Those years... Four long years..
I can't believe first na aabot na apat na taon ang blog ko.. I was suprised that after I reduced my monthly posts and keeping some themes or topics, still.. Matiyaga pa din ako.
Even I haven't got any recognition of sorts or monetary reward, but that's fine. Di ko naman target yun even before.. This one was made just to really express myself and yes, to control whatever within those emotions.
Kahit yun isang friend ko nagulat that it's been a while I have this, I just tell, it's fun and it helps a lot..
From planning my life ahead..
From telling what I have in mind..
From telling what I feel from my heart..
From the failures and frustrations I experienced..
From enjoying what I love or like in life..
From looking back those years, and moving forward for the better..
Eventually, I became more determined na to keep this one, unless something happens to me or someone wants me to stop. Which I doubt nobody tried. =)
Nung check ko yun stats ko, aba, somebody from the US, UK, and yes, Russia.. Do Russians speak tagalog? hehe Kakatuwa lang na other countries whether they are bots, or real person.. Even those who might get confused or did not understand much about my blog.. That's fine, thanks for visiting!
Of course, may mga changes naman ako gagawin sa blog.. But not that drastic change. More topics to discuss and most of all, some themes that I may release na makacapture na maraming readers.. I haven't write the big ones yet. hehe
All I can say, wait until the end of the year for those topics.. At least one or two, may lalabas dito. hehe
I'm planning to release another blog but not the same style, it will be totally different one. Actually I don't know if its still a blog, pero basta nakapost lang siya.. I'm looking for a better blog site than blogger.

Not Showing: Shame
Your life is fun, having a great job.. Your also in the top of your game, good looking and yes, you can dig girls left and right.. Then you have also a secret part of you.. Addicted to well.. Sex.
All of the sudden, it was changed when your pesky sister came and try to ask for help. But you won't mind, just try to enjoy life, love life and don't care everything around you.
That's the simple story of Shame.. Simple but as the story goes along, the problem of her sister goes along, the addiction getting deeper and eating himself alive.. Bad factors first.. First, hmmm the first 40 mins was bit a lag.. Although not that boring.. It was just slow.. There were scenes that great at those 40 mins but some of it, just simply paced. Another one, although it's indeed included in the film.. The sex scenes, they are strong one. That's why, it won't definitely show it here.
Those scenes are quite let me say, intense. Short but intense, but the last 2 scenes.. Shocking and the last one, porn like. Damn but when that last shot of that last sex scene, you can feel his emotion of being trapped.. Being in disgust for himself..
Well, although it is not really a flaw or a problem, I was surprised that this film has few lines.. Except for two or three scenes, but yeah I was shocked, it has very few lines.. It is a gamble because some people or critics got bored but because of the performances.. Nah.. It's not a big deal.
Great things!!! One is yeah.. Although the ending is really a cliff hanger, what I like about the film is the length of it.. Just enough for the pace, everything, the story about the film. It's not short nor long.. Just right.. Some drama flicks, are just so long.. Or others short but lack of details. Two, hmmmm director!!! Steve Mcqueen, not the moviestar, another great film directed by him.. After hunger, this is better.. Hunger was a political movie.. This is just pure art, tension, depression and love.. I hope he'll do more films, whether it's drama or period films.. He's a great one.
Three, soundtrack, including the great jazz singing by Carey.. Eventually it has only few tracks, but I love the music used for the film, especially the one used in the trailer and in the last parts of the film.. The mood of the film, fits with it's quite orchestra sound. Except perhaps that blondie song. =)
Four, the simple plot of the story.. I mean, yeah at first you think it's fun to be addicted to sex but as the plot goes on and by Brandon's actions, he felt becoming trapped and tired of it. Then his pesky sister come in, simply wants help but he always felt his sis just giving him headache everytime she stays in the house.. I love the pace as well, slowly but surely comes into the interesting climax.
Lastly, the reason why critics alike and me, enjoyed so much this film.. The great performances by Michael Fassbender and Carey Mulligan. Damn, even the partners of Mike are good actors, I mean I was surprised according to imdb, theater actresses but they look good, especially the lady in the train.. Even the boss of Brandon is good, he got lucky kissing Carey. Brandon is Mike's character, Carey's name is Sissy. I love even with less lines, the deep acting they did. Like for Carey, even she has only have minutes in the film, but important minutes for her.. A shocking intro from her until the end.. Great performance! An oscar worthy perhaps but crowded with the Help cast. That's fine, she done a magnificent job.. Like I said I hope she can try a singing career, jazz is better for her.
Michael Fassbender.. The first time I saw him was in Inglorious Basterds, although he was killed in a unlucky way.. I was carried away by his presence and acting even in a short time.. Except for Jonah Hex. =) Then Hunger, Jane Eyre, Haywire, and XMen first class.. But all of those will be thrown away because of this performance. I was surprised that almost all the award giving bodies last year gave him a nomination except for Oscar's which.. I hope he is indeed due. If not for this performance, maybe next time.. But this is his best performance.. :)
From the opening scene, until the scenes for his job, then yes those scenes, the scene where he cried for the song.. Then, the scenes where he is depressed and confused what to do. The scenes, that he throw away all the stuff, even his laptop.. The date he made for the night.. Even in few lines.. But he done magnicifently through actions.. I love what he did when he saved Sissy and cried in the end.. He is also vain, as shown how he fix his apartment.
The ending left hanging, but I guess.. He changed already because of the chain of events.. There were scenes I was shocked, like damn.. He kissed a dude and yes.. Great director, there was a scene like I'm watching in irreversible. I admit, that this film almost shows my addiction.. Not sex but like I admit before, porn.. Geez.. He perfectly shown that addiction..
I forgot, damn, great accents!!! They sounds like they just live in New York.. And yes, I was convinced they're siblings.. How about a film that they are lovers? =)
Eventually, I hope CBCP will allow to show this but well.. That's impossible.. Especially with those scenes? The film will be not that good if they cut a lot of scenes or even words.
For women, and for those who have a huge crush to Michael Fassbender, they will be delighted, happy and I won't be surprised, fantasize hm.. =) I compare this film, another underrated and great film american psycho.. But that one is scary, this one is depressing yet good open ending.

About training, all I can say.. I'm enjoying it kahit medyo boring na at dragging.. At yes, there are other options pa available.. I've discovered that mas malala pa pala sa parlance at HSBC those past years.. Not the account, but as a whole.. Damn.
Ang bilis naman matapos ng May, looking forward again for June.. The birthday month. I don't know what to expect pero breakthrough sana at masaya lang this coming month. I'm happy for one gadget I got, kaso di ko na fully utilize because of my pathetic sked and yes.. Gusto ko na talaga manood ng mga collection ko. Mukhang hirap ako sa dalawang posts na gagawin ko.. One is really I haven't done for sometime.. Other, it's just bahala na.. Panoorin ko na lang!! hehe Speaking of napanood, great thing nakita ko one Docu last Saturday about autism.. Nainspire ako sa isang case na nakakapagwork siya sa Jollibee ha, kahit part time.. Sabi ko sana matrain si Algerro ng ganun.. =( Luckily, may place for that school with therapy and training so for Algerro's case.. There is hope na maging more productive siya..
These days, many temptations are really swirling around me, but I know where to cling on.. And some added weapons, malalampasan ko sila.
I just realized, I need to get talaga an external HDD.. Mahina, 2TB!!! It will help a lot not only for my safe keeping, but also to have a duplicate of my collection.. Mga epektos kung baga.. Dumadami na sila at nakakalungkot..
Di ko pa sila mapanood lahat. Hahaha I'm not targeting to finish all of them this year.. Basta dapat masimulan ko na panoorin sila..
At oo, kailangan ko na talaga ng new computer.. I wish.. hehe

classics: Blade Runner
One of the weird titles I encountered in a movie.. Well, most of the Sci-Fi flicks have weird title yet they have sense.. This one, it's just well.. Quite loose end.
However, after watching this especially the director's cut, I can say, I'm craving for more or if not, I'll watch this all over again. Great news that Ridley Scott and the original writer of this film are back to make a sensible sequel for this film, almost 30 years later.. I hope they are really into it.
Story, quite simple.. It looks complicated but it has really a simple story. Former blade runner Deckard, by the way blade runner refers as someone chasing replicants (androids in human form), former cop. He was task to do a job which he needs to hunt down 4 replicants as they escaped and wants to meet their maker.
Of course, as for the long chase, the leader Roy Batty met his maker, killed him and Deckard able to meet Roy for a final match.. Deckard met Rachel along the way, one of the recent replicants made by Tyrell corporation who has a new skill.. Memories.
Deckard and Rachel escaped as cops tried to apprehend Rachel due to this new skill.. That's it.. Sorry for the poor story telling. =)
Anyway, the only mishap for the film is... It's hard to think any faults of it, ah only one thing but not really a big deal or minor flaw.. It's very dark! Dark lightning, no scenes that was done in a day.. It has few but not in general, it was done in so much darkness maybe because time is not really on the side of Deckard and yes, Rachel.
Great things!!! One, Director and his magnificent crew! Ridley Scott, wow.. I mean I watched most of his films, he tried to persuade to different genre which I know it is good. But some of his films, just can't seem to work out. But when he goes to Sci-Fi, he's at par with Steven or George.. Damn.. That's why I can't wait for Prometheus.
For this one, perfectly done, the pace was great.. The overall tone is magnificent, that's why other films or even anime claims this film as a great blueprint of the future world. I mean, except for the flying cars or space stations in Mars.. But for this one, it's almost realistic and close to real world. You add that replicant element, why not? It maybe done in soonest time, especially us humans has an unquenching thirst for advancement in science..
I love how the set up he made, and the role he given to all the actors.. Even James Olmos which I want to have an assistant like him.. Reliable one. =)
Second, the special effects, when this was made, it's beyond the years. I know if you compare that to these times, it's crappy. But, well.. I love how it was shown at that movie, detailed effects like the gadget used to detect a replicant.. Then they flying cars and future set up of LA, all are just simply amazing display of futuristic world. How about, one of the beautiful characters I saw in movies.. Rachel! I love that 50's look in a future time setting.. Sigh....
Third, action and actors! Definitely, I know it has few action scenes but it's simple and really wanting to know more about it. I love the chase scenes and yes, the final meet by Roy and Deckard. Actors, simply.. Well, captivating!! This is my favorite Harrison Ford movie.. I thought it's Indiana Jones, but well.. I just saw the best of him here in this film.. Great acting, a role fit for him. Sean Young, yeah.. Great lady through Rachel.. Rutger Hauer!! Perfect role for him, one of the best villains in a film or scifi flick.. Edward James Olmos, I did not recognize him at this movie.. Even Dr. Tyrell, wow.. Great lines delivered by everybody in this film.. Deep and complicated.. That's why this film should really have a follow up, can be a prequel or sequel.. They made the first choice, and that will be sequel!!! How about Daryl Hannah and the other chick.. Geez, beautiful women as well..
I can't believe that Bubblegum crisis anime, they really came an idea to make an anime out of Blade Runner.. Especially Priss!!! =)
Fourth and last! Great film comes with great music! No songs for this film but really great OST, especially the first music at first and the one at the end and credits.. Great fit for the film and that's why I'm hearing that sound in ads or some TV shows or other films before.. Geez..
I hope for the sequel, they will do the same mood but with an interesting plot and yes, great stars to portray in this film.. Others are easy to fill, especially for Rachel.. But one character will be hard to fill in.. Deckard of course! Even Harrison doesn't want to involve again in this Blood Runner..
Why Harrison and Mel Gibson in Mad Max doesn't want to really recognize their roles? I mean, it's like everytime they interviewed about these films, they simply have a bad mouth about it or just somehow regret doing this film. Geez, without these films, they won't be famous as they are today.. They should at least proud of it, you know..
There are many lines I love in this film, here's one of them..
Deckard: Replicants are like any other machine - they're either a benefit or a hazard. If they're a benefit, it's not my problem.

He was task to do a job which he needs to hunt down 4 replicants as they escaped and wants to meet their maker.
Of course, as for the long chase, the leader Roy Batty met his maker, killed him and Deckard able to meet Roy for a final match.. Deckard met Rachel along the way, one of the recent replicants made by Tyrell corporation who has a new skill.. Memories.
Deckard and Rachel escaped as cops tried to apprehend Rachel due to this new skill.. That's it.. Sorry for the poor story telling. =)
Anyway, the only mishap for the film is... It's hard to think any faults of it, ah only one thing but not really a big deal or minor flaw.. It's very dark! Dark lightning, no scenes that was done in a day.. It has few but not in general, it was done in so much darkness maybe because time is not really on the side of Deckard and yes, Rachel.
Great things!!! One, Director and his magnificent crew! Ridley Scott, wow.. I mean I watched most of his films, he tried to persuade to different genre which I know it is good. But some of his films, just can't seem to work out. But when he goes to Sci-Fi, he's at par with Steven or George.. Damn.. That's why I can't wait for Prometheus.
For this one, perfectly done, the pace was great.. The overall tone is magnificent, that's why other films or even anime claims this film as a great blueprint of the future world. I mean, except for the flying cars or space stations in Mars.. But for this one, it's almost realistic and close to real world. You add that replicant element, why not? It maybe done in soonest time, especially us humans has an unquenching thirst for advancement in science..
I love how the set up he made, and the role he given to all the actors.. Even James Olmos which I want to have an assistant like him.. Reliable one. =)
Second, the special effects, when this was made, it's beyond the years. I know if you compare that to these times, it's crappy. But, well.. I love how it was shown at that movie, detailed effects like the gadget used to detect a replicant.. Then they flying cars and future set up of LA, all are just simply amazing display of futuristic world. How about, one of the beautiful characters I saw in movies.. Rachel! I love that 50's look in a future time setting.. Sigh....
Third, action and actors! Definitely, I know it has few action scenes but it's simple and really wanting to know more about it. I love the chase scenes and yes, the final meet by Roy and Deckard. Actors, simply.. Well, captivating!! This is my favorite Harrison Ford movie.. I thought it's Indiana Jones, but well.. I just saw the best of him here in this film.. Great acting, a role fit for him. Sean Young, yeah.. Great lady through Rachel.. Rutger Hauer!! Perfect role for him, one of the best villains in a film or scifi flick.. Edward James Olmos, I did not recognize him at this movie.. Even Dr. Tyrell, wow.. Great lines delivered by everybody in this film.. Deep and complicated.. That's why this film should really have a follow up, can be a prequel or sequel.. They made the first choice, and that will be sequel!!! How about Daryl Hannah and the other chick.. Geez, beautiful women as well..
I can't believe that Bubblegum crisis anime, they really came an idea to make an anime out of Blade Runner.. Especially Priss!!! =)
Fourth and last! Great film comes with great music! No songs for this film but really great OST, especially the first music at first and the one at the end and credits.. Great fit for the film and that's why I'm hearing that sound in ads or some TV shows or other films before.. Geez..
I hope for the sequel, they will do the same mood but with an interesting plot and yes, great stars to portray in this film.. Others are easy to fill, especially for Rachel.. But one character will be hard to fill in.. Deckard of course! Even Harrison doesn't want to involve again in this Blood Runner..
Why Harrison and Mel Gibson in Mad Max doesn't want to really recognize their roles? I mean, it's like everytime they interviewed about these films, they simply have a bad mouth about it or just somehow regret doing this film. Geez, without these films, they won't be famous as they are today.. They should at least proud of it, you know..
There are many lines I love in this film, here's one of them..
Deckard: Replicants are like any other machine - they're either a benefit or a hazard. If they're a benefit, it's not my problem.

They vote kung sino talaga maganda sa stage. Sorry to say but well, kahit kumain siguro ng apoy si Jess in stage, she might still lose. But of course, kung dito lang yan or other countries, well.. We have already a winner since day 1.
For me, I always dream to be a singer in a band. Not yun solo singer kasi di ko kaya, especially singing ballads, love songs.. Geez.. For example, sa wedding ni Ron Marc and Noreen, kahit di sikat yun kumanta, aba, nagustuhan ko siya coz, she singing bossa nova and Jazz.. Some Astrud songs pa, which one of my fave artist.. Parang sabi ko, ok na sa kin ang ganun, in a band or solo pero indie ang dating.. Less pop, more deep songs.
Why I love singing in a band? Siguro, yun mga idols ko in music.. More in a band type people. From JD, NO, the Smiths, Led Zep, RATM.. Radiohead and many more.. Sa OPM, Eheads, Parokya, Orange and Lemons, UDD, Urbandub, and sort of... Although I admit, I have a not so good voice, siguro sa phone ok voice ko.. Pero pagkumanta.. Naku sanay na ko sa kantyaw na antok na daw ako, o inom pa, lasing ka na pre kahit hindi pa.. Hehehe I have such a very low bass voice pag sa mic.. I don't know, I just can't help to improve a singing voice. Siguro ginagaya ko kasi si Ian.. Damn.. I'm such a c*nt. hehe
Or how about Morrissey? Di naman mataas voice niya pero very smooth and clever.. Zack pwede ko pa gayahin due to rap vocals and shouting at the end. hehe

Anyway, maybe I want to sing a large crowd with a same goal which is to enjoy the music.. Kahit DJ nga lang, baka pwede ko pagtiyagaan, at least di ako kakanta! hehe With the likes of Kaskade and Armand Van Helden.. Just jumping with the crowd and singing my hearts out with them..

A year of the Feast
After a year, first time I missed not only the Feast but also the mass, first time in such a long time.. hehe Well, makakahabol naman ako this week. Thanks to my best friend Rheg, wherever you are, spritiually.. I mean alam ko nasan ka in faith.. Thanks for this one.. The Feast!
After reading Didache for years, I can't believe na I can see live, Bro. Bo, Bro. Arun, Bro. Alvin, Bro. George and yes, my ideal girl and crush.. Sis. Rissa! hehe In a year, I'm blessed not only by their teachings and blessings, prayers from them.. Important, the guidance I have now.. The change I have especially in the image of God, talagang nagiba.. Not that vengeful or punishing God, but also a loving and caring God.
Marami na ko napuntahan the Feast, at last! Nakita ko na din QC feast. My hometurf. hehe I also had many outreach activities thanks to my Caring Group, lead by Sis April! At siyempre ang makikisig na miyembro ng CG. I look forward nga, as they know, magkaroon ng sariling CG.. Kaso di ako nakapagworkshop eh. Siguro may reason siya bakit ganun. hehe But anyway, I'm looking forward to it.
The feast also helped me not only to forgive others, but to feel worry free even problems arise or difficulties.. Calm and deep inside nervous but may strength na matatapos din ang lahat. It also gave me a clearer plan of my life, although kahit late na.. At least, now, I have other things to think or to do importantly than wasting time to regret, or even blame. I learned to move on, enjoy life and keep trying, even the small steps will definitely do.. To start para sa magandang pananaw sa buhay.
Speaking sa pananaw sa buhay, narealize ko through the feast na di lang material things are important in life. But relationships and service to others, and of course, to Him.. In his Great name, Jesus..
I know, I'm not pefect or kung gusto kong magpakabanal.. Ang gusto ko lang siguro, maging masaya ko sa buhay at sa mga taong nakapaligid sa kin. At siyempre payback to him.. Trying to be close to him every single moment in my life.
I should thank Him for the things he taught me through the Feast.. I'll be forever grateful at kung nawala ako sa landas, alam ko may babalikan ako.. Pero di ako magpapawala sa landas. Naman.. hehe Iwas na lang siguro.
I know it will be a daunting tasks to build 1000 feasts, but don't worry..
I'll see what I can do to contribute for it.. =)
I pray na next year, I'll be still writing here about the Feast and yes, makapagserve na!! Di talaga ako for music ministry. hehe
I pray that he'll never leave my side..
I pray that I can always see and feel him in this, one of the happiest place on earth!!!

Circle of Friends: best friends, special friends and lovely friends
As you see, I have a lot of friends already.. hehe At may special group pa mga ito. Best friends well, I know most of us, should have only one best friend. I do really at kilala niyo naman siya di ba? At kasama pa yun dalawa. hehe Kaso in the passage of time at mga nangyari na din may mga nakilala pa ko na naging close ko na din.. Others I haven't see it in person. =) Sa college ayun, from 2cpm, yan mga barkada ko lead by Joanne, tapos sila 2pel, at ang kumpareng Dennis. Yun, mga kaibigan ko na isa sa mga the best kasi sa kulitan at pagtagal, yun mga nakakausap ko at nakakasama.
4BA1!!! Sa una, hmmmm marami din kaso nung pagkagraduate eh nalost touch ako sa iba. Pero naging close ko ay ang Race to 2012 team!!! hehe Na ayun, pagtagal we have intellectual and meaningful meetings about love and life in particular. Special friends, hmmmm those na di ko naman kaklase pero naging close ko sila. Like sa work, or other acquaintances.. Hirap ng spelling. hehe
Ah yeah, for example sila Bes, hmmmm yan si Ate. Mga dating kateam mate ko na hanggang ngayon may contact pa ko, except siguro sa parlance. HSBC, isa lang may contact pa ko, tapos sa Dell, may mga contact pa ko, pero basta maasahan pa sila. hehe Ah, 24/7, ayun.. Kaso di ko pa sila macontact, busy ang mga tao sa FS at may kanyang takasan na at lipatan. Oh. hehe Pero may mga malapit naman ako dun, kasi naman sa ginawa ko dati, pero we'll see.. I haven't get in touch with them pa, unless kung magkita sa isang centre. RAM siyempre, special sa kin yan.. Ang kulitan at tawanan at laglagan.. Ayun, pati si TL din.. Mga TL ko pala, naku di ko dapat makalimutan. =)
CG din, naman.. Although medyo di ako open pa, pero kilala naman nila na ko, kasi sa mga sharings. haha Pero I've gain new special friends that I can depend, lalo na sa prayers and advices at connections din.. Kaya yun, I'm always looking forward every Sunday to meet and have a session. I forgot, yun HS friends ko well.. Koolits pero siyempre parang dalawa na lang kaming close dun. hehe
Ano pa, yun lang, pero I'm focusing siguro yun mga dead communication from my other friends, na lost touch bigla. Aba kailangan makipag chikahan siguro. hehe Ah ang iba, naku, kailangan makipagmeet na. Or how about meeting new friends.. =) We'll see, pero kung ako tatanungin, ok na sa kin to.
Lalo na if you have lovely friends. Of course, yes, all those ladies I've met, fantastic ones.. Always take my breath away.. Of course, you should know who they are.. Why lovely? Everytime I see them, parang.. Hay.. hehe I don't care what they say or talk about themselves, basta ang ganda ng nakikita ko. hehe Pero babalik naman ako sa reality when I realize, like it's over naman, friends lang talaga. Or may BF or worse got married na pala.. Or simply, di ko reach. hehe Mga ganun tipo.. Kaya, I keep them still, para to get advices and get to know about women more.. Well.. It works..
Her? Hmmmm I don't know where she is into this category. Hahaha
I'm grateful to have such friends.. Naisip ko ok na to, wag na dagdagan.. However, in life, and lalo na if you want to be successful, you will need to meet a lot of those friends that will mentor or guide you.
You might meet enemies which bihira mangyari sa kin, pero I accept that, lalo na sa business.. hehe
But in the end, there will be friends who will stand for you..
There should be.. Thanks for these friends who accepted me and yes, I accepted who they are, I'll do my best to help you in other ways not money. =)
Friends are like in a rice field, all the seasons whether it's rainy or hot or even winter.. Fall... They are just there, in a whole wide field full of life.

I thought at first, this video is like a fan made trailer.. But well, like other shaky cam movies from Blair Witch, REC, Paranormal Activity, even District 9 and Cloverfield my faves.. It's just you have or to check this one.. When I look the telepathic effects, it's like, damn!! I need to see this. Even of course, I don't know who are the stars for this flick.
Story was simple, three high school dudes went to a cave one night and they wake up, have already powers!!! From telepathy, flying and yes, they can't be hit as well.. But with those powers comes with great responsiblity, one of those dudes, can't just get enough of the trouble in his life. Hell breaks loose and that's it! See for yourself who lived until the end. hehe
Anyway, let's go the great side of this film. The reason why for me, one of the great films of the year, because of the great effects of it. There are good reasons well, that means one great and other factors were just good. The special effects were like in Cloverfield, clever, effective and realistic.. Wow.. Especially the scenes where they use their powers, come on, I hope spiderman or other superhero flicks can do that. I know it's easy to say but that comes with creative perhaps.. And the fun part, or exciting part comes at the end battle.. Fans of Akira will know what I'm talking about. hehe
The effects and well that final battle really exemplify about Akira, I mean, WB has problems of doing that remake or adaptation, they just need to look at this film and have an idea. If still they cannot put something out of it, they can just forget Akira, don't touch it and leave as it is.
I feel somewhat surprised after I saw the film and well, maybe asking for more.. Although it only run 90 minutes, but it was well worth of the time.. Great effects!!! Damn, I hope I can fly and play football with those big planes. hehe
Good things, well first the cam effect helps a lot especially with the pace of the film. The reality really shows in your face, the camera done its part.. Wow, it's a pretty effective film. Another thing, well the script, although it's like watching jersey shore or other reality shows, the script is some what natural. Remember, I just realized they did not even say superhero in one scene, maybe because of the pace of the film, they never thought of becoming a superhero. They thought that living at their own lives as a normal person just be careful on what you do. I love the scene there where they encouraged the loser dude to showcase a talent in a show just to become famous at school. He did, but it's just that damn.. He should get some dating tips as well. hehe But another scene I like is they accidentally pushed the truck to a river, geez, there was tension and feel of what you should do, the correct way.. Of course, almost all the scenes were great and has depth.
Good thing about the film, well.. Actors!!! The only role and actress I don't like and everybody might agree was the lady video blogger.. Very annoying and the scene where she was topless, was cut. Or maybe editing did not put in film. hehe It's only for trailer marketing. Damn.. She is just beautiful. That's all. Others were great, from the 3 dudes, the mom of the loser dude, or even the dad who provoked using the great power and the HS students.. Seems real and surreal as well.. It's like watching a prom movie with a different plot.
Another great thing I almost forgot.. The development of the story seems to be very active, once they discovered their power, you will be attached more on what they will do and what's going to happen for those 3 dudes. Very good pacing and development of the story, it's between this film and cabin! hehe

Which it was, I hope they can cut it short and have more development of the story towards that mayhem.. I was kinda dissappointed at the start, it's like.. Another bad thing, almost but maybe they are really in a tight budget.. Damn, no recognizable stars! When I checked their profiles in imdb, they have mostly supporting TV roles, and some supporting movie roles. Not in a good movies as well!! Wow, they took the risk on those stars. I mean even those not recognizable stars, they starred in some movies but not that big. For example, that one in John Carter, or in Hostel perhaps, or other flicks that has some stars but has no string of good movies. Great example, the one in I am number 4, that dude, I don't know who he is, but well.. He became famous on that film.
This film, although they'll get famous a bit but not that much.. Unless they make a great sequel. hehe But yeah, so much unknown stars and yeah, just forget it. However, they done a great job and looking forward where they will be after this film.

You'll have questions like why 2 dudes getting sick when they use the power, while the other dude seems to be invincible. How that rock came into that cave? How the government discovered that it has powers? What will that dude do now after this happened? See, a lot of questions left unanswered, which I hope, they'll answer in prequel or sequel or whatever.. Like in Cloverfield, and yes, the most recent, Cabin in the woods. Many questions than answers.. That's what sci-fi flicks made of. =)

Story was simple, three high school dudes went to a cave one night and they wake up, have already powers!!! From telepathy, flying and yes, they can't be hit as well.. But with those powers comes with great responsiblity, one of those dudes, can't just get enough of the trouble in his life. Hell breaks loose and that's it! See for yourself who lived until the end. hehe
Anyway, let's go the great side of this film. The reason why for me, one of the great films of the year, because of the great effects of it. There are good reasons well, that means one great and other factors were just good. The special effects were like in Cloverfield, clever, effective and realistic.. Wow.. Especially the scenes where they use their powers, come on, I hope spiderman or other superhero flicks can do that. I know it's easy to say but that comes with creative perhaps.. And the fun part, or exciting part comes at the end battle.. Fans of Akira will know what I'm talking about. hehe
The effects and well that final battle really exemplify about Akira, I mean, WB has problems of doing that remake or adaptation, they just need to look at this film and have an idea. If still they cannot put something out of it, they can just forget Akira, don't touch it and leave as it is.
I feel somewhat surprised after I saw the film and well, maybe asking for more.. Although it only run 90 minutes, but it was well worth of the time.. Great effects!!! Damn, I hope I can fly and play football with those big planes. hehe
Good things, well first the cam effect helps a lot especially with the pace of the film. The reality really shows in your face, the camera done its part.. Wow, it's a pretty effective film. Another thing, well the script, although it's like watching jersey shore or other reality shows, the script is some what natural. Remember, I just realized they did not even say superhero in one scene, maybe because of the pace of the film, they never thought of becoming a superhero. The last place, I can't imagine even in my younger years na titira. When nasabi dati nun well, around HS days na lilipat kami sa rent na bahay, aba noong bata ako di ko lang pinansin, kasi nandiyan naman sila at naiwan ko na yun Proj. 7. Noong una malungkot ako, like what I always feel when a bad change is happening, but noong nalaman ko kung gaano kalapit sa LSQC yun bahay, aba, sobrang natuwa ako kasi di na ko magmamadali umuwi kasi malayo sa Proj. 7.
I did not realize as I grow older, it will become not only our house.. It will become a tranquil place.. I'll be happy if I'm alone here lalo kung walang bayad sa rent. hehe
My room, will be a sanctuary, a place that all bad or great things happened for a reason
First years were hard, because I don't have a permament room.. But I was able to stay in a room for a while tapos lipat at ganun, now nandito ako sa room sa taas.. The most hottest room of all sa bahay, pero the coldest pag sa rainy season.. hehe
Wayback sa Proj. 7, I wished I have a room.. Here, yes!!! May room ako, where I can have space, a little space for myself and a breath of freedom in my life.
Although the house is not that modern looking, pero may mga improvements na ginawa, masasabi ko na ok lang yun house, just needs more frequent cleaning and sort of. Like in my room, medyo kailangan gamitan na ng agiw. hehe Most of the parts of the house are wood, but great thing wala naman nasunog or nasira, except for the roof. Pero thankful kami kasi kahit sa mga malalakas na bagyo, it was able to withstand every strong wind or rain naman. I thought nga, kailangan ulit ng renovation but it's more in the roof naman.. I can't believe..
12 years has passed already and I'm still here.. Many times I thought, I should have my own pad gaya sa URCI then live there.. Kaso naisip ko, well.. Distance wise sa mga 80% na pinupuntahan ko eh mabuti dito ako. Unlike sa LP, or down south, damn, I need to overcome homesickness whatever..
Homesickness to the places that I always go, for example sa SM or Trinoma. Even LSQC or Quiapo.. How about sa PICC or Makati, mas madali kung QC ako kaysa kung nasa south. Of course, Dad and Gerro is in Fairview and well, yun other family members nandito din..
Definitely, my friends, I have a lot friends near QC than in the south. Well, it's just I can't leave those access to them.. For now..
I can't believe that what happened for all those years na nandito ako sa Tuazon, my outlook in life seems became different until now but still this house.. Never changed.. Tumanda pero nandito pa din.. Thankful ako, mas efficient siya kaysa sa dating house. I was more happy here than sa Project 7, starting noong nag UST ako, kasi malapit at alam niyo naman, masaya ako sa UST.. Damn those days, at of course, pwede magpakain dito. Dati. hehe The happiest moments also nandito din at well, the most sad happenings happened here..

What I thought for my own pad, actually I'm not asking for a big one, but it depends, pero not very big.. Kasi sa maintanance at gastos. Hehe Siguro yun simple lang and can start a simple life or family.. Whatever.. Although please not white all through out kagaya dito. hehe

Missing Warcraft 3
Well, I did uninstall itong Warcraft 3.. After some freedom and all was gone, quite missing itong laro na to. Damn, di ko naman mainistall ulit dito sa computer ko kasi bibigay na siya. hehehe Naisip ko lang maglaro ulit nung last week. Natawa pa ko kasi ang tagal ko naglaro!!!
Bad trip, I surely missed playing the 4 races. hehe Yun DoTA matagal ko na kinalimutan, lalo na ngayon, marami na ang heroes. But Warcraft 3? It's still the same, di ako masasawa. hehe Mahirap magjudge kung anong race ang pinakagusto pero malalaman mo pagkatapos nito. hehe
Nakakamiss yun mga hero of course, kahit anong hero sa Warcraft 3, di ako masasawa, except sa ibang hero na talagang challenge.. Kasi may ibang hero dun, selfish.. Walang pakialam kung sino kasama niya, basta siya ang susugod. Parang si demon hunter for example. hahaha
Ok, lagi ko lang nilalaro eh lost temple kasi maliit at mabilis ang laro.. Bakbakan agad!!!
Human race, well.. Masasabi ko pinakamahirap gamitin ng race. Sa iba malamang eto pinakagusto pero ako, eto pinaka ayoko.. Evident yun naglaro ako ulit, siya lang di ako nanalo! hehe Talagang rusty na ko sa race na to. Pinakagusto ko naman sa kanila, pinakamatibay sila at pwedeng rush talaga. Basta may footman, rifleman at yun mortar men. hehe Yun kambal na may dalang panira ng building.. Tapos matitibay pa agad, kaya yun, pwedeng rush. Yun tatlong hero na gusto ko, Paladin, Mage tapos yun Mountain King. Kaso yun isang hero nila, walang kwenta talaga, mahirap gamitin. hehe
Paladin at Mage ok na combo or Mountain king at Paladin, the best.. Tapos rush na agad! hehe Pinaka ayoko, well, mahina talaga ang opensa.. Sobra sa tibay pero yun opensa, sobrang mahina, kaya minsan pagrush, kinukulang! hehe
Orc race!!! Ito ang pinakauna kong pinagaralan sa laro na to. Wayback yun unang labas sa college.. Ito yun pinili ko, di ko alam kung bakit! hehe
Anyway, sarap maglaro ng orc kasi di siya complicated like human na marami pang kailangan iupgrade. Simple lang magset up ng army, headhunter, grunt tapos heroes actually pwede na rush! hehe Saka, grabe, ang haba ng mga buhay na mga ito. hehe Ok yun mga hero, lahat sila from Cheiftain, Shaman, Far seer, tapos Blademaster. Astig ang dating ni blademaster kaso siya yun pinakaayoko ko. Wala kasi natutulong sa army, siya na lang lagi. hehe Ang gusto ko kasi eh talagang sugod lang ng sugod kasi mahahaba ang buhay. Problema lang, pagmasyado matagal na, kailangan na ng blood lust at saka healing ward na. Saka kahit rush, mas alangan kasi pag dinaan kasi sa maramihan like human or undead, medyo aatras kami. hehe
Elf race! Well, I can pinakamahina sa depensa pero pinakamalakas sa offence.. Lalo pag sabay sabay ang target nila. hehe Elf also has the simplest set up, although yes ang orc simple na setup, pero eto sobrang simple, kahit archers lang pwede na or puro huntress at malalakas na hero pwede na din rush. hehe Nung una, di ko maintindihan pano manalo to pero nung tinagal, grabe, kahit matagal ang laban, mas malakas sila. hehe
Eto lang ang race na lahat ng 4 na hero, may silbi!! Wag lang magsama yun gumagawa ng trent at may fan knives kasi sobrang panget ng opensa. hehe Pero lahat walang tapon.. Priestess at Demon hunter, grabe ang opensa.. Samahan mo pa yun may roar at dryad, ano ka pa!!! hehe
Kaso yun lang, talagang mahina ang depensa, kaya pag rush, gumagawa na talaga ako ng backup kasi pag nakatsamba, ayos!!! Pag kaw natsambahan, nganga!! hehe Ulit na naman talaga.
Pinakagusto ko, eto yun level 6, sila yun pinakamalakas, starfall, tranquility, metamorphosis at yun spirit of vengeance.. Grabe, kahit anong lakas nung army, pag sa gitna ng laban tapos nag level 6 ang mga hero, change na agad ng momentum.. Madaya! Kaya eto yun second best ko.. Although ok talaga yun orc, pero sa level 6, saka yun Roar at rejuvenate, tapos yun mga lumipad pa, mahirap talunin eh..

Pinakagusto ko combo na hero eh death knight at vampire dreadlord kasi bago mag level 6, masyado na madaya na.. Nagheal na lahat.. At although medyo it takes time magbuild ng team.. Eto ang pinakamalakas na rush.. Ghoul, yun spiders, necromancer at meat wagon lang, sugod na!!! Malakas naman kasi yun mga aura ng mga hero na to. Di na kailangan ng level 6. hehe

I've never this addicted to a game, eto na pinakafavorite na computer game ko.. All time! Kala ko battle realms. hahaha
That's why, pag may bagong computer ako, eto ang unang ilalagay ko na app. Hehe Yun counterstrike at battle realms siyempre di ko malilimutan.
Pag may bago na din ako computer, malamang mapagaaralan ko na yun DoTA. hehe

Anyway, halos tama naman lahat ng hula ko sa first round. Well, CHI talagang talo sila kasi naman walang Rose. I was surprised talo yung DAL na sweep. Given matatalo sila but please not sweep! hehe Ang bad trip lang yun DEN, saka yun ATL, naman, kaya eh tapos ganun lang? hehe Kahit yun IND, naman, nagpabenta pa sa ORL ng isang game. hehe Pero may mga magandang games naman sa first round, lalo na yung MEM vs. LAC at LAL vs. DEN. Pano naman, lahat malakas sa West, except for UTA. Yun DAL, talagang malas at alat, isabay mo na!
Now going to the 2nd Round.. The MIA vs. IND, well.. As long makakatakbo ang MIA, ayos sila.. Pag half court set, IND may pagasa at mabantayan nila si MVP Lebron! Pag hindi, well.. 4-0 not surprising for MIA.. BOS vs. PHI.. Dito may pagasa makaadvance ang PHI. Gaya ng game 1 kanina, isa lang lamang ng BOS kahit triple double si Rondo ibig sabihin, talagan experience ang gumagana sa BOS. Pero PHI has a lot of youth at bench pwede na! Kaso shooting kasi problem nila, wala silang lights out shooter unlike BOS. Hmmmm I feel, 4-2 or 4-3 BOS pero may chance ang PHI.

It's just different from LAL. Pag MEM vs LAL, baka ganun din, sobrang balance match up pero may problem sila sa wing men. Especially Rudy Gay and/or Zbo at Gasol, may isa dun puputok. OKC vs. MEM will be a great match to see, a rematch last year with OT at pag nangyari this year, time for rivalry!!

The Cabin in the Woods
When I saw the trailer of this one, I knew it's going to suck.. Why? While I will waste some time to another slash horror flick, and the only star I know is Chris Hemsworth. Even it's directed by one of my favorite sci fi flicks, Cloverfield and produced and somewhat wrote for the film, Joss Whedon, I still have doubts.. Another thing, it was made since 2009 through MGM but it was shelved because of their financial problems. How about they even turned down converting this to 3D which I thought, they were right. No need to convert this to 3D.
Those were my first doubts. However, after checking online from spill.com, twitchfilm.net, rotten tomatoes, and every movie review and critic I passed through, all have the same reaction. A classic, original great horror film.. Damn, I gotta watch this film.. Sure enough..
After a fast 85 minutes of mayhem.. I was thrilled, almost the same of best films I watched this year. Cult classic even!!! hehe Like Chronicle, I was happy, thrilled, bit scared and great tsansing horror movie for a date. Bwahahahaha
Of course, the story and any plot about this film, it's better to keep it like other critics say.. 5 dudes and dudettes went to a cabin same in the Evil Dead series, have party and fun, sex yeah.. Getting all killed in a way they will be killed. Simple and that's it, watch it for your own good. =)
Some letdowns, but minor.. Damn, if it's a good movie, it has minor flaws. =)
First, I knew it has some cut scenes, well, I don't know if it's because of MTRCB or not actually Ayala Cinemas.. I know there are some cuts but it's not really long cuts.. Another, well.. The dialogues at the first 30 minutes, some were not fun, it was flat and some where very fun.. I think they wrote that intentionally.. Especially the first scenes when they arrived at the cabin, if you watch other horror films, I mean most of them, you knew they will say that.
And this film, not a minor flaw or really a letdown.. For those fans of horror films, this is for you. For those who are bored easily, I mean forget this film and if you have patience, just let the film come into you. Naks. hehe It's like watching Audition of Takashi Miike, one hour of boredom.. One hour of mayhem. hehe
Ok!!!!! Cut the crap, since this one is short, I'll make my points strong and short. =)
One, the actors, yeah I hate the blonde chick, but I like the actress, not know but she done here part. hehe The company dudes, yeah at first they are very boring but come on as the film goes along, they are just careless but great!! Done their great parts as well. The 2 dudes that I got sad, yes, Thor dude, just well smart big guy but he's thin in this film, done his part, feel sorry for that dude.. And the scholar dude, who is ripped up and that virgin chick has a crush on him, well.. Done his part so fast, I got that shock, geez it's like Kevin Bacon in Friday the 13th. Oops! hehe
The likeable characters, of course almost that just go through hell, the foolish dude and the virgin girl. If she's indeed virgin. hehe Damn, that dude is somewhat lucky and fearless.. That chick is very lovely and quite unlucky from the middle and the last but anyway, I love those characters!! It's just that, they really done their part.
You have a clue already, done their parts in the right honest way. hehe
There is a surprise star that I did not expect, wow, she done her part too.
Two, damn.. One reason that this film should have a follow up, was the monsters, and the gory effects too.. Let me say, for the fans, hmmm you wish how they got all of them, almost. hehe Some monsters or killers have copyrights or patents perhaps. hehe But for these monsters, damn, great scare, the make up as well, especially for those zombies. Zombies doesn't have patents, so yeah.. They are the great, they just won't die.
And the other monsters, geez.. I mean.. Well, I hope they are all there!!!!!!!! Another clue..
Lastly, great pacing, editing, and yes, writing.. Direction as well!!! Damn I hate the film is very short but well, it's an adventure film. I also thought it's a comedy film because of the laughs I got.. It's also a sci-fi film because of the main premise.. And yes, a horror film because of what's happening in the film. It's two films in one. hehe Damn.. A clue.. So, meaning I love how it was done and the part where when everything was seeming so fine, one thing happens and mayhem starts right away!!!!
All I ask for this film, yes.. More prequels.. Hahaha Clue..
It's a film you can play with your imagination at least you can think of two prequels of sorts.
Shock value, damn I thrown away those remakes recently with this one. Original, unique and scary.. Damn.. One character I was laughing at was maybe they can't get the rights of Pinhead. hehe
For this one, I can say, it's better than Chronicle because of the twists and turns of the film until you reach the final part, every bits of it.. Well planned, fast paced and lovely bloody hell!!!! Sorry for the Australians that it will go straight to DVD. This film, I mean, it's good to watch it in the cinema. Like good ol days without dvd players, or even VHS conversions or how about in your mobile. Geez.. I hope... It will show in my source already for my collection! hehe
Damn that Chronicle, I will make a post of it. Two films are the most underrated films of the year as of now, one is this, one is Chronicle.. Maybe it's economical to get one star then surround him/her unknown stars or all of them unknown to make a great film for mainstream. Budget film... Like the one they encountrered in the gas station, damn I was scared to that dude and I thought well.. He done his part. hehe
Another great factor, all what you thinking about this film.. As you see, all of them failed my assumptions.. Just forget it, just go and watch this film, just think of hack and slash film. That's it!!!
Beware going to a cabin, that's the moral value of the story. =)

The Avengers
5 films for all the major characters, including some minor characters, and a long time of waiting, a great tease and they just assembled at the right time!!! Yeah.. I don't care if we had a hard time watching it.. Geez..
Anyway, simple story.. Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye, then managed by Nick Fury fights one enemy, Loki.. Saves the world. Easy plot but complicated action and fun!!!
Of course, there are some very small flaws. One is well, although it's a comic sci-fi flick, there are some scenes that it's like Transformers type, point of example.. That big ship. Geez, it's that possible? Even in my lifetime.. But anyway, that's forgivable.. Another problem was Loki. Not the actor which is very fit for him, not even the Loki Character, because it was well acted and great presentation, buildup for the movie. It's just that, the only villain is Loki!!! I mean he just tricked that army of aliens.. Although the first story in the comics was about that Loki's move, I hope, they already included Red Skull and Doctor Doom. Unfortunately, due to the death or dissappearnce of Red Skull in Captain America's movie, and Doctor Doom is well, not owned by Disney's Marvel, so it will stay with Fox.. Meaning that it's again, just get over with it.. But I hope in the sequel, there will be more villains. They also missed some characters in the Avengers, but not sorely missed, except if they will make this a franchise like XMEN, meaning like.. Antman, Quicksilver and his sis Scarlet Witch, how about, SpiderMan.. But it's not really a big miss perhaps..
First, great visuals and effects!!! Although I cannot deny the great effects of Chronicle and Underworld Awakening, well.. This film has more details and able to deliver it at the right away. Not eye stressing like Transformers. I mean, ithe effects have sense.. Especially the final battle, that was an incredible fight!!! The best example, Hulk at last, has the right form and effects for him.. Geez.. How about Iron Man? That suit was looked to be realistic, then Thor, the Cap!!! Although I did not like his suit that much this time, but I still love his shield. Hawkeye and Black Widow, I don't think they need more effects, they just need to be fit and they did. Loki as well, great staff though he has.. Great set up, especially the Stark Tower and the final sequence, it really gives you the thrills without comprising or add strain to your eyes, unlike those robots.
Second, the actors!!!! Of course, Robert Downey is really Tony Stark.. Hmmmm Nick Fury, although at first I don't like Samuel Jackson not because of his color and not fit with the original comic but when he acted to be that strict yet composed commander, that's fine. Chris Hemsworth is really Thor.. Chris Evans, great job of being the Captain America and being the leader of the Avengers as shown in the last parts.. Jeremy Renner great for Hawkeye, I only hate that character, not the actor. Scarlett Johansson at last, the most hated character in Iron Man 2, this one really rise upnotch.. Like the first scenes of her until the end. I love this one than well in Iron Man 2.
Of course, the one I really love is the Hulk. Mark Ruffallo always doing indie or some mainstream but supporting cast role.. This one, he did one of the important characters in the movie and it fits!!! It made sorry, Eric Bana, forgettable in the first Hulk movie. If there will be another Hulk movie, I hope they use the model of Hulk in this film then it's between Mark and Edward for the actor. I'm not sure who's the better Hulk, because Mark's portrayal was great, the only problem was screen time.. But I felt if this will be a film just for this Hulk, he's better than Edward just a few factors. Maybe in his acting ability of sorts, but definitely, another good choice for Hulk.
Third, well.. Great action scenes, not that usual action scenes. I wished that even without Loki as their villain, maybe they fight the Sentinels instead, I am going to still love the movie except no reruns. I love how they fight each other, like Iron Man Vs. Thor, Hulk Vs. Thor and well, Cap Vs. Thor in one shot. Thor I thought have changed not fighting good men. hehe
But definitely, great action scenes, from the start to finish, especially the final battle sequences, with Loki of course.. I love Loki Vs. Hulk.. Geez, it's damn fast and funny.. hehe Damn, I hope and thought the next movie of Hulk should be Planet Hulk, I mean it will show how he defeated Thor, the only other being who can throw his hammer was Hulk. But anyway, thanks for those spoilers. Every action scene was great, except with the scenes of that other agent which I forgot her name and Agent, hmmm the one sadly died.
Those actions scenes got me excited all the time. =)
Lastly, of course, the writing and directing of Joss Whedon. I mean I loved Buffy and Angel wayback those years. I haven't watched Serenity yet but they say one of the great scifi flicks.. I can't believe that how he made the trailer sucked at first and just show how those superheroes will be good when they are together. That's a great selling point and after watching this, I mean, I can't say more or less. It's a great film!!! It made sense all through out, I love how he managed giving screen time for each character in the film, especially for those heroes.. The fun dialogue, although the action scenes were really for PG, but that was fine.. Although it doesn't have that graphic novel feel, important is I had fun, worth for the money and even in IMAX if I will watch again.. It's a great film... A film for all of ages.
I'm looking forward, if he will have a sequel for this film.. =) I hope that will be soon, forget all the sequels of each hero, just make another one with more characters of course.

This one I can compare it to Watchmen. It might ire some critics, but well, I love Watchmen because of its dark and complicated, almost realistic concept of superheroes, gore and violent action plot, thanks to Alan Moore, and Zack Snyder.. For this one, it's fun, straight to the point, pure and clean action sequences and great director Joss Whedon. So, Kick Ass, Watchmen, and Avengers, under the same level for me.. Just worth of money, and time to watch it again.. Instant classics.. X-Men First Class almost there but it lacked some elements that these other movies has. Maybe, more stars. hehe
Well, there are two more movies I'm looking forward to beat or at least, come with the same level of Avengers, Dark Knight Rises and one of the fastest reboot of a superhero next to Hulk, Spiderman!!!

Anyway, simple story.. Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye, then managed by Nick Fury fights one enemy, Loki.. Saves the world. Easy plot but complicated action and fun!!!
Of course, there are some very small flaws. One is well, although it's a comic sci-fi flick, there are some scenes that it's like Transformers type, point of example.. That big ship. Geez, it's that possible? Even in my lifetime.. But anyway, that's forgivable.. Another problem was Loki. Not the actor which is very fit for him, not even the Loki Character, because it was well acted and great presentation, buildup for the movie. It's just that, the only villain is Loki!!! I mean he just tricked that army of aliens.. Although the first story in the comics was about that Loki's move, I hope, they already included Red Skull and Doctor Doom. Unfortunately, due to the death or dissappearnce of Red Skull in Captain America's movie, and Doctor Doom is well, not owned by Disney's Marvel, so it will stay with Fox.. Meaning that it's again, just get over with it.. But I hope in the sequel, there will be more villains. They also missed some characters in the Avengers, but not sorely missed, except if they will make this a franchise like XMEN, meaning like.. Antman, Quicksilver and his sis Scarlet Witch, how about, SpiderMan.. But it's not really a big miss perhaps..
First, great visuals and effects!!! Although I cannot deny the great effects of Chronicle and Underworld Awakening, well.. This film has more details and able to deliver it at the right away. Not eye stressing like Transformers. I mean, ithe effects have sense.. Especially the final battle, that was an incredible fight!!! The best example, Hulk at last, has the right form and effects for him.. Geez.. How about Iron Man? That suit was looked to be realistic, then Thor, the Cap!!! Although I did not like his suit that much this time, but I still love his shield. Hawkeye and Black Widow, I don't think they need more effects, they just need to be fit and they did. Loki as well, great staff though he has.. Great set up, especially the Stark Tower and the final sequence, it really gives you the thrills without comprising or add strain to your eyes, unlike those robots.
Second, the actors!!!! Of course, Robert Downey is really Tony Stark.. Hmmmm Nick Fury, although at first I don't like Samuel Jackson not because of his color and not fit with the original comic but when he acted to be that strict yet composed commander, that's fine. Chris Hemsworth is really Thor.. Chris Evans, great job of being the Captain America and being the leader of the Avengers as shown in the last parts.. Jeremy Renner great for Hawkeye, I only hate that character, not the actor. Scarlett Johansson at last, the most hated character in Iron Man 2, this one really rise upnotch.. Like the first scenes of her until the end. I love this one than well in Iron Man 2.
Of course, the one I really love is the Hulk. Mark Ruffallo always doing indie or some mainstream but supporting cast role.. This one, he did one of the important characters in the movie and it fits!!! It made sorry, Eric Bana, forgettable in the first Hulk movie. If there will be another Hulk movie, I hope they use the model of Hulk in this film then it's between Mark and Edward for the actor. I'm not sure who's the better Hulk, because Mark's portrayal was great, the only problem was screen time.. But I felt if this will be a film just for this Hulk, he's better than Edward just a few factors. Maybe in his acting ability of sorts, but definitely, another good choice for Hulk.
Third, well.. Great action scenes, not that usual action scenes. I wished that even without Loki as their villain, maybe they fight the Sentinels instead, I am going to still love the movie except no reruns. I love how they fight each other, like Iron Man Vs. Thor, Hulk Vs. Thor and well, Cap Vs. Thor in one shot. Thor I thought have changed not fighting good men. hehe
But definitely, great action scenes, from the start to finish, especially the final battle sequences, with Loki of course.. I love Loki Vs. Hulk.. Geez, it's damn fast and funny.. hehe Damn, I hope and thought the next movie of Hulk should be Planet Hulk, I mean it will show how he defeated Thor, the only other being who can throw his hammer was Hulk. But anyway, thanks for those spoilers. Every action scene was great, except with the scenes of that other agent which I forgot her name and Agent, hmmm the one sadly died.
Those actions scenes got me excited all the time. =)
Lastly, of course, the writing and directing of Joss Whedon. I mean I loved Buffy and Angel wayback those years. I haven't watched Serenity yet but they say one of the great scifi flicks.. I can't believe that how he made the trailer sucked at first and just show how those superheroes will be good when they are together. That's a great selling point and after watching this, I mean, I can't say more or less. It's a great film!!! It made sense all through out, I love how he managed giving screen time for each character in the film, especially for those heroes.. The fun dialogue, although the action scenes were really for PG, but that was fine.. Although it doesn't have that graphic novel feel, important is I had fun, worth for the money and even in IMAX if I will watch again.. It's a great film... A film for all of ages.
I'm looking forward, if he will have a sequel for this film.. =) I hope that will be soon, forget all the sequels of each hero, just make another one with more characters of course.

5th Month of the year, a month before I'm getting a year older... Gulo no. hehe For this month, mukhang ok naman ang start. It's half hearted perhaps, gaya ng sabi ng mga kasama ko. I'll spit it later. hehe Pero ok lang, at least, let's have a work naman. Kahit medyo malayo, pero let's see kung pwede pagtiyagaan.
For this month, and onwards, I'll focus on survival and save.. And other things na din, I'll be surprised kung tatagal ako dito. Pero yun changes, dapat mastart na. It's for the better. Wala naman shocking for this month, actually it's more about movies at mga kaunting kwento.
All this time, talagang naisip ko na tumatanda na ko, kailangan na ng important improvement all through out. Mabuti naman, bit by bit, I'm starting. I hope some goals will be reached at the end of the year.
Anyway, para naman this month, ayun, one event that I should attend, very important.. I don't care kung may work. hehe Now, I'm starting to make shoutouts, for a change. hehe Kahit sa twitter, iba naman ang tweet ko din. What else, yeah, advance Happy Mother's Day! I love my mom. hehe And of course, to all moms, thank you!!! Continue on being, simply.. Mom.
For next month, kaunti pa lang naiisip ko post. For this month, kulang pa. hehe Ah, sana makagawa na ko ng Sonnet. Bwiset talaga. hehe
I still hope watching Stephen, but I just don't have funds. Kahit ano kantahin niya, like Kuya Dong says, makita lang siya.. Ok na! hehe It's worth it than watching for a Madonna like star, for 15k? or Less? No way..
Ah, happy birthday na din sa 2 friends ko for this month. I'm not sure kung dalawa lang sila. hehe
Damn, I'm getting memory loss.. Whew even I'm doing less, or sometimes, nothing.. Poor me. hehe By the way, since this blog is getting longer already..
There might be another one along the way.. Since I love movies, maybe, I'm thinking.. What if, I can write a screenplay..
