Total Reset

A year ago, I'm still taking calls. Yes, when I checked yun blog ko last year, short but well, ayun kabado sa stats and all. In the end, I was kicked out.

A year later. Now, I have no shop and yes, unlucky enough no work. For the past weeks, although kailangan ng discernment or so, pero di naman ako matutuloy na. Kasi there is something came up and I think better plan. I hope it works.. I am happy, never this free not only from work but to myself. Less stress, although some worries but not really that much. Is there any regrets? Wala naman.. Naisip ko din kung paano kung FS pa ko today, pero sabi ko parang di na kaenjoy enjoy yun work. Of course, I cannot deny I miss yun mga teams, lalo na yun FS at RAM, but oh well, time to move on. =)

I don't know if there are reading, wala na ko shop. hehe I am surprised, yes, wala nang nangugulo sa kin para sa load, cellphone or those things.. Thank it's over.

I am like a new graduate, just finished something fulfilling sa buhay tapos ayun. Walang work! hahaha

However, I tried to apply bago magresign kaso ayun nga. Talagang mukha di ko pa ata time for another field of work, bagsak sa interview and worse, no reply. Geez, when I'll be lucky. hehe

For the past what, 3 weeks, I'm quite at a peaceful rate, pero siyempre getting ready na sumabak sa mga plans, lalo na sa applying for other jobs. May backup pero ayoko sana umabot dun. Kapagod na. hehe I'm praying and hoping at the same time well, I found something na not only rewarding, but a factor that will help to reach my goals and ambitions.

Yes, that's right, I might write this at the first time, my ambition. What a word to ponder..

Yeah, I should think of it since I'm not that dude who is still searching for himself or more.

I should think and focus already at that end of the road. Really, the end of the road. At that end where life is simple, happy and secured from everything. Not a perfect or carefree life, basta life of less worries..

Malaking natulong sa kin of reading books, and yes, training for a new skill since wala pa ko masyado ginagawa, at lalo't na walang pera. hahaha Stay put at home, enjoy what I have for now and get all the rest I damn want.

Ang maganda sana, once na magstart to, I hope, it will be only like 2 steps to reach those dreams or ambitions I want. Then pag nandun na, tuloy tuloy na.

But to do that, well, I hope one day I don't have to really start again.. From anything.. From scratch.

Nostalgia: Proj. 7

It only took three minutes to walk from Roosevelt hanggang Lanutan St. Habang naglalakad ako eh tinitignan ko yun mga bahay at ang laking pinagbago. Sabagay, the last time I really went there na matagal eh around 2000 pa, after nun maglipat kami. Yun lugawan sa kanto, mukhang di na yun eh, tapos yun tindahan wala na. Kahit yun botika sa Roosevelt eh Generiks na. Bagong bukas. Nagugulat ako sa ibang bahay dun, biglang laki na o magandang tignan di gaya nun panahon ko. hehe

Tapos yun kalsada semento na talaga, di na aspalto. Lalo na siguro nagkarera yun mga tricycle dun. hehe Tapos may sidewalk na talaga. Malinis at magandang tignan. I arrived sa dating bahay namin, ayun.. From bungalow to a 3 houses townhouse type, two storeys each. Damn, I can't believe naging ganun siya. hehe

Yun mga kapit bahay nandun pa din, pero may mga kaunting renovations silang ginawa. Tapos sila mang Doms na tindahan wala na, pero nandun pa din yun half court nila pero may gate na.

Yun nasa harap ng bahay namin dati, kilala ni mami yun eh white na white, pero wala na din tindahan. Yun katapat namin na bahay, nagiba lang ng pintura. Sa Road A may mga bagong bahay pero yun pataas ganun pa din. Pero yun Road B pataas, aba semento na talaga. Yun pandesalan dati, ngayon eh carinderia na at paresan, malamang iba na may-ari. Iba na kasi yun style nun bahay. Yun parking ng PLDT naging walter mart na, malaki siya. hehe Pero yun palengke ganun pa din, pero malinis na sa labas.

I can't believe after a decade eh naging ganun na ang Project 7. Changes do come in handy. Siyempre lumaki na din ako, madali na lang maglakad, kasi nun bata ako parang pagod na pagod ako maglakad. Siguro dahil maliit lang ako noon. I miss those days, lalo na yun ganito, laro sa labas, o punta sa SM kasama ang family. Linis ng linis ng bahay.. hehe At mamalengke lagi sa Mu�oz Market.

Naisip ko din, na kung di kami lumipat siguro napakahirap magaral, lalo na ang work. Especially yun UST kasi napakalayo. Yun LSQC pwede pagtiyagaan pero yun UST galing Proj 7, PM sked ako nun buong 4 years ko. hehe Which is ayoko. Malamang di ako magiging masaya nun College.

At yes, paano pa kaya pag sa work, although may LRT sa Mu�oz, eh kailan lang yun. Matagal na ko nagwork sa Makati, wala pa yun station na yun. Paano pa kaya yun Ortigas o worse Alabang. hehe Wag na siguro.

I just miss those days there, and I hope kung malinis at maayos pa noon eh mas maganda yun memories ko from this place. I can't believe that I already moved and well, just leave and move on.

Besides, I'm in a better place. =)

Tricycles still have the same toda and colors. Kaya kanina ayun, mali ata yun sinakyan ko paalis. Dapat ibang toda na lang. hehe

Impeachment

Kawawa naman yun PSBank President, isang buwan ko na siya nakikita sa TV. May ibang witness na ba?

Ah there was earlier, pero di pala siya yun dapat na witness, pinadala lang yun records ng nasasakdal pero makapal ang mukha ng prosecution, gusto witness na din nila. Hala... Fishing expedition nga. hehe Or how about the VP of PAL na it was sent packing because di naman nakalagay sa complaint or even the exact words of that attempt. Mabuti nga binigyan sila ng specific case to file, which is, bribery. Kaso yun nga, uwi na lang yun witness. Buenas niya.

And because of that, another well, mishap happened, wala silang backup after na idecline ng court yun witness, kasi may dalawang witness pa pala ang nakaabang to approve those PAL kuno freebies.

Although pwede naman nila at least to show how the freebies affected the decision of CJ, pero un first point nila na CJ is the cause of the flip flopping, they should check the facts first. May case pa nga na inhibit na siya. Hay..

You may ask, I am for the acquital of the CJ in these case. Nope, because I don't think he will go through all those 8 articles clean. May isang article dun na baka makatsamba ang prosecution. I won't say which it is. Bahala na sila, like the defense and the court says, mangisda. hehe

Although of what I understand sa law, like that SALN and how much or how should a public official should own eh parang malabo. Kung baga, parang wala naman talagang natatanggal o nahabla dahil may milyones ka sa account mo. You own a posh condo that you forgot to declare.. Even other officials in the government don't really declare all. Don't tell me, lahat ng SALN nila accurate. No!

Dapat kung ganun, aba, dapat sila icheck na ang kani kanilang SALN.

Yes, I fell asleep so many times in this trial, watching them and they are quite confused. It is work in progress..

However, di naman work in progress if our prosecution team, the ones who are representing us, and yes, our taxpayer's money, wasting efforts or at least show some orderness.

Anyway, on the part of defense, you'll be asking.. They are one of the best lawyers in our country, and they do it for free. Especially when you have a retired chief justice associate. I don't feel they serve for free. Pro bono eh?

Even the senator judges are quite confused especially on what prosecution has done with this impeachment. Parang mas sila pa yun gumagawa ng trabaho, although it's not yet defense' turn, pero yun kuha ng evidence and right questioning sila pa gumagawa. Plus a law class session from Madam Miriam, geez, kung buenas pa sila.

Damn, if I'm the senator, I'll just sleep or better yet, session na lang to approve the delayed bills. Honestly, some of the trial days, just a waste time. Especially with the Article 2 case, aba, lalong dumami yun assets ni CJ dahil nadiscover ng court, not all the work of the prosecution. Lalo na yun part about the megaworld, aba pahiya sila dun. Tignan mo, di na nila pinansin. hehe Grabe.

For me, I only watch this exercise because indeed it is a great excercise of authority of our democratic system. Even it's quite not polished, at least nakikita natin na talagang may paglilitis kahit matagal. Yun nga lang, siyempre di naman lahat maiintindihan yan ni simpleng juan.

Ano ba paki ni juan or maria sa bill of rights or book of law or even the rules of the trial. Nakakaintindi ba sila lalo't na english ang ginagamit, mabuti simpleng english lang gamit nila. But sometimes, I beg, magtagalog na lang kayo.

And mabuti, si JPE ang presiding officer, knowing how the litigation and proceedings go, dahil abugado siya. Paano kaya pag di abugado yun Senate president, like Lito Lapid no? Ayos. hahahaha

That's why for choosing the senate president para safe, abugado na ha.

Kaya sana, para sa kapakanan ng lahat, kahit tayo mga pilipino eh sana mabilis ang takbo ng kaso para na din sa katatapos ng lahat. Sayang sa oras at kahit ganun yun asunto eh naaawa ako sa nasasakdal, sa pamilya niya kasi pati sila damay. Although ganun talaga sa paglilitis, ok lang kung sa RTC eh, eh hindi. National TV coverage, every trial date. Yikes...

At sa prosecution, I can say is, medyo may talo kayo. Lalo na how it was railroaded and even one your colleagues says it was badly drafted, tapos yun defense yun ang gagamitin na points to turn this upside down. Geez, at di lang yun, marami pang kapalpakan, kaya pati yun mga judges, hilo na nga sa process, pinahihilo niyo pa. I doubt you'll even use all the witnesses because of the ruling set today. Inamin na eh, tinutulungan na, pasaway pa din. Ano na? Sira na ang plano. hehe

I won't agree if this did not go through at your favor, you'll launch people power or what.. It's just badly prepared. Another thing, well, since you have all the money I mean may funds. Get some great lawyers as well. Ang dami diyan.. Tapos ibibigay niyo mga private prosecutor, kung hindi bata at mukhang shock lagi pag nasa harap na, eh yun isa matapang eh pero palpak naman. Nakita ko siya kanina at sabi ko, we have lawyers better than him. Geez, ano to.. That lawyer who shouted, damn.. Kanina he was pleading so much, that I thought he will going to cry.

And yes, please lahat ng prosecutors, from the lower house should be lawyers. Please since ganun naman ang trending sa political system natin, don't tell sa 200 plus na members ng lower house, eh 10-20 lang ang lawyers. Come on.. Even the speaker of the house is a lawyer. Naawa lang ako dun sa narepresent kanina ng PAL VP, although he has a point, but well.. He's clearly done.. Afraid and no confidence, he submitted. Yun lang ang alam niyang sabihin.

Tapos, may plans pa kayong di na idefend yun ibang articles? Naman eh yun iba dun pwede pa eh.. Katamaran na? Dahil malapit na ba eleksyon and end of sessions? Well.. Tama nga sabi ni JPE, baka gusto niyo ayusin yun complaint?

Defense, well, grabe ang ginawa niyo. Lalo na yun suhol news about the judges, that's a heavy accusation.. You should really defend yourselves. hehe I can sense na may laban sila because of the probono team you have. Damn, I just thought all of you are Michael Clayton. Although my sense will not help, but they are the ones will adjust the truth. Slightly, thanks to the shed of incompetence of the other party.

Maybe I'm more interested watching your side than the other party. Seem well prepared and ready to face the sanctions or accusations. Kudos to Justice Cuevas, damn.. That's the lawyer I need. Remember may team siya ha. May team siya. hehe

I hope they will release the $ account even without any request from the court, yun kusa kung baga. Tapos, ponto por ponto lahat ng articles, defend nila na bakit dapat acquittal yun kay CJ.

At least, feeling ko pag turn na nila, eh handa na sila at walang fishing expedition. And please, don't always go to your own turf for a remedy. You know what I mean.

To CJ.. Well, our doubts will stay when you're acquitted kasi on some actions you've done. Feeling ko lang lalo na yun biglang withdraw ha.. hehe But I hope, a fair justice will be on your side. Sayang UST ka pa naman nagdoctorate. hehe I feel sorry lalo na pag nadadala yun family mo and others at yes even the past will unearth before us. I hope they will stay strong.

If you're convicted, well, sorry, you'll not be the CJ. Simple as that. When I first saw you, even you were appointed by that little lady, oh well, parang di naman ata maging bias to. Yun nga, like PAL case, the Luisita and other cases at infairness medyo bumibilis ang mga kaso. Slight lang.

Senator Judges, I hope you'll always be fair, and kudos to JPE for handling the trial in the most fair possible. Siyempre, nandiyan sila Miriam, and other senator lawyers. Ok din si Sen. Osme�a, very normal and questions and Marcos. Well, yun iba di ko alam kung nakikinig, o natutulog na or worse, nosebleed na. hahaha

I just hope if that day comes, alam ko mahirap magdecide whether the evidences and testimonies are enough to really impeach the CJ.. Just think for the nation.. And for the justice system which even a really decaying state, it stands still.

Basta isipin lang, na talaga bang ganito itong tao na to at nagawa niya ang lahat o di naman at nadawit lang ang pangalan niya. Suggestion, I hope mas maganda at ikakabilis, wag na silang magtanong, bigyan na lang ng evidence then proceed or gawin na lang isang committee yun impeachment court. Although aayusin yun constitution pag ganun. hehe

Hmmmm AMLAC, and yes the congress to really fix that bank secrecy act, how AMLAC will do their job if they cannot access foreign currency, edi lalo tayong prone sa money laundering, not only here but others who want to wire money here and hide from you know, criminal acts.. Mabilis, at tama ang trial. Kaso parang hindi eh. Something's really wrong in our justice system kasi di lahat ng kaso ganoon kabilis. Yun mga simpleng kaso, napakatagal, pag complicated ang kaso, parang mas maaga like this, I'm not suprised with that especially with all the technicalities of law.. Anyway.

It's just sad and I think, puttng so much weight in those scales through well, power, money and strategy makes it work.. So that's justice now..

Their best album is the Bends. Even they released a lot after that second album, still, it's the best for me. Until now. It's a mixture of great alternative songs and prelude of what they are doing now, somewhat electronic mix of rock. That was evident in OK computer onwards. However, this is the song it made me cry. Third Song. Actually, they have a lot of songs to choose from but I chose this from their great Kid A album because.. It brings back the JD style of music, digital yet, somehow experimental rock track. Another is the feel of it, it's great coming from a great players, from bass, some synthesizers and most of all, drums. Electricfying!

I think this was the song I was hooked to them. I saw their weird yet fun music video wayback HS days. Geez, man running from a slowing car and Thom just singing this song. Quite nostalgic perhaps.

Although the song is not really deep, but what I like is it starts slow then they mixed up until it reaches the end. The vocals were not that complicated meaning no high pitches or so but great because of the pace. The rhythm is simply great from the mixes and how the song goes, quite melodic but it never bores you like other rock songs which has just a good tune but it bores you out. This one, nah.. Then the end just cuts out. That's it.. Even the vid, well, it cuts out and weird, where was Thom at the end?

Simply it hooked it, actually I should put headmaster's ritual here, but I believe, this one is better. Way better.
