I'm Coming Home
(Part one)
Masarap siyempre umuwi sa bahay kasi di lang dun ka nakatira, dahil din dun ka nakakakuha ng lakas at pagmamahal. Kung mag isa ka lang sa buhay, dun ka naman makakapahinga. Medyo nalate na ko nagregister for KCON for this year dahil sa tight funds. hehe Pero thank God for some help at di naman ako nahuli sa register. Yun nga lang, talagang di ko nakuha lahat ng gusto ko talks pero.. Sa huli, masasabi ko na it was better, way better than last year! Dahil late register, eh yun talks ko sa bandang third day eh medyo alat pero siguro napunta din ako dun para mablessed. Thursday edition really was bad choices for me, talagang way off and buti nga di ako nakapunta.
Kung nagkataon pala, thanks to APEC eh medyo napadali yun pagpunta ko sa KCON. Namove kasi yun Thursday and Friday skeds to the weekend, kaya buenas talaga. hehe Ok, let's move forward sa mga napuntahan kong talks.
First talk was Innovation Economics, Leading with lesser resources ang topic. Dapat yun business class kaso ayun ubos. hehe Pero sa first talk, dahil short time lang, eh medyo short lang yun sharing and talk. Sa talk kasi na to, tatlong speakers kaya ayun, medyo bitin pero sulit naman.

Kevin Ramas lang ang player niya narinig ko. hehe Grabe.. Kaso dahil short yun time, eh gist lang yun nasabi niya. Pero interesting fact, may IS school pala yun family niya at way more affordable ha.. Parang naisip ko, pag may anak ako, dun ko nga enroll. Yun lang, sa Pasig. hahaha He started yun discussion na I forgot yun 8 princples, galing from a google executive pero first 4 steps yun sinabi niya. Very deliberate yet effective steps ha. Nagulat ako sa radical na decision niya about sa coaching niya na imbes kumuha sa labas na player, sa intramurals within Mapua na lang. Ang hirap nun saka yun impact word niya eh innovation. Second talk was a first for me. It's about education and it's home teaching. I don't know what I'm doing here but kasalanan ko naman kasi wala naman ako ibang choice. Ala naman pumunta ako sa single women topic. hahaha Anyway, sorry I forgot her name, pero isa lang naman siyang prof with Doctorate degree sa UP, in education and sociology ba. She discussed different ways of education at how home school benefits saka yes, effective teaching methods na sana ginagawa ng mga teachers! Well, may history pa ng school na kasama. Sa kalagitnaan ng talk, parang ang sarap pakinggan, tapos bigla na lang pagbukas ng mata ko.. Anak ng tinapa, matatapos na yun talk! OMG! First time nakatulog ako sa talk. Sorry po. hehehe Anyway, parang naisip ko din na mas effective yun ibang style of schooling like home school or i forgot the name of the that method, yun parang low ratio setting and more on application than memorization of ideas. Parang ok yun sa bata. Ah, yes, the Iceland case pala. Sana mayrun dito at dapat sundin yun kahit ilan schools. Way more effective and less pressure sa bata.
Last talk, a quite interesting talk. It's about a simple guide to a healthy leadership. Bro. Bert Miranda discussed about it and it's a surprise na kahit self explanatory and easy steps yun sinabi, ang galing nun explanation niya about the topic. Sinabi niya yun in a very short time. Lalo na yun proper mindset ng leader, being healthy and most importantly, have faith sa leader or of course, prayerful. hehe A leader can do a lot but prayer can do a lot more. Di lang faith for being a leader, siyempre sa members din, lalo na in difficult times.
See, how short those talks are at masasabi ko, tama din yun mga napili ko. Siguro sabi niya, tama na muna ang Business and Career talks, dito muna sa leadership and education. Pwede ko pa nga habulin yun Thursday talks kaso it way different at di ako makakarelate. Then ayun na, I needed to watch jdrama or eiga with her on it. I understand the qualms of the fans na sometimes, she can't really act or sometimes, the role parang di fit sa kanya. Kahit di ko napanood lahat pero some of the snippets or scenes in some of her shots, yun nga parang nilagay lang siya para gumanda yun show. hehe Great example, ouroboros! Ok lang yun ginawa niya pero marami pang mas bagay na role for a teacher. Yun lang kulang pero eye candy pa din. hahaha
It doesn't mean palpak lahat. hehe Watch siyempre departures, saka Bubble Fiction, tapos parang fave ko yun Key of Life. She looks good at ok yun acting niya sa Zero Focus. Of course, I'll watch more about her sa eiga. Sa jdrama, mahilig siya mag guest ng one episode or cameo pero halos ok naman lahat na jdrama na kasama siya sa main cast except for one jdrama, Seijo. Avoid that jdrama, kahit sobrang ganda niya dun... Wala din. hahaha Sakit lang sa ulo. But seijo is a great example kung gaano siya kaganda, I mean may mga scenes dun na kailangan bata siya, habaan lang yun buhok niya. Pag matanda, iksi lang yun buhok niya, ayun na. Pero di pa din halata na matanda siya. hahaha
Saka yun look na nakangiti siya, at short hair, ay heaven. Hahaha Saka kahit di naman siya mataba, tama lang sa kanya yun figure. Love those eyes and yun dating niya.. Grabe.. What a darling. Anyway, kahit matanda na eh pwede pa din pantapat yun ganda niya sa mga bata.. Pero may mga papalit na sa kanya, such as Goriki, Hirose, Nounen. Sila yun may mga dating na nadadaya ang edad. hahaha

Flashbacks: A Snake in down south
(disclaimer: This was my point of view then. For other details, ask him. hehe)
I was going to my sister's house then.. As you know, she lives in Las Piñas and at that time, of course just starting at UST and yeah, meeting friends within UST and out. There was a girl that time, who well, girlfriend of one of my friends.. Then that time, SMS was the thing and it's easy to communicate unllike these days with all that apps coming out.
What I remember, I told her I'll be going to my sister's house and since she's living at the south, I asked her to meet me, simple meet up. She said ok and fine, so there, after that end of school week, I went to LP and to one of the famous malls there. At that time, I don't know what to expect and just well, looking forward to meet her. I arrived at that mall and waited for a bit, and yeah, I saw her. After that, we talked, ate and that's it. It's not a long time, and we did not even well stay long at the mall. It was fun and just shared some stories and that's it.
This was blown out of proportion, well not really hurting but at that time, this friend of mine, even we did not really discussed it, all of the sudden making weird jokes that I'm cheating him and user and yes, a Snake. hehe
Geez, will I ever do that? Of course not! hahaha Maybe he's paranoid. That went on, even after we graduate and this hidden story always use as his joke to me. I don't know, this event maybe made us great buddies.
Everytime we look back, this event was kinda put a smile in our faces. It's just crazy but well, I thought of, I'm very friendly when I stepped up in UST. That's all I can think of. And definitely, I won't cheat a friend just for a fling or whatever. It was really funny when I heard his side and I don't blame him. Geez.
Anyway.. Great thing, those 3 people moved on through their lives in a better path.
I still go to the south, because my sister still lives there and some of my friends.

Not Showing: TAG (Sion Sono film)
89 mins later. WTF! Di ako makapaniwala na ganun pala.. Ganun kalala yun film. hahaha Ok na yun first 20 mins pero nung bumabagal na at ano ano na sinasabi nung mga characters... Bwisit, ano na naman ito? hahaha I don't know what Sion Sono thought of making the film confusing na pwede naman simplehan di ba. The worst part of the film talaga was the screenplay. Grabe, as you want to know why all these things happen, eh lalo lumalayo ka at napapatanong kung bakit ko pa pinanood ito. hehe Dialogue doesn't make sense, ang may silbi lang eh yun sinasabi ni Triendl Reina.
Another thing, sayang yun ibang stars na nasa film, namely Saito Takumi and Shinoda Mariko. Si Mano Erina, forget it. hehe Sana di na nagpalit si Triendl Reina ng face at the succeding scenes. Bwisit talaga. Sayang yun effort nila at sana ibang role na lang sila. Another thing that made the film bad, some scenes, just did not work. Lalo na as the ending comes, I thought, I just want to end it. Not interesting or exciting unlike the first minutes.
Well not all bad naman yun film. Ok yun setting na ginawa ni Sono dito. Give credit to editing na kahit sobrang gulo at nakakabad trip yun story, galing pa din na di nakakahilo yun pagkaedit. Maganda yun mga running shots dito, mafeeel mo din yun rush at yun pagod. hehe At ang pinakagusto ko part, yun first minutes talaga, the shock, gore and thrill factor all in one. Lalo na yun part na nagwawala na yun mga teachers. hehe Ah don't forget the skin shots. hahaha Yes, give credit to Triendl Reina. Galing niya dito saka she can act. Hirap yun ginawa niya dito, lalo na yun first scenes. Magaling siya at may future!
I think Sion Sono really fast paced making this film. I mean kung may target ka naman na 6 films to release this year, malamang may films ka paspasan mo na! hehe Lesson learned, ok yun may target pero sana naman, make all those films kung di kaya maganda, make it memorable.
This one, not memorable, kukunin ko lang kasi it's Sion Sono. I hope this film is only one of his bad films done in a bad time.
Yakuza Apocalypse or TAG? Hard to answer. Almost fail pareho eh.
Hard to decide. hahaha I learned, I still continue to play TAG.

Jdrama: Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san
Well, kahit short and simple lang ang jdrama, nakakatuwa siya. Sana nga regular series siya or kahit papano, 30 mins ang bawat episode. It is surprising na this year, some jdramas are getting big budget cuts. Starting from Fuji TV. Starting of na short series and episodes like this. Ayun nakakatuwa siya kasi ang topic eh pinakafavorite ko na japanese food o kahit sino ata, Ramen! Grabe sa 4 na episodes, lahat ang sarap ng Ramen except yun episode two na maanghang. Bawal kasi ang maanghang sa akin. hahaha
Pinakafavorite ko na Ramen, yun first episode saka yun 3rd episode. Grabe, parang dapat di ako kakain ng ilang araw pagkatapos ko kumain ng mga Ramen na yun. Lalo na yun first episode na Ramen, di ko alam kung mauubos ko yun. hahaha Masyado ako nafocus sa Ramen. Yun lang kasi nagpaganda dito kahit ang bida eh si Hayari Akari. Grabe, di ko akalain na galing siya Momoiro Clover Z.. She doesn't look like one. I bet she sang yun kanta sa episodes. hahaha Basta ok siyang lead, saka may dating siya na itatagal sa industry after the idol group.
Ok lang yun other stars dun, saka nakakatuwa yun fourth episode. Nagsama sama sila for the sake of Ramen. hahaha Kahit serious si Koizumi, may nakakatawa pa din na moments. Mas nakakatawa, yun ratings ng show, mataas for her timeslot. Mas mataas pa dun sa isang Fuji TV primetime jdrama na nagflop this year.

Prison School
I think I haven't done an anime review for a while or a long time. Anyway, what interest me in this anime was the simple premise, 5 dudes in an all girls school got imprisoned! Due to the all girls school change of heart and to be in line of these times, they thought of adding boys in their school. Then these 5 boys, as well, adolescense hormones rages, planned to peep into the girls bathroom..But as they execute the plan, unfortunately, the so-called Underground Student Council discovered them and because of this raucous attempt, they were sentenced to be in jail at the own school prison for a month! Then the crazy attics of living thru hell begins! After watching those 12 frentic and crazy episodes, I must say, one of the best animes, or simply the best ecchi anime ever! It's borderline ecchi and well, soft porn. But seriously, despite the innuendos and visually stimulating images, sorry there is no ehem, that kind of scene. Let's say sexually charged scene. But the manga has, so I'll see and check the manga later!
The only problem in this anime was I hoped it was longer. Although yes, the consequences of their actions, I mean it has a simple story of just getting expelled right but they looked it complicated, which is fine. But I felt 12 episodes were short and they kinda edit some stuff from the manga which is normal, especially, if there were those scenes. But that's it, I hope they made it like 20 episodes or 15 but well, it's only 12. TV version, they will shorten it I guess it go down to 10 or 11 tops as I see it now.
Best parts! Damn, I can't believe the ladies here look great. I mean, in anime, lady characters sometimes it's typical ones but this anime, geez the ladies not only look great but also they catered all types of women that a guy wants. From sadistic, to prim and proper, to strict and a weird lady. But all of them, not only has great looks but how their roles were created. The only lady in the anime that I did not like, was Anzu because her screentime was short. That's it. But the rest, you can just stare and wonder.
The anime was beautifully drawn. Very glossy and near perfect, very clean to be exact. I mean without the story or just staring at it, I mean it's a rare in anime these days that every angle is perfectly drawn. I said that because some of the animes I saw these days, due to the existence of 3D or visual effects, sometimes they don't jive together. This one, they detailed every scene and drawn it perfectly. A rare indeed.
Another thing I liked in this anime, even it has only 12 episodes, and one or two episodes was kinda bad.. All of the episodes are important in the story. There are only few moments that I hoped they skipped but most of them, it's important and made the story interesting to watch. Even the most serious guy in the story, the principal has its moments even he just kinda standing all the time. In the end, he's a big help. I just can't stop laughing thinking his role in this story. But anyway, yes, that's only one example of how important all of those characters in the story.
Another factor I loved in this one, since I said the episodes are all important, don't forget the whole cast! From the five dudes, Kiyoshi, Gakuto, Andre, Joe, and Shingo then the strict slave masters namely Mari, Hana and of course, may favorite Meiko!!! Then the other characters, Chiyo, Anzu, the Principal and even that laundry driver. Among the five dudes, may fave is gues who? At first I thought it's Shingo because of his cool attitude and looks but I don't betray my friends.. So I'll go to Gakuto! Damn, I can't believe what he has done in this anime.. It's all crazy sh*t and his strategies until the end and I like his dialogues, very old fashioned yet modern. So it's Gakuto, Shingo, Kiyoshi, Andre and Joe in order. They really fit well together and yeah, I hope I can see them again in second season if there is.
Lastly and this is the defining factor that I love this series. I never laughed so hard before watching this. After watched those episodes, every episode has a defining scene that will make you laugh so hard! I rarely see an anime that will make you laugh very hard in one scene. Damn, this anime not only removes the stress or really escape your worries for a bit time, but it gives the best laughs. I don't know how the author was able to perfect the mixture of sex and comedy, but this one, geez give credit to him even they spliced it, geez.. One particular scene, the heads and tails one.. Damn I don't know if the dudes are lucky or whatever. =)
I hope for second season to push through and better be because the ladies there let's say more scary and yes, they more like b*tches that want to be punished! Anyway, I don't how they will make it but for the mean, I'll try to search the manga first. For the TV version, I'll just do a separate review for it. But they look almost the same but they spliced a lot from the anime version. Only one stands out is Mamoru Asana! Will there be a JAV version of this? hahaha
Gotta watch this, I'm telling you and especially for the anime fans. Male fans to be exact.

SPECTRE
Everybody has high expectations for the film, after the very successful Skyfall, they or we expect if not better, a good follow up Bond film.
After 2 and a half hours, I thought I almost watched a Quantum of Solace part 2. The better version of it yet a lot of lack. First miss of the film, or should I say, the weakest part... The dialogue/plot of this film. I mean, I hope the plot is at least half good of Skyfall or Casino Royale but it seems they rushed it. After Sam Mendes declared first that he'll back out of this film then changed mind, that affected this film. I'm not 100% correct but I felt that swift decision to go back did not help. Next time, producers shouldn't insist if the director doesn't want to do it again. It's like I'm watching Moonraker or Octopussy in a more visually appealing way.
Another major flaw, Short times. Short time that menacing Batista screen time. Christoph Waltz as a major villain, even he done his best to act out, but I felt he came short. Short time for Belucci which it shouldn't be. hehe Short time for a marvelous aston martin car, one of the great looking cars shown in a bond film or any film. So, for short. They fell short.
Enough of the short.. Third flaw, or last flaw, the last arc of the film, although it's good looking, I fell flat. I mean, I felt that when they went to this place, I knew I'm going to watch those Bond films like I mentioned above, the streotype bond flick that he visits the villain's HQ and bomb the place. Jeez, I knew it right. Even with good actors and effects, it became predictable and yes, until the last action scene, became Mission Impossible. Good job!
Of course, these are the factors why this film kinda saved it from being Quantum, by an inch. First, give credit to the editor and photographer who really made this film very fun to watch. The night chase, the first action scene and the film did not give me a feeling that is dragging. Although with the biggest flaws, the editing and photography, it's a saving grace. It's nice to watch this film. Another credit goes to the technically possible action scenes. You'll see why Daniel Craig kinda want to give up his role. Geez, he done a lot of action and running and driving and swimming. hahaha Swimming to ehem. Anyway, yeah the action scenes were great, like the one on one by bond and assassin. That was tight and good.
Lastly, the cast ensembled for this film, despite the big flaws, they still done a wonderful job to make this film enjoy to watch unlike Quantum. Christoph Waltz is a great actor, I hope and I know he might be back because of what happened to him. I hope next time, he'll be back better for his character. I love how he deliver the lines and how he shows up every scene, except for that last scene.
Ralph Fiennes is good, Naomi Harris this time has a short part but still good, fit as moneypenny. Batista's character I hoped that will show up at the final action scene. hehe Ben as Q, he got it, just don't change the dude, he's perfect for Q! I mean the main MI 6 characters really fit for their roles.
Of course, Daniel Craig who despite less dramatic scenes this time, but he pushed a lot of action scenes for the whole film. Most of his scenes made sense and some of the time, it's thrilling, like the first scene. It's sad that how this film was made, it looks like and feels that indeed, Daniel made this film, as his final Bond film. I hope he'll do another one, just last one. But if not, that's fine, I'll put him in top 3 as James Bond.
Lastly, the most important part... When the news broke out that Belucci and Seydoux will be one bond film, the first thing I said, Daniel Craig is the luckiest James Bond actor ever. I mean he got all the beautiful bond girls ever! He beat the crap out of Roger Moore and Sean Connery. Geez. Monica Belucci should have been a bond girl before but well, great thing she catched the last bus for being one. hahaha What a legendary beauty.
Then you add Lea Seydoux who I can say, helped the film moving forward, looks stunning especially in that grey dress she wore. She looked like those classy women in black and white films. Very sophisticated and beautiful with those blue eyes. Another great thing, neither of them did not die! Good thing indeed. One of the best bond girls assembled in a bond film.
I should stop right there. hehe Anyway, hmmmm after this film, I don't know what they will do again for James Bond. Strong speculations they may go to a black Bond or very young Bond. I mean Casino Royale is enough for a backstory right?
If I'm the writer or director for Bond, I want Bond to be in a die hard situation. You know like he's doing a mission but he end up like doing other mission because of the situation. I don't know if they done that but that will be interesting. A young Bond will be fine as well. Black Bond, hmmm I don't see Bond as black, not because of the race, but he might end up like Black Dynamite. hahaha
Well, kudos for Daniel Craig for giving us a great montage of present Bond.
By the way, that dude who said this film is a different beast to Skyfall. It is a different beast.

Anak ng tinapa, pagkatapos ng lahat, bawal na ko magpost sa notes sa FB! Mukhang wala na talagang choice. hehe Anyway.... Ayun, after lahat ng hokus pokus ko sa pagrepair ng computer, ang ending eh palit HDD. hehe Bad trip talaga, napagastos pa ko ng di oras, mabuti na lang at mukhang sulit naman. Kala ko Chaperon pero may E pala. hehe Hmmmmm looking back in my childhood years, di ko naman alam na may tawag sa mga taong sinasamahan ka kahit saan. Di naman siyempre tawag eh alalay. Iba naman yun. Yun tipong sasamahan ka lang at babantayan kahit di ka kausap o kung baga tutulungan ka. Nandiyan lang siya at taga dala ng pera at taga bayad. hehe Naisip ko lang kasi, siyempre yun mga chaperone mo eh kamag anak. Tito o tita ang lagi yun mga sumasama sa'yo.
Ginagawa ito noon kasi nung bata ako, eh medyo palabas ako lagi, eh di naman lagi sumasama sina Dad or Mum, so inutos nila sa mga kapatid nila. Lalo na si Mommy na puro yun mga Tito ko sumasama sa kin lalo na sa mga pasyal. Or minsan si Tita din, naisip ko nga, parang sa side ni Dad eh doon sa US, noong pumunta ako dun, ayun kasama ko sila. Pero di na chaperone, kasi iba na yun. hehe Napansin ko lang kasi noon panahon na yun, basta paglabas ng bahay at punta sa mall, eh turo ko lang gaya lang SM north. Kausapin ni Mommy si Tito tapos ayun, samahan na ko punta ng SM at mamasyal. Yun lang. Kain, laro at minsan may binibili lang para sa kin.

Tito Dan naman, ayun, isa pa siya na nung bata hanggang mag HS na ko, pag may pupuntahan at kailangan nandun din siya kasama yun blue niya owner na jeep! Kahit minsan napabagal magdrive pero nakakaabot naman kami. Matutuwa naman ako sa kanya dahil masarap naman siya kasama kumain sa kwentuhan sa basketball! Nakakalungkot lang, sa huli kahit gawin na namin lahat para gumaling siya, eh di din nakaya.
Ah di pa naman lahat sila napayapa na, nandiyan pa din si Tidad na di lang the best tutor kung di siya ang una nagdala sa kin sa DV! hehe Tapos yun mga katulong dati pag no choice na. hahaha Kahit sa palengke o punta sa bahay ng barkada o minsan kakain sa mga ganito, sila kasama. Lahat sila, siyempre malaki natulong at kahit well, matanda na, eh nakakatuwang isipin na kahit di ko naramdaman yun importansya nila dati nung bata ako.. Not Showing: Sting: Into The Light
I was surprised that Sting has a picture with the Sting from the Police! hehe Anyway, that was one of the shots that I liked when I watched this simple documentary. Thanks to Algerro's favorite appetite to watch wrestling documentaries that week, I also enjoyed his viewing. For those who don't know Sting, ah he's one of the best professional wrestlers in history! The only or one of the great wrestlers outside WWF. For short, he's kinda legendary..
First time I saw him was in that WCW game in NES, wayback my childhood years. I have no idea that time he's the main attraction in WCW but he looks cool.. Then decades after, even with WWE domination in my HS years, WCW was going into ruins but one dude stands firm, that was Sting. It's interesting that this documentary was really focused from Sting's beginnings into his first time ever joining to WWF last year..
Few things that I hoped they added in this documentary.. First was the section where ultimate warrior and sting tag team story was kinda short and Ultimate warrior himself only has one shot. Another thing, more clips of his best matches althought not possible due to the editing of this film will make it longer.
It's a joy watching how Steve Borden begun from a sport freak guy into a legend. A lot of surprising facts shown here which added the fun into this film. One of the suprising facts that he did not really go to wrestling training unlike most of the WWE or wrestling stars. He just maintained his body very much at that time and someone just invited him to wrestle. Another interesting facts that why he did not jump to WWE for the longest time. A lot of interesting facts coming from him and how he told the stories even he's matches with Ric Flair.. Even he says that it's all the same, it doesn't show in the scenes or clips of their matches.
I love on how he thought of the best Sting form, which was the crow style and his entrances and stuff. I also love the scene which he shows all the outfits or memoribilia used in his previous matches throught out the years. Great thing that WWE also shown how they welcome wrestlers and their HQ which is quite big.
While Sting talking not only his wrestling life but also more into his personal life, I got to appreciate what he did in his career. Even he did not earn big unlike the WWE stars, you can see him really enjoyed on his decisions. I admire his priority for his family and sticking into his faith even with the toxic environment he involved into. What I also liked was his anticipation joining to WWE, he's showing his nervous emotions even he's a legend in wrestling. You gotta liked what his peers saying to him in and outside of the ring.
As you see, it's hard not to love this film especially for wrestling fans or simply like me who knew pro wrestling before. I guess that one of the films that me and Algerro liked. hehe
Great lesson there, even it looks like too late for him, Sting still came into the light. To do what you want as long it's the right way to do..
Damn one more thing, that's the strongest tag team ever, Sting and Ultimate Warrior!! I can't believe they did work together. hehe

Mini Stop - Sulit at masarap!
Family Mart- Pag may pera, sulit din at masarap!
711 - Pag no choice, pwede na, masarap minsan!
Alam na sino panalo? hehe Di ko alam kung may kanyang kanya sila fans dito, pero pagbigyan niyo na ako. Wala lang ako maisulat. hahaha Akalain mo, in fact sa Japan, ang number one eh 711, tapos Lawson (which is meron na at may branch na sila sa Quiapo), Family Mart at ang huli Mini Stop then other competitors. Nakita ko naman sa youtube videos na talagang panalo ang 711, lahat ng services at kailangan mo kasi nandun. All in one kung baga.. Parang 711 ata maglaunch sila ng bangko sa sariling convenient store ha. Akalain mo yun, bangko? hehe
Ang style naman ng kombini (japanese word for convenient store) dito.. Eh parang mamahalin sari sari store lang. Pero si 711 eh may bayad center naman, kaso may limit nung sinubukan ko dahil sa meralco or tubig, so ala din kwenta. hehe Unlike naman sa classic sari sari store, eh wala naman ibang item na meron gaya ng mga ulam or soft serve ice cream.
Hmmmm Mini Stop? Ang sarap ng bbq glazed chicken! Walang sinabi ang bonchon na 200 pesos eh ilan segundo lang! hehe 130 lang, 2 malalaking pcs tapos 2 kanin, busog buong araw! hehe Dati kasi yun fried chicken nila minsan umay lalo na pag lamig na yun chicken. Unlike itong glazed, tanggal umay yun sauce saka di na kailangan gravy. Saka sulit kahit 1 pc! hehe Isa lang yan sa panalo dito na makakain! Siyempre, wag kalimutan ang budget starbucks nila, Chillz. hehe Naku kung kailan bawal na ko or well, minimize of kape and chocolate, lalong masarap yun chillz chocolate coffee nila. Bad trip.. hehe Pero dati, hershey's chillz talaga order ko. Kaso talo lang yun halo halo saka yun bwiset na rasberry chillz. Parang ice candy lang na mahal! Masarap din yun mga ulam nila, pero halos lahat prito. Kahit yun siomai nila fried saka shanghai sulit naman. Saka yun hotdog sandwich na may mayo.. Sa tagal ko kumakain sa kanila, di ko pa natikman yun siopao nila. hehe Ano pa pala, di makakalimutan ang budget friendly, high blood kariman! Lalo na yun tuna kariman (nilalabas lang pag holy week), saka yun choco/caramel kariman. Ay, pag budget, kariman plus chillz or kung sobrang budget, juice na lang. Pwede na! Ganyan kasulit ang Mini Stop. Panget sa kanila... Hirap ha.. hehe Ah pag sobrang bagong luto yun manok, ang hirap kainin, di pwede rush. hehe Saka minsan kung buenas eh may dugo. Naku, unahin na yun swirl na sobrang, sulit sa 35 pesos, except yun huli natikman ko na salted caramel flavor na di ko alam kung bakit siya salted caramel. hehe Pero yun green tea, blueberry ba yun or yun mixed, naku sulit!!! Saka yun mga bread at desserts, pero di ko natikman lahat, sulit din! I forgot yun name natikman ko, basta parang cream sandwich siya na hay.. Masarap, di masyado matamis, tamang tama lang. Ah lalo na yun mga drinks, yun mga ice tea na masarap nandito. Kahit masarap yun lipton sa mini stop, eh dito mas sulit, red tea yun panalo. Well ang pinaka favorite ko naman eh yun Milo Shake! Noong bata kasi ako, ovaltine ako lalo na sa pagpapak. Ang hirap kasi sa milo, hirap ng timpla.. Dito sa Family Stop, eto yun tamang timpla na Milo tapos shake pa. Kaya kahit 50 pesos yun large nila, kahit delikado sa lagnat sa dami ng ice, ok lang.. Ganyan siya kasarap. hehe Yun nga lang minsan panget ng timpla nila, parang bumili ka lang na malamig na milo. hehe Ok yun hotdog meal nila.. Ok lang din yun ramen nila, kahit medyo mahal.. Saka yun salad, masarap at sulit kasi marami! Ah yun gourmet sandwich nila, healthy and masarap din.
Hmmmmm kailangan nila maraming branch, kasi gaya dito, pag may pera, ang layo ng Family Mart sa amin.. Ang malapit Mini Stop at 711.. Sana dumami pa sila. Saka yun manok nila, medyo di tapat sa Mini Stop, mas maliit ng kaunti saka di naman gaano kasarap. Dapat yun Milo shake machine nila maayos lagi. hahaha Ah lastly, sana medyo babaan nila ng presyo yun mga foods nila. I mean yun meals at other food items. Di naman price drop but a bit lower, para mabusog ako 200 dapat gastusin ko. Sobra sobra sa mini stop ang 200, saka para nag jollibee na lang ako kung ganun. Pag tipid kasi ang funds, di naman mabusog pero masarap. hehe Good thing na may mga japanese food items sila benta like the green tea Kit Kat!
One time, nagwork ako some place sa chino roces ext, grabe... 711 country pala yun. Nandun kasi main office so ayun, parang 7 or 10 711 na stores sa isang street! Kung puro mini stop or family mart or puro jolly jeep yun mas sulit pa eh, kaso 711 lahat! Bad trip! hahaha Ah teka may maganda at masarap sa kanila. Yun salted caramel cone na 15 pesos lang! Hmmmm Sa kanila ata yun pesto mayo na dressing which nagpapasarap sa hotdog sandwich. Siyempre yun slurpee na masarap lang tikman once in a year. hehe Yun big gulp na talagang malaki. Ah yun 29 pesos sisig meal at giniling meal! 60 pesos dalawang ulam na, dalawang rice pa! Yun mga sandwich nila na sulit din like yun chicken pizza or parang grilled chicken burito. Ah siyempre, mister donut concessionaire sila. Ah... Lastly, dahil sila pinaka una, sila din yun pinaka marami. Minsan talaga, pag nasa place lang na sila may store, no choice di ba? Ah masarap yun hotta rice nila, yun menudo..

Bwisit. hehe May salad sila kaso mahal masyado. At yun pala, kung may bill payment, sana lahat na di ba, di lang ibang company. Asar eh. hehe Eto pala, ang sikip lagi ng lugar nila. Ilan lang yun upuan, kaya ang hirap kumain. Ilan 711 lang yun malaking space. Geez..
Laking tuwa siguro nun main office ng Mini Stop sa Japan, kasi number 4 lang sila saka parang kaunti lang nila sa Japan. Dito malakas sila, dahil sa mga ibang menu saka masarap kasi. Kahit number 2 lang sila dito, eh matatalo din ang kalaban nila. Si Family Mart, eh lalakas din pero sana yun lang babaan nila ng kaunti yun price nila. Ok yun setting nila, light and fresh. 711 eh alam na dapat ang gagawin. Kung hindi, aba di na sila magnumber one pag tagal! hehe

Family Mart! Launched this year ata, ah sorry end of last year.. Hmmmm Parang sa tatlo, eto lang yun talagang ginaya nila yun style sa Japan. Well lighted at sarap tambayan at yes, japanese food on the go! Naku, unahin na yun swirl na sobrang, sulit sa 35 pesos, except yun huli natikman ko na salted caramel flavor na di ko alam kung bakit siya salted caramel. hehe Pero yun green tea, blueberry ba yun or yun mixed, naku sulit!!! Saka yun mga bread at desserts, pero di ko natikman lahat, sulit din! I forgot yun name natikman ko, basta parang cream sandwich siya na hay.. Masarap, di masyado matamis, tamang tama lang. Ah lalo na yun mga drinks, yun mga ice tea na masarap nandito. Kahit masarap yun lipton sa mini stop, eh dito mas sulit, red tea yun panalo. Well ang pinaka favorite ko naman eh yun Milo Shake! Noong bata kasi ako, ovaltine ako lalo na sa pagpapak. Ang hirap kasi sa milo, hirap ng timpla.. Dito sa Family Stop, eto yun tamang timpla na Milo tapos shake pa. Kaya kahit 50 pesos yun large nila, kahit delikado sa lagnat sa dami ng ice, ok lang.. Ganyan siya kasarap. hehe Yun nga lang minsan panget ng timpla nila, parang bumili ka lang na malamig na milo. hehe Ok yun hotdog meal nila.. Ok lang din yun ramen nila, kahit medyo mahal.. Saka yun salad, masarap at sulit kasi marami! Ah yun gourmet sandwich nila, healthy and masarap din.
Hmmmmm kailangan nila maraming branch, kasi gaya dito, pag may pera, ang layo ng Family Mart sa amin.. Ang malapit Mini Stop at 711.. Sana dumami pa sila. Saka yun manok nila, medyo di tapat sa Mini Stop, mas maliit ng kaunti saka di naman gaano kasarap. Dapat yun Milo shake machine nila maayos lagi. hahaha Ah lastly, sana medyo babaan nila ng presyo yun mga foods nila. I mean yun meals at other food items. Di naman price drop but a bit lower, para mabusog ako 200 dapat gastusin ko. Sobra sobra sa mini stop ang 200, saka para nag jollibee na lang ako kung ganun. Pag tipid kasi ang funds, di naman mabusog pero masarap. hehe Good thing na may mga japanese food items sila benta like the green tea Kit Kat!
One time, nagwork ako some place sa chino roces ext, grabe... 711 country pala yun. Nandun kasi main office so ayun, parang 7 or 10 711 na stores sa isang street! Kung puro mini stop or family mart or puro jolly jeep yun mas sulit pa eh, kaso 711 lahat! Bad trip! hahaha Ah teka may maganda at masarap sa kanila. Yun salted caramel cone na 15 pesos lang! Hmmmm Sa kanila ata yun pesto mayo na dressing which nagpapasarap sa hotdog sandwich. Siyempre yun slurpee na masarap lang tikman once in a year. hehe Yun big gulp na talagang malaki. Ah yun 29 pesos sisig meal at giniling meal! 60 pesos dalawang ulam na, dalawang rice pa! Yun mga sandwich nila na sulit din like yun chicken pizza or parang grilled chicken burito. Ah siyempre, mister donut concessionaire sila. Ah... Lastly, dahil sila pinaka una, sila din yun pinaka marami. Minsan talaga, pag nasa place lang na sila may store, no choice di ba? Ah masarap yun hotta rice nila, yun menudo..
Well, yun chicken nila, mas masarap pa yun supermanok 2! (CRAP lang may alam noon. hehe) Or mas masarap kung ako na lang magprito. Kahit malaki, eh I don't know kung ano breading yun, ang alat. Kahit may free extra rice, di busog at sulit. Halos lahat ng hottarice nila, parang may araw na masarap, mostly di masarap. hehe Saka di convenient ha, unlike sa mini stop na ibang branch na may taga kuha ng drinks, lahat sa 711 effort, hanggang food kaw kukuha. Bwisit. hehe May salad sila kaso mahal masyado. At yun pala, kung may bill payment, sana lahat na di ba, di lang ibang company. Asar eh. hehe Eto pala, ang sikip lagi ng lugar nila. Ilan lang yun upuan, kaya ang hirap kumain. Ilan 711 lang yun malaking space. Geez..
Laking tuwa siguro nun main office ng Mini Stop sa Japan, kasi number 4 lang sila saka parang kaunti lang nila sa Japan. Dito malakas sila, dahil sa mga ibang menu saka masarap kasi. Kahit number 2 lang sila dito, eh matatalo din ang kalaban nila. Si Family Mart, eh lalakas din pero sana yun lang babaan nila ng kaunti yun price nila. Ok yun setting nila, light and fresh. 711 eh alam na dapat ang gagawin. Kung hindi, aba di na sila magnumber one pag tagal! hehe
Parehas naman sila lahat na convenient, I mean di lang yun nandiyan sila sa mga prime spaces but more what can offer. Talagang may mga mabibili ka gaya ng snacks o minsan magazine, dyaryo, o ako naman ballpen, mabuti nandiyan sila. At minsan pagsarado na tindahan, eh mayrun naman sila kahit canned goods at siyempre ang importante sa kanila, pang inom! hehe Kaya yun, ok naman sila pagdating sa pagiging store nila. Di ko pa nagawi si Lawson pero masubukan nga minsan. hehe May isa pang panalo ng convenient store kaso talagang kaunti lang ito, Mercury Drug! Grabe, di hamak mas mura sa lahat! Yun lang walang extra menu. Mayroon sila gamot! hahaha Gaya nun sa eastwood, pagsnacks at grocery, laking tipid sa mercury drug, kaysa sa Mini Stop. hehe
Kaw, kung may pang franchise ka, sino sa tatlo pipiliin mo? =)

Jdrama: No Con Kid
One day, habang nagbabantay si Reiji sa video game shop nila, aba may magandang babae pumasok na pangalan eh si Fumi.. Love at first sight siya at nalaman niya mahilig sa arcade/video games si Fumi. Nagkataon na yun game na gusto niya eh parang gradius, pero hindi yun ang name. Di sikat eh pero nakakaadik daw. hehe Parang gusto niya matuto nun para makalapit kay Fumi.
Nagkataon, nandun yun magaling na gamer na si Akinobu or ang nickname eh KID.. KID kasi yun ang initials nilalagay niya lagi sa game, sa mga kaedad ko at mahilig sa arcade, yun initials nilalagay pag na game over ka sa arcade. Eh nakita ni Reiji yun, nagkunwari siya si KID para makadiskarte kay Fumi. Kaso nalaman ni Kid yun strategy ni Reiji, naglaban sila sa arcade! Hahaha Tapos yun na, friends for life na silang tatlo hanggang 2013..
2 things lang naman ang medyo sana nagimprove sila. Una, kahit walang choice, sana nalagay nila sa storya yun ibang sikat na laro! Kasi naman, lahat ng malalaking game companies na feature naman sa Jdrama na to, bakit yun pili lang. Sabagay, hirap gawan ng istorya pero sana nalagay yun ibang sikat na laro like Street Fighter, Tekken, o yun console games pero walang square enix eh. hehe Basta yun, may console game pala kaso di sikat yun nilagay.
Saka may isa pa, sana mahaba yun storya, may season 2! hehe Kaso wala eh, pinagkasya na lang sa isang season for a 30 year span plot. Kasi pwede siya mahaba saka galing naman ng cast and story, sana mahaba siya talaga para maraming games ang naisingit!
Ang galing nung plot! I mean simple pero may magandang development, kahit malungkot sa una pero as it goes along, relevant siya. For example yun kwento ni Reiji, after noong di naging sila ni Fumi, eh nagasawa tapos bum ng matagal, pero in the end, nakabawi naman siya. Kahit galit siya sa dalawang friends niya, naintindihan niya na mali din yun mga pinaggagawa niya. Yun ganun story ayos, saka si Kid, story niya applicable sa current rich guys na yumaman due to tech na bumagsak kasi sa fraud or whatever wrong decision they made. Si Fumi, simple lang siya pero ang maganda sa kanya, made sense yun pagiging addict niya sa games!
Isa pa nagustuhan ko, yun mismong pagkagawa ng jdrama, low budget pero grabe, nakuha niya ang rights at sponsor ng mga japanese game developers! Naku, for old video game fans like me, you'll love this series!! Sarap ulitin at reminiscing yun mga arcade games na pinapakita dito. Ang galing nun naisip nila paano napasok yun game sa story. Great example, grabe yun Dragonquest sa NES, naisingit nila yun at kakatuwa yun episode na yun. Grabe yun adik nila sa game na yun! hahaha Saka yun bakbakan sa Virtua fighter 2, yun mario world na fashion show saka yun twin bee! Grabe, basta panoorin ito, a must for the old game arcade fans, well some new gamers din. hehe
Saka yun huli, ang cast! Dan Jiro, magaling as tatay dito, kakaawa pero katuwa din. Tapos yun main 3 characters, Tanaka Kei na naisip ko parang ang tanda niya for the young part of Reiji, pero nadeliver niya.. Tuwing nakikita ko siya sa ibang jdrama, parang di siya stand out. Dito may chance siya at nadeliver niya. Kita yun pagiging adik gamer.. hehe Yun KID actor, ang galing, kita mo yun otaku niya saka yun adik at real coin gamer! Galing nung acting niya.. Saka siyempre, kaya ko din pinanood, may Haru eh. hehehe Kaya siya nakikita sa commercials in japan in a clothing line, eh one of the reasons, watch this. Iba dating niya, kahit di talaga suited for her yun HS girl despite her age, yun looks niya kasi.. Pero after that role sa jdrama, ayun na, ok na siya at maganda siya.. I know she has stiff acting here pero, it was a great role for her. Lalo na yun episode na maghiwalay na ng landas sila ni Reiji, aba kakatuwa siya dun. Saka cute niya pagnaglalaro ng games! hahaha
Hay, hirap nga lang maghanap nito ng series, gusto ko kolektahin. Parang yun collection namin ng console games, pwede na nga kami magkamuseum kasi may atari, sega, nes, PS one at PS 2, computer, game boy, psp, ayun inaalikabok lang.. Di na aalagaan. But thanks to this series...
May memories of nostalgia talaga. Hahaha

Well, after watching this flick for over 2 hours, I kinda thought, he rushed going back in his gonzo genre. Two things I did not like in this new film of his, first was yeah, sensibility. I mean, after all those mayhem for 2 hours, the ending was kinda flat and hanging. I'm glad it ended at that time. Geez, I felt it just made no sense. Almost felt I wasted 2 hours. I thought that Visitor Q, which was the film I ranked the worst he made, made more sense.
Second thing, there were repetitive action scenes and not polished scenes. I don't know if he intended to do it or he also rushed it. I felt some scenes I hoped it was done differenly and some, just cut it. By the way, Mad Dog was not really utilized in this film, especially that last fight scene he has. Geez.
Anyway, not all fails in this film. Besides with the cool movie title, 3 good things happened in this film. First, wow, I love the first scene and some of the action scenes there. Sorry to spoil, but also how that yakuza blood scattered all over, I love that concept and yes, the mayhem. Indeed, he is back. Despite that rushed feeling in this film, he is back and I hope in the future, he'll think of more of this crazy films. Ah, another thing I like in this film, even he under used Mad Dog, I love how he utilized the cast. I mean the only known star in this film is Lily Franky, I don't know the lead star Hayato but the characters fit in its cast. Even that battered leading lady was good and I'm searching her name. hehe But other stars done a good job. Well, yeah I like that frog dude even he did not show his face and is that a korean star? Love that suit he wore.
Miike was able to improve a lot using his cast as time goes by. Compare from his previous films which he uses small cast, but as time went by, even he has a bigger cast, the cast delivers! Last thing I like in this film, looks great! Even with a weird plot, I mean it looks Takashi has a big budget for this film and spent it wisely. Effects used were good and doesn't feel he used a lot of CGI. Like I said before, if some action scenes were not good. Some were great, especially that Lily Franky first scene. That really kick ass! hehe
Anyway, I hope Miike was able to finish this film in order. It's a waste that it ended that way but I know.. He'll come back with a different film and same vibe. Well, Miike has done a lot of films with all the genres you can think of. I know he'll do another film better than this.
By the way, about the title, when you finished watching this, it's easy to understand. Don't worry.
Suck more blood! Not Yakuza blood..
