course, the last one, the train bomb which it has dramatic parts but I liked how it was made like the robots, slow motion capture, I feel sorry for Rocket, not she died but how she was punched. hehe Then slice and dice and the setting was great..

Those 4 scenes, oh well, yes, the cost of the movie ticket. hehe If this will come out in DVD, I think I'll use the forward button to go to these scenes.. That's it.. Other than that, I think if you pull out those scenes, it's a bad movie, or just go straight to DVD, or TV Movie instead. hehe

I wonder, what was Baby Doll dancing that made her audience in awe? I hope in the director's cut, at least show what she was dancing, for once. =)

Maybe it's in the tune of when the levee breaks or panic switch.. By the way, great songs used for the trailer.. =)

Back to the Barrio

After winning the whopping prize sa contest in the FS townhall, of course, napunta lang sa pamasahe.. Oh Christ.

Yes, all was set after winning the contest, plano agad was to have a team building right away since ayun, maghihiwalay na ang Team Jo-anne.. It is sad that we heard yun balita but well, change is inevitable.

Nevertheless, we need to move on and enjoy the last moments of being part sa the best team ng FS!!! Yehey! hehe

Ang unang plano eh dapat sa Batangas, kaso since parang survivor daw like, no electricity or sort of, eh most of the team mates changed their minds. Fontana sana kaso di naman sulit kung overnight lang.. Pansol? Been there and done that..

Eh etong si Cyrene nagsuggest na sa lolo't lola na lang daw niya farm/rest house magspend yun team building namin, and sabi namin, Go! Besides para maiba naman. hehe

That was after two weeks from the successful FS townhall run, then yes may mga di nakasama.. Sayang..

Siyempre may games and food is ready kasi sila naman daw magluto, pero may aberya, ang way papano papunta dun. hehe Since wala naman kami van or whatever, hanggang sa last minute, ayun may nakuha si Roy na avanza cab papunta from Makati to Jala-Jala, Rizal which at first, I never heard of that place. hehe

Anyway, Friday came which is 18th and yes, tama, kasi I still remember, birthday yun ni, whatever. hehe

Especially 3 days before that.. Birthday ni, number 1. hahaha

Ok, medyo natagalan pa kami umalis due to the late comers, pero we left makati around 5:30pm na.

Yes, I can't believe na walang upuan sa likod so kaming boys, medyo hirap ha.. Palipat lipat ng pwesto.. hehe

Siyempre kwentuhan, asaran and tulugan na din. hehe

And yes, I can't believe how large Rizal is.. As I know, yun Antipolo pa lang sobrang nalalayuan na ko, not only due to distance but also yun traffic, lalo na sa parts of Pasig and Marcos Highway..

And yep, wow, it's damn far indeed..

Add to that misery, we got lost and around 7:30pm, we don't know where we are heading to.

May nalaman din kami na maraming pala NPA dun, which we did not see but of course, worried kasi siyempre mahirap na at gabi pa! Peste naman. hehe

Then, around 8:00pm, we went over a mountain na sobrang dilim and kaunti lang ang ilaw.. At napagalaman namin na that's another way to go to Pagsanjan, Laguna! Wow, uuwi ba ko sa min? hehe Malapit na kasi yun sa Sta. Cruz eh.. Kaya pala may mga signage na papuntang Laguna which I wondered, paano kaya?

It was a scary moment, lalo na may nakita si Mhon na parang lookout ng NPA.. Geez... We were lucky to escape from that ordeal.. And around 9pm, after some directions and pointing to the right road and some guidance na din, in the long way, we arrived at a simple yet wide, very wide resthouse/farm. =)

Sobrang gutom na kami and barrio style siyempre ang kain.. Bodle fight!!!

Grabe yun ulam, ay grabe.... Totoong sinigang na baboy na talagang piniga sa sampalok tapos may halong gabi yun sabaw!!! Sabaw pa lang ulam na!!! Yum!!! hehe Siyempre, kumpleto yun gulay at higit sa lahat, malaman na baboy.. =)

Tapos basta may kasama pang ulam dun, check niyo na lang pics! hehe

Then, yes, after the sumptous dinner, we have a bonfire.. Bago to ha, yun bonfire nasa gilid, kami di nakaikot, nakahiwalay kami. hehe

Pero grabe yun lawak ng farm na yun, yun nga lang, wala kaming nakuhang mangga, naharvest na pala.. =( Pero ok lang, naenjoy naman namin simplicity ng lugar, nakahiga sa damo tapos nakatulala lang sa langit, a nice moon indeed.. =) Ang masarap pa, walang lamok!!! Kaya well, nagdecide kaming matulog na lang later there. hehe

The most awaited announcement was presented there, at ayun, sinabi na kung san kangkungan na kami pupulutin, este bagong teams. =)

Well, lahat naman masaya, especially, wala napunta sa dalawang team na ayoko. hehe Kala ko mapupunta ako sa team na kailangan may helmet kasi magiging war lagi. hahaha

Surprise talaga, at mapupunta ako sa same Team!!! hehe Kaso kalungkot, siyempre yun iba mapupunta sa na sa ibang team.. Di na as fun before pero ganun talaga, change is really a vicious process in this job..

But important eh nandiyan lang naman sila, di naman sila mapupunta ng ibang dept.. =)

Ah, may inom siyempre, kaso kaunti lang, pero masarap yun ihaw na liempo and hotdog!

Then, after hours, isa isa na siyempre napagod, nagpahinga pero ang kulit namin.. Pictures dito, dun, sa bonfire, kulitan at siyempre, inuman, kaso bitin eh.. Pero mabuti na yun pahinga na kami.. =)

Naiwan kaming boys sa damo at naglatag na lang kami ng banig, tapos kumot at unan, kwentuhan at siyempre, may kaunting kantahan! hehe

At ayun, nakatulog na kami..

Ang sarap ng tulog then all of the sudden, parang may dumura sa kin, at nagising ako, pero nagulat ako na ayun, umuulan na pala! hehe

Biglang ayos ng gamit, takbo at ayun, tulog kami sa malapit sa kubo.. Na meron humihilik na parang generator na di umaandar. hehe Di kami agad nakatulog pero ayun, nagising na naman ako kasi 7am na..

At yes, may activities kami!!! Before we eat breakfast..

First is parang amazing race, pero relay.. Gawa ng task then lipat sa ibang member, tamang tama yun place for our activities ha, malawak at maganda sa umaga.. =)

Of course, yun team namin talo. hehe

Then second game, eto na, Assassins which involves running and grabbing. hehe Each member has a picture of yourself and objective of the game is to get other pictures from other members until 2 left in the game.. Ako naman, nagpatalo na ko kasi ngarag na ko saka I don't want to run all over the place, kakapagod. hehe Pero of course, there are competitors, ayaw patalo at pahuli, pero sa huli, Mhon and SME DP won the game.. Buwis buhay nga yun game eh. hehe

May kalmutan at threat na manapak. Haha!!!! You can see that at the pics..

Then yes, my fave part, breakfast.. Hay, galunggong tapos egg omelet, then yun sabaw ng sinigang, dilis at yun masarap na ensaladang mangga.. Mainit na kanin.. Panalo!!!! Yummmmmmmmmmmm

Yun ata yun session na madami talagang ako kinain.. Sarap eh tapos ganun oras, naku, talagang nasa barrio ka.. hehe

Siyempre, di mawawala ang swimming.. At special to, kasi mababaw lang yun pool, or should I called that Jacuzzi.. hehe Kasi sobrang init at di biro talaga sa umpisa.. Dapat may sign nga na magingat sa unang babad.. hahaha

Nakakatawa sa pic, yun bawat isa nag babad dun, sa unang salta, ayun iba yun reaction sa face eh. hehe

Pero grabe pag tumagal ka na, ayaw mo na umalis. hehe Sarap, therapy talaga from a week of madness, tapos ganito.. Hay.. Sulit!!!! Masarap nga matulog dun lalo na may floater.. hehe Galing kasi sa bukal yun tubig kaya ayun, sobrang natural haven. =)

After 1 and a half hours of relaxing ayun, kain naman ng lunch.. Nilagang baboy! hehe Pero grabe, masarap pa din! Samahan pa ng pritong tilapia.. Wow!

Pero kaunti lang nakain ko, kasi naman, sobrang busog pa din ako nun breakfast! hehe

After that, ayun paraffle daw.. Courtesy of me, load lang naman. hehe Then, ayun, 2:30pm pa daw dating ng jeep, tulog naman kami.. Kasama ko yun malakas humilik pero grabe, ang sarap matulog sa hapon. =) Fresh air, walang lamok at ayun kahit sa kawayan o bangko lang ako natulog, sulit na.. =)

Simplicities of life really makes you wonder, just make life simple.. =)

Then 2:30pm came and we rode na pauwi.. This time naging madali naman yun paguwi namin, kahit mahaba biyahe, ok naman.. At narealize namin na madali lang pala pumunta, basta wag maligaw at patience sa biyahe. Parang na din nag batangas.. =)

We arrived sa Starmall Manda around 5:30pm, then ayun I went home tired yet relaxed, tired kasi haba ng biyahe, pero relaxed kasi ang saya ng team building.. The best!!! Kasi siyempre yun time spent with the team ok then samahan mo pa ng magandang lugar, ayos na!!! =) Sayang nga kung mahaba lang, pwede kaso well, di naman pwede..

Reunion daw dun ulit, para makabawi sa biyahe. hehe And time I guess..

From TL Jo-anne then all the members ng team, good luck sa bagong team, sana magtagal pa tayo! hehe At sana looking forward for the reunion if it will go through and have the same fun filled day again.. Very special team.. =) Good luck to all of us.

Flashbacks: Winning Egg

Damn, mas mahaba pa yun time sa pag gawa ng itlog na yun kaysa sa practice namin. hehe

There was a battle of performances ala "showtime", in our FS townhall and looking back in our performance.. Geez I can't believe it.. Oh well.. Ganito na lang ba?

Yes, at least every quarter there is a Fin Services Townhall, which celebrates the department success in achieving our achievable VOC scores or our stats and yes, recognize the efforts of the agents who really outperformed well in the course of our daily FS operations.

Last townhall, I was not able to come kasi VL ko and besides, well, di ko masyado close yun team.. That was changed, at least quarter later.

And this townhall, had a challenge, to put up a showdown contest to showcase or miserable este god given talents, if we have one. hehehe

Yes, me? Dude, I can't dance or even well sing.. I am not sure with my team.. Hehe Pero of course, for other teams..

Well, at first yes, assign si ganyan at ganito, bring this or do that.. More of assigning work and decentralize the roles, and most importantly, what we are going to do..

At first, it was hard, because yes, sobrang queue pa nun and siyempre we need to think our stats first, kasi baka next quarter, wala na kami. =(

Since of my team mates are dancers and well one is a singer o sorry two pala kaso di din pwede kasi mag VL ng townhall date, we thought of just doing a "Showtime" routine..

Yes, the channel 2 show competition of dancing, dancing and they changed it to acting but it did not work, changed it back to dancing show. The show has of course, very, very, very good and respectable judges lead by Vice Ganda. hehe

Anyway, so ayun, naisip na ganun, at first medyo confusing pa kasi of the overflow of ideas and the executions as well, pero it end up na we will just mix some songs then ayun isip na lang ng dance routine..

After a week, siyempre wala pa kami ginagawa because we need to wait for the dance anthem, but other teams, holy crap.. They have routine and most of all, the props! Yes, they have props and they look like expensive.. The prize is by the way, 3000php for the champion team and 1000php for the runner up team..

Meaning, whatever you spend in this contest will be paid if you're the winning team. hehe

Kami naman, siyempre todo hintay at ayun ngarag sa queue.. Inggit din kasi mabuti pa yun ibang team, medyo may practice na..

Rules? Mayrun of course, at least 4-7 mins performance including the preparation and linis ng stage. hehe Then may criteria siyempre, from 40% ata aliw factor, 20% for the performance, 20% props and costume and 20% for the audience impact, total of 100%. Parang sa Eat Bulaga dance contest nun araw, at least di 10% audience impact. hehe

No fireworks pala siyempre.. Baka masunog yun venue at dun mapunta yun funds ng Townhall. hehe

After some days na din, ayun may dance track na kami and isip ng plot and routine then yun na!

Actually one week before the presentation, dun lang kami nagstart. Saturday and Sunday, our SME find some props at Divi at costume na din.. At yes, well, they are damn inspired what Lady Gaga did in the Grammy's so, yes, they want us to do, the "Egg".

I thought to myself.. How are we going to do that!?

Monday, almost all the props are complete, practice kina Kissen our lovely team mate which very near at office and most especially, A. Venue.. Wow, pwede maglasing tapos uwi ka lang naglalakad. hahaha

Well, we listened to the track at ayun brainstorming pa din and we started to create the ultimate props using, plagana, the steel roods, chicken wires and alambre, and pangkulay sa Egg.. Newspapers.. Crap. hehe

Ayun mas matagal pa yun pag assemble kaysa sa practice kasi wala pa naman yun ibang members na kasama sa number..

Paper mache ginamit namin, at least mura at recycled. hehe

Tuesday, yes! May routine na at well problema pa sa papakulay ng lintik na itlog na yun.. hehe Pero yes, nakaisip na basic routine and I was surprised with my role, how about TL Jo-anne and especially, yes, may Lady Gaga kami. =)

Kaunting practice and kain ng kaunti and yes, still focusing at the big Egg.. hehe

We got tired and moved to Wednesday.

Wednesday was quite serious.. Of course as the competition comes near, we need to become in sync and mamemorize yun gagawin namin, or else, niyek, talunan kami.. By the way, yun una, second to the last kami but due to oh well, some changes, first to perform kami from FS.. Yun una sa min, welll Virgin mobile collection, pero di FS yun, it's just under the same OM..

Then practice, practice and practice and they told me at least memorize the lines.. And yes, the Egg is not even strong yet and puzzled, how we are going to carry that thing?

At the end of that practice, we started to figure out pano kulayan at ayun, sinimulan na namin.. Grabe. hehe

The last day of practice, of course, Thursday.. Lahat kami ngarag na, pero suprisingly, patapos na lahat!! Props and costumes, check! Except for the Egg na kailangan maging stable at mukhang Egg, hindi carosa. hehe

Dance moves and sync check! Well, we were laughing while in practice pero sometimes serious at ayun nakuha na ang gagawin namin.. Pero sobrang fun talaga, parang sa school lang na may play or performance pero the difference is, eto sobrang short.. Mas mahaba pa yun pag gawa, yun gulo at ayos ng props. hehe

Pero, late na kami nakauwi, at ako mabuti off ko Friday.. Kaso ayun, mabuti nakasakay pa ko papuntang Suki, geez kakapagod na mag MRT after the long practice and fixing the things..

Friday came and yes I practiced my lines.. Naks! hehe Even I hate it, pero para naman sa team yun.. =)

Then yes, pagpunta ko ng office, ayun medyo may iniba sa part ko! Grabe eh. But same flow and routine through except for that Egg..

Hmmmmm I was surprised na nadala sa venue yun egg, but yun steel poles and rods, wala pa.. And we are short of time!!!! Niyek..

All of us got dressed since we are first and at the nick of time after na ibuhol yun alambre sa Egg, plagana at poles, nabuo naman kaso walang testing. hehe

Then after some ques at mga improvements, we're ready!!!!!! Yihaaaa!!! We're ready to lose. hehe

Kasi naman yun ibang team, sobrang prepared and may mga surprises pa so we don't know what to expect in our team.. Pero like DP SME said, tuloy lang pag may mali and enjoy, kahit matalo basta pahirapan yun ibang team. hehe

Townhall started and we are feeling the nerves already.. Medyo ayun na. Grabe eh..

Ako talaga nakasimangot nun kasi pagod at kinakabahan na din, lalo una pa kami.. Crap.

Tapos siyempre, I am nervous what's going happen into that precious Egg. hehe

After VMA finished their acoustic performance, ayun na, kami na, now na!!! Niyek!!!!

Positions are set and yes, we started.. TL as Justin Bieber then we have 3 lovely ladies as backup namely, Marie, Kissen and Airene.. TL lip synch in the tune of Baby, then me? As always, PNOY that wears like Ludacris, well after this, they called me Loadakiss because of what I do.. hehe

Well, I lip synch the rap part of that pop song.. Geez, great part for 40 seconds of fame, and yes they were shouting and I was surprised na pinalit na part pala, si TL ng girl dress.. Nashock ako. hehe Well, lahat of course, it was fun.. Then out kami..

Lady Gaga came in and it was Shiela who done her Poker face part, and yes she came out in that paper made Egg.. At initcha na lang sa entrance, di na kinaya dalin ng dalawang dudes, namely Mhon and Jerome.. hehe By the way, we have our moral support members Chelo at Cy..

Sila Mommy Ness, sayang di nakapunta and Faye, well did go to Aussie..

Anyway, lahat naghiyawan na!!! Pano ba naman tong si Sheila, grabe eh, finish, kaw na!!! Lalo na yun sayaw niya with the 2 dudes, dakma na eh!! You can see that in the pics. hehe Or sa video, na until now, di ko pa nakikita ng buo. hehe

Then after that, ayun SME Mitch and SME DP went to their Beyonce part na, crazy in love with our dance routine.. then everybody was indeed going crazy bought the house down!!! At that time, I thought, let's finish this na.. hehe

It was an electric finish and we received a standing ovation.. Grabe, everybody went Gaga..hehe

You can see that na din na iba shock and we too, it went smooth and fun! At relieved na din at ako pa nagdismantle na lintik na itlog. hehe

Then, ayun, mga judges were awe and we did put a smile in their faces.. Biglang tanong siyempre for the star of the night, Shiela which quite speechless and wanted to change clothes kasi ang hirap nun suot niya. hehe

Kami naman we were very joyous that it finish great which we never thought of and our OM EJ very happy as well.. We were just laughing and have fun eating the pulutan and ice tea. Bad trip made my night bad trip.. Bad trip was the cocktrail drink offered that night, let me tell you, medyo bad ang timpla. hehe

After our performance, yes, the prize went up to 5000php champion, 3000php for the 1st runner up and 1000php for the 2nd runner up.. Wow, sana manalo kami for team building na yun! hehe Then yes, sana may funds kami for our final team building. Final kasi may shuffling eh starting next quarter..

Pero that night it was fun, the other performance were fun.. From TL Tam's the cover dance, I forgot the name. hehe TL AJ's korean inspired dance and some glee, and yes the Glee songs are all over every team's performance. hehe TL Mars, Glee/Beyonce/Dreamgirls with tv ad performance plus a real stunt, at mabuti ok si Hacel. hehe TL Garsh, suprising performance at yes, wow, once in a lifetime chance na si TL Garsh ay bihis Do�a. hehe TL Faye's gameshow inspired yet impressive final dance routine.. Siyempre, TL Faye yun, professional dancer yun eh.. Di mawawala. hehe

Townhall gave some awards and yes my award ok for one wacky award for being fully loaded award due to my bizness. hehe Compliance 100% for the month of ehem, Aug. hehe And surprisingly our team, lowest Lost hours..

The winner of course ng showtime, is TL Jo-anne!!! We are champions, after the rush work and gulo at kalokohan na number, we won victorious!!! Yehey, may team funds na kami for final team building!!!!!!

We went crazy and eccentric because simply, we can't believe it.. And thanks, I guess for the winning Egg!

The Egg? We threw it away.. Sabi ko nga kay Mhon, pwede namin ipamuseo yun. Or dapat daw pula yun kulang ng itlog parang itlog na maalat =)

My Shop

I can't believe na after 2 years, the little shop of mine still stands firm.. At least.. hehe Yes, for now, medyo struggle because of catching some due sa shop and some changes pero magiging stable na din in the future. Siyempre I need to invest for new things or to stock na din para tuloy tuloy ang operations.. I hope yun cash din. hehe

Kuya was surprised na 2 years na pala ako, kala nga niya closing time na or benta na yun shop, sabi ko hindi no.. Hindi mangyayari yun..

Shop helped me a lot lalo na yun first year, sobrang living within your means talaga.. Grabe, sa sobrang tipid minsan noon, lipasin na ko ng gutom basta makabenta lang.. =) At sobrang budget ako, lalo na yun mga kinakainan ko, sobrang mura kahit minsan di masarap, kailangan tiis eh..

Marami na din nangyari, nawala, oh minsan lugi for the day or sometimes for a week.. Geez.. Kahit anong lagay mo gamit o ayos, inaalat talaga. Kaya I always pray na sana malakas yun benta not only because for me but also yes, to pay what is due..

It helped na din for sure, what I learned from college, which somehow theory wise, medyo apply pero most of it, just business instincts na lang and diskarte.. Advices as well from Kuya na talagang nakatulong sa kin.. Sobrang thank you ko sa kanya kasi di lang binigyan ako ng chance to manage and own but also the values I learned at siyempre, cellphone at load.. hehe Thanks bro, sana bawi tayo these days!!!

Ah with this shop, naexpand ko pa yun customers ko hanggang sa work! Even ptp ang load at minsan pati cellphone. =)

Alam ko dami ko dapat improve at least to make my shop stable, pero it will be a long way.. I can't believe na every item of that shop will be mine someday, I mean soon.. Siguro kung di ako nagwork, naku siyam siyam pa siguro ako. hehe Or it will take another 2 years to pay off that shop..

Pero ok lang, looking back those efforts, what happened and never ending reports na minsan ayoko ko na isipin masyado, but that's fine.. It's a part of the business.. Besides, marami naman siya natulong sa kin..

I hope what I am learning or doing sa shop, well maapply ko in my future ventures.. I hope it will also have a long life.. I don't know how long pa tong shop na to for me, I know it will not be forever, but at least, pag may ibang branch or business pa ko, nandiyan pa din siya or well, wala na but I prospered already.. =)

END DST

As I race against time, always!!! I log in at 5:29am avaya time for my very early 5:30am shift, I tell to myself, I hope this will be over.. Indeed over..

Frankly speaking, those worse wake up days are nearing end.. I am happy that the 1 hour earlier time will be over.. Geez, I know going home early at 2:30am is good but with all the jobs or work I do, I felt, I am more productive and efficient when my work starts well, later time. An hour later.. Besides, waking up at 3:30am really needs more energy that I thought it will be easier.. Geez. In the end, I spent more money and time when this early sked kicks in..

Looking back those days, it was hard to figure out how to go to work at that pace. I was happy at first but as those 6 months passing by, geez, I am more comfortable with the late shift.. Even yes, going home at 1 hour later was hard, like traffic and stuff but with my schedule at the shop, it will be wiser to finish late, go at the shop for some work and go home, done. Then go up late at the next day!

It's better than same routine but next day, you will need to wake up again so early.. Crap.. hehe

Even though I had many things to do at the early shift, I tend to forget other things to do because my thinking is like, yeah I can do that later but at the end, I forgot to do it! Geez.. It happens most of the time. Some of them, I paid it dearly.. =(

Well, I guess, it is better to say that I am more comfortable as DST ends.. It is favorable for those who live in far places, for example, far south Cavite or LP. Or far north, like Fairview QC or QC itself, or Rizal. Well for me, I have one ride from home to work. hehe

Even lunch! Come on, I hate if my lunch starts at 9:30 am! Then I'll go home hungry again because I finished my shift at 5:30am.. It is expensive!!! and it was! Yehey.. hehe

As April approaches, I am looking forward to have this better schedule for me, it will improve not only my way of everyday life but also maybe how things will go for these next 6 months..

I am eager to really use that advantage and well, yes, I don't need to wake up that bad morning time. =)

fast paced weeks

It happened so fast that oh well, medyo broke and the same time, things will change in the following weeks. Di naman malaki, pero yes, tapos na ang pesteng DST.

Yeah, after 2 weeks, ngayon lang ako nakapagpost ulit. After some sermons and yes, some problems to finish which never end, eh ayun, nagsusulat pa din ako. Pero I'm quite happy naman na it's almost over I mean sa work, coz one pumapasa na ko sa stats and two, yes!! Same team pa din ako, until tomorrow, baka magchange pa in the last minute. Pero malamang, wag lang ako mapunta sa team na yaw ako.. The team who has a potential war zone, and another team which has better Lt. Col than the General. hehehe

Malabo na, pero sadly, sobrang kinalat kami, and it is, I can say, the best team I had in my career. Kala ko yun nasa Dell na pero, nandito lang pala. =) Company, Dell pa din siyempre. hehe

Kudos to Team Jo-Anne... It was a great year and hope that this new Team Jo-anne, I am not expecting like overall winning attitude, pero performance na lang as a team sana masustain.. Pero yun extracuricular, malabo ata. Matatalo na kami sa contest. hahaha

Hay, great thing to Igz at pagaling na at ayun, may bago!!!! Yihee! hehe

Sleeping Room

Pag gising ko lagi, naisip ko na sana may electric fan dito.. Unting unti lumipat ng bahagya ang mga gamit ko sa kwartong di ko maisip na nandun ako mamalagi ulit.. Naiwan na kasi ni Kuya Allan, at ayun, nandun pa din mga plaka niya at mga japanese stuff at anime.

Wala ako magagawa, kasi si Algerro nakabalik na at gusto sa dati ko kwarto, dahil naman sa computer ko.

At ayun, balik sa kwarto na maraming alaala na may masama at masaya.. Di ko na siguro ilalahad yun, akin na lang.

Nakakagulat nga at yun TV binili ko nung nasa ventus pa ko ay buhay pa at gumagana, kailangan lang ng matinong antenna..

Yun DVD player iniwan dun, ayun gumagana pag di mo tatanggalin yun daliri mo sa power at magdasal ka na malalabas pa yun DVD sa kanya.. Malas lang ako, di na lumabas yun isang DVD ko dun.. Bubuksan ko siya pag kumuha na ko ng player..

Naisip ko na din na ayusin siguro yun kwarto, nagawa ko na nung linggo, kaso di pwede galawin lahat kasi sa mga gamit naiwan.. Buti nga wala na yun mga anay sa kabilang sahig..

Pero di ko lubos maisip na masarap pala matulog dun sa kwarto pag gabi, sa sobrang lamig.. Kasi dati di ganun, siguro nun ibang posisyon ng kama ko, ayun ayos na.. Di kagaya dati.. Grabe init lalo na sa hapon..

Subalit, kailangan ko pa din ng electric fan, industrial para malakas, lalo na sa tag init.

Dapatwa't alam ko sa hirap ng buhay ko, pasalamat naman sa kwarto kong ito, kahit medyo iba eh nakikisama naman.. Malaking kama, malapit ang TV at maganda ang bintana, kita kahit papano yun sinag ng umaga..

Kahit nasa kabilang kwarto pa yun importanteng computer ko eh, ok lang, para naman malayo siya di ba?

Sa paglipas ng panahon, nakita ko din pagkatapos ng lahat, natanggal na yun pintura at gumulo yun ibang gamit, ayun nandun pa din ako..

Tatagal ba ko dun sa kwartong iyon? Siguro, at depende din.. Mas mabuti naman kaysa magkasama pa kami ni Gerro di ba?

Palagay ko magugustuhan ko balikan yun kwarto.. Kahit papano, nawawala kahit sandali yun gulo o problema, pahinga lang ako at ayus na!

Siguro kulang na lang.. Ang fan at matinong DVD player..

Nasabi ko na nasa kwartong yun ang masaya at malungkot.. Oo, at tuwing babalikan ko yun..

Lintek yan!!! hehehe

Isara ko muna siya, at babalikan ko siya mamaya...

March Madness?!

Still staring at myself for what happened these past days.. I can't believe after all the hard work, the sacrifice and everything, yes.. It ends up, bad.. I hope January won't happen again, and please.. Make this month interesting, not frightning..

Nah, this is not about the NCAA playoffs marching to the finals.. I rarely watch that, besides, I rely the updates in the net..

It is madness..

After a day I got a very pathetic survey which I feel, unfair. Then other problems came, left and right.. Maybe stress is coming in and I can't seem to be handling it well.. I hope this will end.. Sometimes, you will set expectations and end up, wrong.

Misfortunes come in the way, low in sales for weeks.. Then my memory card acted up crap, which I lost so many pictures! Damn..

I hate this.. Oh well, great thing, this wordpad is here to at least ease the pain and stress.

I can't help to really give up, but well, he is still there to support and love and give us grace.. I can't forget all of these because it is still happening.. I wonder how it will go in the next following days. I can't really smile right now but all I can do is smirk at it and frown, I hope I'll have a long rest..

Speaking of rest, yes.. My plans for next week was ruined due to the unusual thing happening in this company. For the second time, my VL was cancelled just like that. Yes, can you believe that? I do now.. I was frustrated earlier but all I can do, is give a sign for that freaking mistake.. Geez.. Oh well.. Damn. They have their days..

Due to that pathetic survey, well, my days in the company are numbered, at least for the next quarter which I do need.. I don't know how I will make up for it, especially when you have less calls.. Is their anyway to reverse that result? I tried and nah, not valid. Good job, love it!

You may seem how frustrated I am this week, unlike last week which full of fun and happy for the team, went victorious, my stats are steady and sales picking up. But all of the sudden, that was changed in just a matter of days.. I am demotivated in some way.. It is.. It was.

I'm in a daze.. Geez.. I can't believe it.

Well, I am still optimistic what's going to happen.. Nevertheless, let's see how this week patterned in such a way that will motivate me..

I always think, maybe I'll bet at Lotto and I might win! But oh well, luck is not really at my side.. Especially these days..

I'll just continue to work hard and pray, and hope and have faith.. Love? Hmmmmm yeah, love life! Even in this situation.. By the way, next week? I know it's quite special..

Let's do something special with a mix of madness..
