Habang naglalakad ako papuntang work eh ang daming ginagawa sa kalsada. Road work, nilalagyan ng aspalto yun daan para kuminis. Sa isip isip ko, nagtitipid lang ang gobyerno. Short term solution but it won't last. hehe Thanks to Dad na hindi lang Architect, kung hindi Engineer pa, tapos mechanic, carpentero and lahat na, alam na. Kaw na po Dad! hehe
Kahit mga buildings sa Makati or any high rise lalo na condos, the reason maganda ang building eh di dahil sa design or materials or even nice tiles or flooring, eh dahil na din sa engineering. Strength kung baga ng building using such design, lalo na wag naman po, earthquakes.
Or kahit sa kotse, kahit anong ganda ng kotse eh kung sirain o ka karag agad sa kaunting mileage eh panget di ba. It lasts long kasi sa engineering ng car.
Engineering also apply halos sa lahat ng bagay, furnitures, supplies, kahit appliances ata or even management!
According sa Wiki, Engineering is defined as "The creative application of scientific principles to design or develop structures, machines, apparatus, or manufacturing processes, or works utilizing them singly or in combination; or to construct or operate the same with full cognizance of their design; or to forecast their behavior under specific operating conditions; all as respects an intended function, economics of operation or safety to life and property"
Ibig sabihin it is an engineer's job to make sure that the design works under all conditions in a most safe and efficient way. Mahirap din pala work nila.

Mechanical, hmmm palpak ako sa physics eh. hehe Saka di ako nasanay magkalikot ng mga gamit, so ibig sabihin pati Electrical, malabo din.
Geo/Gas is good! Wala naman masyado ata iisipin dun, kaso buhay mo naman ang alanganin lalo kung Mining? Geez, one step to death, all the time. Saka ayoko maassign sa Middle East or sa dagat pag Gas, grabe, kung hindi sa sobrang init at desolate places, mapipirata ka pa sa dagat! Kapapanood lang kasi ng Captain Phillips. hehe
Dalawa lang ang nakikita ko pwede ako. One is Civil Engineering which involves public works and roads, o kahit building. Malaking kita este matutulong sa lahat pag ok siyempre yun mga project kahit simpleng road project or drainage eh ok na yun ha. Lalo kung makakabawas baha o makakaayos ng trapik. Gusto ko kasi dito eh di ka naman gagawa ng malaking building, puro daan, flyover or even foot bridge. hehe Madali lang kung baga.
Lastly computer engineering, which for me suits me. I think it won't only deal sa software, kung hindi sa hardware din, yun strength ng every part of CPU or mobile computing. Lalo na sa mga panahon to, napakabilis magupdate ng software at lalo na ng hardware so it's an endless innovation and engineering to achieve the fastest, effective and smartest computing which we may end up making robots with AI in the future. It may come soon than what we think of.
Well, yun lang naiisip ko na bagay sa kin. Actually akala ko nung bata ako, pag engineer..

First month of the year!
Hmmm I'm thinking kung ano nga ba January this year. Well it started wrong na. hehe Pero di naman nakakabad trip but first surprise was si Gerro eh lumipat bigla kina Dad. Ang init daw, tapos masikip with a lot of reasons well, medyo nakagaan sa kin at least makakaaral na ko ng deretcho and please a lot of rest.
It doesn't mean na ayoko ko siya dito kasi parang nasanay na din ako nandito siya at the usual stuff but well, mas makakabuti for me na to focus sa SAP and stuff. Kaya yun, ginhawa kaso may utang akong sasamahan ko siya sa PTV 4! Erghh.. He has a new crush.
Anyhow, for this month, steady lang. Sa stats, important makasurvive at makapasa, naku lalo na sa team namin na pressured. hehe
Talagang buenas tong Gaynebra este Ginebra. hahaha Number one pa din kahit nagpatalo este natalo ng TNT. Di na ko umaasa sa Alaska, ROS na lang!!!
NBA, well, IND and MIA are the beasts in the East as for my teams sa West, MEM well not good. GSW good at 6th spot. OKC surprisingly nasa top 2?! Walang Russ? No kidding?! Parang nakakaadjust sila pag wala si Russ. Edi mabuti, pero kailangan siya sa Playoffs.
Well, film fest eh tigil muna. Kahit yun pag practice sa DOTA comes to a naught.
I'll just focus of getting my head straight sa studying SAP and hope to get better bago mag training ulit. The crucial training. Damn I only have 2 weeks para iabsorb yun 1st and 2nd module. hehe I still don't have an accounting book so parang hahanap na ko sa recto.
This month, pretty much ok. Parang chill lang.

Done with the first base at the city of Makati. Now, let's go to the second base. I might just do 3 parts of this. hehe
Anyway, so after leaving that part of Aegis. Let's go forth with one of the famous buildings in Makati or I thought in the country, RCBC Plaza.
Towering I forgot how tall it is, well it houses some of the known BPO's from the past and present with some embassies around here such as Canada and Australia.
It's towering and elegant presence made this building special around Makati, with glass walls and well, musuem feel ambiance made it a wonder. It has also great food shops, restaurants and my favorite Subway. hehe
Well, no worries if you kinda came in 5 mins before your shift because you won't be late with its fast elevators, you'll reach to your workplace just in time.
KGB Philippines - It was called infonxx before, but they are still the same, serving directory assistance to UK customers. I don't know how recruitment works in this company these days or better question, are they still here? hehe They have kinda that work at home scheme but I'm not sure if it's effective and how you get your pay. Right now, they still have one office at RCBC and another one at Sta. Rosa if it still standing. Very tedious job, around 1000 calls a day. Well, you don't need customer interaction for this or even a long AHT, it just question and answer thing. Well, I'm not sure how much they pay but that many calls per day? No way. hehe
24/7 Philippines - I'll kinda reserve this one at the last part. Well, surprsingly, Optus Financial Services SME division is still there and consumer with SME will be under one LOB so more work to them, less people and a lot of stress. Mobile customer care is also there for Optus and yeah.. Quite surprised that they've become one of the biggest earners in the BPO industry despite losing some... Next time! hahaha
ADP - Damn, when I applied here I don't if I'm quite unlucky, it's already evening then I'm the last applicant for the first interview but I felt that the HR dude is kinda tired so there, I did not make it. hehe I believe but not sure that they are a HR solutions provider or kinda office solutions for other companies, but I'm sure they are using 2 monitors. This is an US inhouse account, weekdays workweek, US graveyard shift and pay is big. Around 25K. This is just a new site, so for those wanna transfer, then try here! I don't know if they have openings. It's inhouse! hehe Back office/calls but it's like you're in an office. They like OK. My previous QA, applied here as well, did she make it?
IHG - International Hotel Group, ah owns a variety of hotels, actually a hotel chain and one of the prominent brands is Holiday Inn. What they do is booking a reservation, this and that, the usual hotel accomodation thing. It's inhouse which is good. Working there? I'm not sure.. One story I know, was that one of the former employees used to work there then one day accused of having credit card fraud, meaning keeping cc's of customers. A no no in this industry. Of course, the rep did not do it and felt abused, left the company. It means, they have a bad process. Well, many are still there, I'm not sure how much they get paid, but if you have having a discount in their hotel chain, work here!
Access - this is an US call center which kinda scam o helping individuals invest in the US stock market. They have a hard training because it's a series 7 module which they do fail trainees but if you pass, you're certified US stock broker. Many tried to pass here but what I heard, well many failed. That's the start, but the hard part is once you are working in the floor. I'm not sure if they do outbound hard core sales or more into online trading then talk to the customer, but I'm thinking the films Wall Street or The boiler room thing style but well they are legal. Until now, I'm not sure but they are still there. As much I want to give how much they are earning, I can't. I don't know or don't have a clue. However, they earn big because the comissions they are getting should be in US dollars. You can try. hehe
The rest of the companies you can try to apply or work here as follows: the main RCBC office, IP convergence kinda name, Level Up! is here as well because it was egames before but beware! Nah, I won't tell it, there is a rumor on that company. hehe A skip tracing company for US, meaning looking for deliquent or very toxic bad debts. Hmmmm I can't think of others but yeah! Chevron/Petron backoffice company.
GT tower - This heck of a building looks stunning inside and out, well it's owned by Metrobank. The problem is I don't know really which companies are leasing there. Before teletech used to be there but left. Recently, Accenture used to be there but also left. It left me thinking that they left because of high rent or lease. hehe As much I want to tell other companies here, I simply can't.
Ayala building after GT tower - I forgot the name. hehe But it houses two important companies other my ever reliable BPI branch there. One is the first site and still standing Thomson Reuters which I'll discuss further later. Another is Pfizer, one of the world's leading pharma. Other than those companies I simply did not remember others. They are the ones stand out. So, why bother others?
LKG tower - this is the one after that ayala building or I know there is a UPCB bank branch before here. Staying here is John Clements, one of the leading HR/agencies for big companies/BPO's. Another important one is Manulife, but their BPO division is at technohub QC which one of my friends working there. Still working there. Good looking building but that's really it, the only important one is John Clements because of it's clientele. So if you're running out of luck, try this one.
The last building I want to discuss for this part is kinda new. Only new one but it has really good companies. Solaris Building, namesake of George Clooney space film which I don't know if somebody watched that. hehe Mysterious. Well there are three companies imporant here.
ANZ - Before, it's only a rumor but now they revealed as the inhouse company of Australia and New Zealand bank to really cut costs and this place is jam packed already. Don't you worry, they have another site but it's in Eastwood. Details? I'll share it some time. hahaha One tip, if one of your friends invite you to apply there, just try to apply and see if the opening suits you, then good luck if you pass. Day shift, big pay, but it has a bank culture. You need to dress appropriately. Geez.
Shell shared Services - To apply here, go to their website or John Clements which I did but I kinda flop. Anyway, suprisingly indeed it's a call center for Shell retailers and other services like accounting. I heard they really offer good compensation and a lot of benefits, I'm not sure if you can get a discount for their fuel. hehe For their calls, well I heard it's an US account so expect graveyard shift.
24/7 - Yes, you're not blind or seeing it wrong, they have a site here for just one account but there is a news that.. Well, next time! But I think many knows what happened here already. hahaha
To get here at Solaris, it's near Aegis and Makati Med or simply if you're coming from RCBC, it's just across the street, look for the Standard Chartered building then go at the back.

October - Well, ok lahat! Work, ok ang stats, pasado.. Bahay ayos na eh, kaso dumating na si Gerro. hehe Yun nga lang stress naman. Wala naman masyado pagbabago, kung baga nadelay. Eh biglang dami gagawin.. Hay.. Pero ok lang naman, kahit kaunti stress or busy. Unlike some months this year na sobrang pagod na, forgettable na. hehe Or wala masyado ginagawa, sayang lang. hehe Balance naman sa buwan na to. Of course, NBA na!
November- PBA na siyempre. Lintek na Gaynebra este Ginebra. hahaha Mas stress itong buwan na to, bagsak na sa stats, aba Gerro kinda di manage maayos in the first weeks. His birthday the most memorable! hahahaha Hay, sobrang alat, malas lahat na this month. Pero blessed naman ako kasi sa KCON and some things, na nagpapasalamat pa din ako na nairaos ang buwan na to. Maraming kalimutan na lang at marami pwedeng ikasaya. Pero grabe tong buwan to.
December - Christmas season indeed, first weeks were kinda very busy at di ako maugaga sa mga gagawin ko. Kaliwa't kanan ang kailangan iasikaso at siyempre aral pa ng SAP. Well, mabuti ngayon at tapos na although di talaga tapos like yun kay Gerro pero di na lagi kailangan tignan. Sacrifice tong buwan na to, from leave na unpaid at time siyempre. Pero humupa naman paglipas ng araw. Although kailangan marefresh ulit sa pagaaral at least yun na lang ifocus ko para sa upcoming days, weeks or months siguro. 9-1 na Ginebra.. hehe Katakot yun IND, MIA, POR at OKC na wala na naman Russ. Anyway, sana yun mga team na trip ko, makalusot pa! More sacrifices to come at the start of 2014 pero it's for the better of me and others perhaps. hehe
2013 for me, personally was a better year! First of all, ayun napakabilis ng panahon, at isang taon na ko sa Stellar at marami din ako nagawa. At higit sa lahat yun mga gusto ko nangyari! hehe Thank God for the blessings, family for the support and love despite conflicts or whatever. hehe Friends na maasahan at nakaintindi.. LOJ for strengthen such faith this year, year of the faith nga. Jesus of course, for the mercy and love not only sa kin pero sa lahat nakapaligid sa kin. Siyempre di lahat ng factors sa life ko eh mas ok this year, pero important mas marami pa din ang mga bagay na dapat grateful ako. Kahit simpleng health ng family ko, kahit ako yun maysakit this year, eh I'm glad wala naman major na sakit nangyari.
I'm feel so relieved despite yun mga problema at struggles ko this year eh medyo naiibsan at paganda ng paganda o medyo madali ang buhay as time goes on. Naranasan din na I thought I won't feel any love this year, of course mayroon lagi but this year, I saw someone special. hahaha But despite such rejection or let's say set aside muna, important is.. I felt it, she knows it. Sayang lang talaga. hehe
Damn I'm getting old.. Pero I feel just fine. I just feel looking forward next year. 2014 might be, or let's claim that it will be a defining move for me. For the better. Such changes might be uncomfortable for me, but..
I have no choice, it's not only for me but for the many. Always for the good of the many.

Well we have all and a normal thing to have a crush to somebody. Whether a fan or simply we are glued our eyes to that specific person. Definitely maybe its more than the looks, or simply that person captivates you through her work or personality. Admiration, inspiration, or anything that keeps you going for this person. Believing that she has more good traits than the bad ones. This one type of blog is all about that. Yes, all of them are women. Hehe Let's get started!
When did I first saw her? Hmmmm just in the movie sites and blogs. Yeah winter's bone! Although I haven't watch it fully.. I saw glimpses of it and I must say despite she looks quite dirty an poor in that film, she's a beauty. Xmen first class came to theaters, looking forward to two things. How the xmen prequel works and how JLaw looks in being mystique. Damn she's hot!
Hunger games came and I must say she's showing more than her beauty but physically capable of doing action and leading the film as well. I love her in that dark hair mode. =) she delivered a great performance!
Lastly, the reason why she is getting all the fame now was the performance of a lifetime in Silver Linings Playbook. She was able to show everything that she can do. Im still guessing that her character there has bipolar. She was funny, scary, seductive and most of all.. Very vulnerable to love. Plus she can dance a little. She done all that in one swing and gave her an Oscar!
Damn those blue piercing eyes that is very captivating. Despite not having that perfect body, well she has curves and its not really bad! She's still hot. Hehe
At her very young age, she already done great as an actress and she'llshe'll do more in the future as long she keep toes in doing indie flicks. I still love her in dark hair than in blonde mode.
Not perfect though. She's quite brash in interviews. Like there was one interview that she was saying that fireman was more lucky than being an actress. I read that article and its just her way of thinking for this job which more difficult than other jobs. Others might perceive her arrogant in some way. But I hope she does good interviews and be careful next time.
About her figure, I think its a good thing she promotes natural figure than starving to death to look thin on screen. Well she just need to be consistent about that. Maybe the roles she's getting are kinda up and down about her figure. She is voluptuous in xmen first class then in silver linings, she quite thin. Hunger games is just fine and fit for her. Winter's bone well its a demand for her role to be like that. My point is, she just need to show an image that how she looks really. Everytime I remember her face..

I read an article in Philippine Star about a certain dating site which well, features stats na kung match kayo, ano hilig, then some notes about yourself then siyempre pictures. The article was about the writer's friend who tried using this site and then met somebody tapos fiance na ata. Well I forgot yun ending basta alam ko naging sila nung nagkita sila. OkCupid is the name of this dating site. Okc for short, not Oklahoma Thunder. hehe
