Basta controlado mo yun mga associates mo at siyempre yun galaw mo tantsado. Di kagaya sa film na lahat ng kasama mo, out of control, morally well immoral na and most of all, very indeed greedy.
Thank God to our BSP. Kahit third world tayo, but our country's financial picture is stable. I mean wala naman bangko sa tin nagsara due to financial crisis or mortgage downturn. Ni di nga nagpabail out unlike in the US, even the biggest banks or oldest financial houses either close or just merging together into becoming one big crap. Pero siyempre pinas eh maraming utang pero pag nagsingilan eh marami naman tayong dollar reserves right? hehe What I'm saying, well may mga scam tayo, more on MLM, investment, or pyramid scam, or now Pork scam. Di pinapayagan kasi ng BSP or SEC na ang shares ng company eh public selling until nakalista sa stock exchange. That what you called stupid rule, kinda save us from more scams or financial chaos.
Kung wala yun, naku, ako? Puhunan lang eh telepono, yellow pages, at now internet, at tawag tawag lang, ah kaunting outbound sales technique, ayun.. Million pesos in a month, lalo kung 50% commission ang pagbenta ng pink sh*t stocks este penny stocks. hehe I wish gwapo din ako ni Jordan. hahaha You can scam hmmmm just walk in sa offices, clubbing or simple friends. all the great chicks, este Ladies, kaunting pasikat lang, get what you want.. Geez, iniisip ko, yun mga outbound sales hard core agents, kung pwede dito yun style sa film, sila ang yayaman. Madali lang sa kanila to!
Wow, tapos siyempre kung rat holes lang paguusapan, may smart padala or western, ilagay sa mga taong magtatago or better yet, other banks, especially the international banks, with some money laundering techniques and bogus corporation styles, lusot ang pera sa bangko at wala ibang hahawak. Si Napoles kasi, magjoint account, eh may pangalan niya, dapat di ganun. hahaha Kaya ayun freeze lahat. Halata masyado.

This has been a long debate. Very long debate.

Siyempre bago mapunta sa choice na yun, a recap of these mobile OS platforms.
iOS is made by Apple, ah they have itunes, at facetime as notable features. Safari ang kanilang web browser then simple interface of icons, at isa lang ang hard button, the home button. Walang iba mobile manufacturer ang pwede maglabas ng iOS unless it's from Apple. Iphone, Ipad, Ipad mini and ipod touch are the hardware na may ganito. Based on my sole experience sa iOS kasi sa ipod touch, sobrang malinaw yun screen at the best ang sound output, for mp3 or mp4. Paano pa yun flac, at other higher audio files. They claim has the largest collection of apps in the mobile cyberspace. Totoo naman yun, kakaaddict ang mga game apps nila. Mortal Kombat, Fruit Ninja, Plants vs. Zombies, Temple Run at iba pa, even that orange game, naaddict din ako. hehe Pero pagdating sa productivity apps, such as office, or movie player, they are still crap. Dahil na din sa hardware and of course iOS wants have these apps paid. Kahit na nakuha mo yun movie player, it won't play na malaking avi or mkv files. I think wala pa ata silang MX player. At VLC nila is crappy.
MS Office, kailangan mo bilin or yun office suite released by other developers. Ang hirap mag edit sa touch, eh lalo na siguro sa 4inch nila. Actually talong talo sila kung di lang maganda yun mga game apps nila. May exclusivity kasi sa iOS, kaya yun ibang games, wala sa android, even today. May nagkaroon na sa android but very late. Maganda sa iOS, there is jailbreak! Caution lang sa jailbreak, expect magloloko yun apple product mo, but di ata nakaka effect sa hardware. By the way, pagnasira, restore settings lang at paayos na sa apple. hehe
Android is made by Google, yes the world's biggest and only one reliable internet search engine. The more popular perhaps kasi ang strategy ng google eh ibigay yun main code nila ng OS sa mobile manufacturer tapos ayun na, sila na bahala magcustomize. Parang 80% of the smartphone or tablet market eh naka android thanks to that strategy. Well, as the ongoing legal battle persists, eh ang UI ng android is almost the same with iOS, with the difference na may home UI, unlike sa iOS na lahat ng apps nakalabas. Sa Android, dalawa UI mo, lahat ng apps, tapos may UI sa main launcher na nandun ang mga gusto mong apps. Which is very very useful. Apps store has also the large collection of apps, second to iOS pero maraming useful apps.
Apps that I need are here at ang the best part, libre!!! hahaha Ngayon ko lang nalaman na may jailbreak din ang android pero di ko alam kung papano. Anyway, sad part lang sa apps store, yun mga gustong apps mo, baka wala dito, especially games kasi hawak naman ng iOS. Bad trip di ba? hahaha Maganda sa android since its customizable, eh nasa lahat ng phones siya, mapa china phone, mid range, high end and even showing sa not known manufacturers. Kaya ganun siya kadominant. Benefited naman ang manufacturer at google with this strategy, yun nga lang sa kaso like Samsung vs. Apple, parang lugi samsung dun. hahaha Kasi sila lang yun nagkakaso ng infringement not Google. Anyhow, we don't care.
Alam mo na kung ano pipillin ko di ba? Android, but not that in a wide margin. First off, iOS has a better sound quality, I mean, ilan na hawakan ko android phone, kaunti lang na handset na nakamatch sa iOS sound quality, pang audio phile kasi ang quality ng iOS than android. May mga handset that can match pero sobrang high end ang phone like G2, S4 and S5, Z1 and HTC One. Others like mid range, naku malabo kasi shure pa na 4 driver in ear pa, panget pa din ang sounds na mapapakinggan mo. Kaya I'll give a credit to iOS for sounds. Apps din, hinahanap ko sa android yun Mortal Kombat, Street fighter at wala. hahaha Well, a lot of games nasa iOS at iba kasi yun quality and interface ng games sa iOS than android, so may points dito ang iOS. Simple interface at very responsive ang touch ng iOS, well dahil na din sa hardware ng iOS kasi, the display eh madaling sundan naman ito, lalo na sa settings ng phone, madaling kalikutin at sundan. I'll give credit to iOS.
Pero ang mga letdown sa iOS ang talagang lumayo na ko. Una, mahal ang gamit ng apple. May mura, ipod mini na pang takbo or running, di naman pwede lagyan ng apps. hahaha O iba ginagawang relo. Weird but if you want itouch, labas ka ng 10k. Mahal! Kahit yun 5th gen na itouch na dati gusto ko magkaroon pero ngayon because of the flicks, parang ayoko na. 14k lang naman siya. Iphone 4S, grabe, may 13K pa presyo na second hand? eh pang Optimus G or G2, or S3 na yun ha. Eh paano pa yun 5s na brand new? A whopping 28k-30K pa din? 4 inch well invincible casing, pero ganun na lang? No way! hahaha Sad but true. I don't want spend money so much just to go into trend or well they say it's the best but I don't think so.
Android ang winner for me kasi una sa lahat, at sobrang eto ang reason bakit sulit ang android... Useful apps and some gaming apps are free!!! Kingoffice at MX player, VLC player are damn free.. Wohoo!!! Watching films are darn easy. Dalawa ang movie player ko kasi due to subs eh. hehehe King office, wow pdf with MS office reader and edit eh libre. Minsan dito nga ko nagtype ng blog tapos transfer na lang sa desktop! =) Saka yun UI na sinasabi ko, dami kasi di mo gusto makita, pwede mo customize, do it yourself kung baga na di kaya ng iOS. hehe Although yun UI eh sa sobrang daming function, minsan may napipindot ka na di mo alam, kaya may learning curve dito ha. Saka sige bigay na natin for the selfie people sa iOS for the camera quality, ang android eh depende sa phone. 8mpeg yun sa phone ko but doesn't look like one. hehe Pero ang panalo dito eh presyo. 28K-30K na phone iphone 5S eh dalawang phone na yun sa Android, pwedeng isa pang holdup, isa pang high end. hehe Kaya yun or minsan dual sim na lang na mahal na phone, di naman aabot ng 20k yun lalo sa local brands? Naku may uwi ka pa.
Kaya Android ako, despite some letdowns, eh ok lang. Mura at nandun naman ang mga kailangan ko, kaya let's say this is more bang for the buck than iOS. However, dami talagang fan base ang iOS so I won't blame them leaving apple and go for Android. Kahit may reports na marami na lumilipat, but there are many opting to stay with iOS despite pricey value.
When it comes to hardware, of course sa android, well that's between apple vs the other manufacturers. Apple should really like bend down a bit and if they don't want to give iOS to other providers, then they can just make lower end models, not 5C. hehe Yun talagang mura at malaking screen, mababasa lahat ng video files and other stuff na kaya ng android. Kopyahan lang pala labanan, edi gawin na nila. hehe Kahit sa tablets, I mean they can do it. Kaysa nakatengga lang ang malaking $150billion cash assets nila na di alam ang gagawin. hehe Well, if they want to be dominating or at least dikit sa android or Sammy, then all they need to do, ibahin yun strategy nila such make more affordable products than thinking of how to lower cost of making an iphone for a larger profit. Pathetic strategy. Very...
I know they signed bigtime sa china thinking they will get more customers in the biggest market in the world. Well sino bibili sa kanila na presyo ng iphone eh sweldo na nila parang 6months. hahaha Grabe, but anyway gusto nila yun.
Sa Android, keep on doing this, baka lumaki lead niyo sa iOS at sana yun mga apps aggressive ha, iwasan ilock ni iOS ang mga apps. Continue the strategy and innovate na din, not through glass or car. hahaha But UI or updates, or even the stock apps yun camera, gallery and movie player.

Alvin, one of my friends in college and of course classmate sa 4BA1 went back here for a short time galing US at di mawawala kung di namin siya imeet.
Place was set sa Pino, which incidentally kabatch mate namin yun one of the owners, a great place to dine, or date. hahaha Or inom na din for those beer lovers.
Many were invited but due to that tight time and day, it was Tuesday ata at night, so malamang marami ang di nakapunta. We started around 8pm as soon siyempre Alvin arrived. Well, di naman suprise na kami nila Ivan, Raims and William were there and Joanne of course, but suprisingly, dumating yun dalawang abogado, Leonid at JP, at after long years, Lorraine was there. hehe At Fofo surprised us, and what was funny, it's like the usual 4BA1 talk. Although sa umpisa siyempre, hours of chismax.
Siyempre, kung ano nasa Pino, dun na lang yun. hahahahaha. Kakatawa yun mga secrets and closures revealed. Ehem. hehe Many changed, such as careers of course, status have moved up and things as well. Apperance, hmmmm parang hindi. hehe Hair style I guess pero siguro ako at si Lorraine lang nagchange ng hairstyle.
What never changed is the atmosphere kami lang eh parang pagpasok mo sa umaga ng 4BA1, kampante, usap usap, tawanan at laglagan din. hehe Kaso sa mga abogado daw, di na pwede kampante, after work na lang. hahaha
While conversing siyempre in different aspects or stuff, etong Pino eh ayos sa food. Wow, kung mag bagnet sila talagang bagnet, try that Kare Kare bagnet, and you'll be full and highblood as well. hehe Memorable yun mga salad nila, at may menu sila for pinoy vegan so galing, and the ambiance is kinda tight, bagay sa night dining. Service is great, I mean waiters serves great and even gives you suggestion in a pinoy way.
Sometime, hmmm parang puntahan ko yun branch nila na mas malapit. I want to try that salad I ate, kinda forgot the name. hahaha Sarap kasi.
Their specialty? Oh, yun flavored beer nila. Which yes, I still did not try it. Ganun na ko lumayo sa beer. Geez. Sober or staying out of it, nagawa ko. Pero sabi nun mga tumikim, sulit, so I don't know when I can taste one. hahaha
Like I said above, fine dining or date, sobrang pwede dito. Price is kinda reasonable, value for money naman. Mahal nga pero sulit.
Enough of the review. But anyway, actually eto lang naman, but we did miss Alvin and we hope he'll come back, longer sana.
I hope, well kung may magyaya ulit from 4BA1 galing overseas or such, marami naman pumunta. Kakatawa nga kasi sa Precom eh record na sa reunion pero kaunti lang naman close ko dun. 4BA1, I have many close friends or almost I know them pero they just don't show up. It's sad but ganun talaga.
Please, di po ko hanapan na mga nawawala. O ano balita sa kanila ha. hahaha

When I heard the news that this iconic Japanese monster will be remade again, I just felt bad and have a errie feeling it may flop again. Director is quite unknown, Gareth Edwards (not the Raid director) and the cast is lead by the Kick Ass dude, Aaron Johnson with Elisabeth Olsen, with notable actors such Bryan Crankston, Sally Hawkins, Ken Watanabe, Juliette Binoche and David Straithrn. It really sounds like that 90's movie. Great cast, looks good but crap. Well, it's not all bad with it's rockin OST.
That feeling changed when I first saw the teaser and trailers, it looks like they might nail it.
2 hours later, it is good. Almost great! It's like Pacific Rim last year. Although this is a remake.
The great things about this film was the built up made to have Godzilla shows up. The right pace. Although it's a bad thing which I'll explain below, well the momentum builds, suspense is tight and the teasers were just right to make Godzilla entry to this film. Another thing I liked is well, how the human characters meshed with the story and how it evolves especially when the monsters came out. It's like one of my favorites, Cloverfield which it has this authentic human emotional element that really works in the film. Unlike in the first remake. You can give credit to the direction of how the effects, sound and actors became a good mix for this movie. Monsters was his first film which I haven't really watch it although I have it, he used the same style in this film.
When you have Alexander Desplat as your musical score director, which I was surprised when I saw in the credits, you will hear great musical score in the film. One of his works was in The Queen which I love, King's speech and Argo, I was surprised he also done a musical score in of my faves as well, A prophet. I just realized, one scene there I loved and it has that score fit in that scene, he done that. Anyway, how he gave music in this film is awesome and you can feel that terror and suspense at the moments where chaos is happening, with Godzilla of course.
Of course, like Pacific Rim, I love the effects used in the film. The propotion of real big buildings to the gigantic size of the monsters is very real. If I have just enough money, it's worth seeing this in imax. I guess.. The explosions, the fighting and sequences that were crazy like that train track scene, it was shot perfectly. Wow, I had even moments I shouted at that scenes where shadow of Godzilla or the enemy mito just showing behind men, it's just perfect build up.
There were let downs, might affected the value of this flick. The Japanese were lucky of course, they were the first ones saw this. Better be. I agreed with their sentiments such as it took one hour or almost half of the film showing Godzilla, it's quite long. I mean they could made it like 30-45 mins of build up then fight goes in. However, I almost tire out of waiting and going into that well, human story arc.
Another one I agreed with the Japs, the fighting is a bit, well that's PG rating for you. Not much gore between monsters except how Godzilla killed the two monsters. But that's it. The biting, slapping or catching is simply even no wounds shown between fights unlike Pacific Rim. Well, that's a letdown.
All actors done a good job, I just hope David's scene speech was cut out in the main film, which is weird because in the trailer, that's what I was drawn to it. His voice and that chaotic parts, it was cut off. Bryan and Juliette as long I love the characters but it was very short. Geez. Gotta love Aaron Johnson and Elisabeth Olsen, very simple roles yet they gave it that much to make it believable and like them as a couple. Can't wait to see them as twins in Avengers 2. The most not really notable role, unfortunately it was Ken Watanabe.
Damn, all his scenes has only one face expression, confused, scared, and worried. No change! How about David as well who I don't see as a menacing general although I like his voice.
Indeed, I gotta wait this in home video, get the bluray or 1080p version of it and enjoy the madness of this great monster. By the way, Japs kinda did not like this fat Godzilla. I like it, it looks really huge, and almost the same with the original it's just, it has fat neck. Another surprise, our country might have fossil of these monsters. Did they shoot some scenes here? Wow, very secretive shooting done here. If they do. But the looks of it, I don't think they shot some scenes here, really we do have a big mine like that?
I loved this than Amazing Spiderman 2, because of the story and effects used it well. Very well.

A crossroad month.
It is, and now, parang it will start someting to define myself over the course of the year. 4 months almost done, very fast.
This month, fruitful naman except sa pesteng QA. hehe First time na lahat may update nangyari sa process eh dahil sa nakitang kong mali, at inayos ko naman, mali daw sabi ng QA. Pero yun update na lang at tama pala ginawa ko. Galing! hahaha
I was able to spend holy week in a weird yet more solemn way. Did not really push myself into spiritual searching or soul searching stuff pero it gave me time para to reflect and rest. Enough to really check what should I do in the coming weeks. Or months.
Searching for better opportunities also came along, pero unlucky. Oh God, just give me hope. hehe
Then recently, worse comes worse, a move out might, or will happen. Well, kahit gusto ko gawin lahat para di mangyari, gusto niya yun, wala naman kami choice. Unless, that changes. It will be hard for me, for us.
Brokenness will come into full circle if this push through.

Nabili ko eh itong W100 nila, after a long search of which phone I'll buy after that bonus eh dapat Optimus G, but I'm quite tight sa budget. hehe After reading blogs, at reviews sa websites, eh I've decided to buy this one. Bigger than S2, a bit smaller than S3, a price that really let's say worth it. Well, may myphone Rio na but that was kinda late, it took 5 months to have a phone na bumaba into 5k range.
This phone, has quad core, mediatek CPU parang 1.2GHZ speed, 1GB of RAM, almost 2GB of internal storage, pero may expandable hanggang 32GB. Dual Sim, regular sim pwede, wifi, 3G which I don't use dahil sa settings and yes, telcos doesn't really give you a good speed anyway sa net. 3.5mm jack for headsets and 4.5 inch screen. Well, alam ko sa Rio eh 5 inches but I can't wait 5 months at that time na binili ko to. hehe Price is 6400, promo pa kasi that time.
Sulit! hehe It runs pala sa Jellybean 4.2 Android OS, which is skinned na Xiaomi Launcher, ah pwede icustomize, download sa site nila. Finish has a plastic back pero ok yun screen. Yun settings sa screen naka off yun bright settings pero malinaw pa din. =) Ah camera, 8mpeg at the back, 5 at front which I don't really use. Di ako sa camera or selfie crap features. hehe
Sounds, well, you need good headset na talagang malinaw naman sa tunog. Pero mas maganda pa din yun Galaxy Young na binili ko pagdating sa sounds, kasi di todo yun malakas na. Dito, kailangan todo ang volume. Download na lang ng music player kasi crappy ang stock player nito. hehe
Of course, the usual apps are running, kingsoft, the social apps, bank apps. hehe At siyempre, the second important thing sa phone, it can run movies seemlessly! hehe Kahit malaking video file, walang problema. Ayos, yun palang sulit na ko.
Ang problema lang, hmmmm setting sa net kasi since china made at import dito thru Novo Tech 7, eh walang default settings sa telco. Kaya papaset mo pa sa kanila. Battery, actually, matagal naman, kaso mga 2 days of idle or a day if you use everything. Buti na lang may spare na kasama. hahaha Yun vibrate din pala niya, sobrang hina, minsan nakakagulat na may nagtext na. Bad trip. Pero pag may tumawag, sobra naman sa vibrate.
Ah, texting, maganda ang UI nito pero talagang kailangan malaking phone ako kasi yun daliri ko talaga, sabit yun ibang characters. hehe Pero ok siya sa texting, calls and contact.
Ok na sana, kaso one day, I don't know what I did, basta may lumabas na chinese characters sa boot up, ayun, burado lahat!!! WTF! hahaha Third important feature sa phone, backup data. Mabuti na lang, well, ulit ako lahat, kahit yun SMS na importante nabura, eh I learned my lesson, use that freaking backup app.

Maximum na pwede 5.5inches, 5.7 pwede basta note 3 pagbigyan ko na. hahaha
Sulit siya at I recommend it, at mukhang di ko bibitawan muna kasi pang all around, kahit san pwede ko dalhin, mura naman at compact. Camera? Well, ok naman siya pag well lighted, pero sa gabi, eh di maganda. But di ko siya ginagamit, kakatawa, noong 6300 days eh panay picture na ko at masaya na sa 2mpeg camera. Mahirap yun, kaya kailangan kumuha ng lisensya. Nakwento ko naman kung paano ko nakuha yun akin, basta student permit muna tapos pag mga 1-3 months ata, punta sa east ave or tayuman sa Manila at kumuha ng either non pro or professional license. Malas ang mga kukuha ngayon, may talagang driving test kasi may idrive kang kotse, unlike me dati, pasara na, tanong kung marunong magdrive, sabi ko opo, check check, ok na. hahaha
Well, sa renewal eh eto ang pinakamadali, kasi sa daming LTO branches na pwede puntahan halos lahat ata ng cities eh may renewal Center. QC lang eh, except east ave, ahhhh, 4 na agad. hehe 2 dun eh walking distance pa sa bahay. Sarap. hehe Kung gusto presko at pasyalan, sa SM North. Gastos nga lang. hehe
Dalin lang yun papaexpire na license. Remind you, pwede before expiry date ng license magparenew na, at least 6 months ata pwede na. Check na lang lahat ng details sa LTO website.
