Yes, at this point of this year, I can't see any hope. hehe A lowdown I guess, kasi naman sa work, ayun kundi ka pa naman minamalas, hay... You have a letter.. =(

I'm thinking now to quit and well, patapon na lang somewhere LOB but anyhow I won't give up on this one.. At least dito I did my best and it's just both sides, from the company and by myself.. I have still 1 quarter to have a lifeline and tignan natin ano masusulat ko sa July!!! hehe

At the start of month, well, you can't get all good things.. Ok sa shop pero sa work, hindi. Ok ulit sa shop but in the work, getting worse.. Good job!

And of course, tasks never runs out. It was a sad day not only because di lang sa work pero yes, somebody passed away.. The one who took care my mom in her younger years, passed away.. I hope she will be right there, in heaven.. Thanks for everything and God bless sa family nila.. =(

Geez, in 2 years in a row, somebody passed away.. I know, it's a hard truth to face that death is a part of our lives. But as Jesus, well, he broke that in thought us to believe that life never ends in death.. As we approach holy week, we should reflect not only death but also how to face life, with faith, hope and lot of love.. I don't look that I do believe one because I look tired everybody but yes, those are my driving forces..

Bahala na, basta importante, di naman matatapos ang lahat sa kamatayan, matutuloy naman ang life after that, wherever you will be.. Which siyempre, di natin alam. =)

What else? Ayos naman ang anniversary kaso ayun.. Ok na eh, kahit masikip pero maraming alak at kaunti lang talaga yun pagkain but malasa.. Ang bad trip lang yun fashion show, akalain mo, talo kami.. Di naman sa bias, basta naku.. I can't just believe it.. hehe

You might say, how things going bad these days.. Good thing next week will be holy week kaya siguro it is needed to stop for a while and make yourself like alone and think.. Reflect and for me, ayun, still plan and look at my present and future.. Alam ko it's still a long way but as this year goes, medyo may nasusunod na, yun iba, mukhang delay pero mangyayari pa din. hehe

And I'll do my best pa din to stay with my current team.. Peste kasi, ang alat talaga, di agad makabawi.. Hay..

Nagulat nga ko sa Led Zep playlist ko, maiksi pero ok lang, I hope you like my list.. Di ko na inexpand yun side ko sa list kasi kung hindi, sobrang haba bawat kanta, at feeling ko paulit ulit na lang yun description ko pag talagang prepared ako.. Kaya tama lang yun ganun kaiksi. Besides, 4th lang sila from my fave band. hehe

Medyo serious ata kasi yun Led Zep, let's go to a band which lighter, innovative, creative at higit sa lahat, patawa talaga!!! =)

When I saw this music video, from Myx, I was stunned. I can't believe that how powerful and lovely is this song.. From romantic, sexy then yet, very powerful rock song.. Robert has the romantic parts, then Jones' bass well, just do his part, Bonham's drums are simply really unmatched. He just rip off the drums from almost the whole song, he is consistently fast and especially the bridge part.. Jimmy, says it all, wow.. His guitar became a violin.. Geez.. hehe But his riffs, the solo part, wow, god like..

Then the lyrics, became well, legendary lovely and quite horny. hehe Especially on how Robert growls and shouts, damn.. It's a good score for a softporn scene. hahaha However, seriously, this song, is the best Led Zep for me.. =)

This song made me their fan, and it really stuck in my head and ears and yes, that's how I discovered Led Zeppelin.. Definitely and nobody will dare to touch this song and ripping it off.. Please!!!!!

The second song, I think inspired many rock stars.. From tommy lee, jim morrison, and other rock stars who has put a sexy stamp in rock and roll.. Girls and love, even drugs.. They are inspired to this song.. Because well, with this song, even it's short, it's one of the best rock songs!!!!!

With it's rocking blues intro until it progesses to a non-stop raging romantic Robert singing until it ends, simply unmatched. =)

What it does best in the other 3 is because the song is fast and all in one go, such as the greatness of Bonham drums, then you can hear Jones' rocking bass, of course the lovely blues rock solo by Jimmy and of course, the edgy lovely voice of Robert simply let's say, it did attract some women about that voice.. hehe At the first time I heard the song, I was suprised that they are british.. I mean, in that song, I thought it was Axl Rose but wow, Axl Rose was inspired by Robert..

Geez.. that's were the sexy rock voice came in, way ahead of time and inspired many rock dudes to do the same, until now.. But of course, I believe, none matched to Robert..

The rise and low of his voice and sound rocking sweet, that really is Robert Plant for you!!! For the whole band, this powerful song, after I hear it, even you think it was hard to do but it seems for them, it was effortless.. That's how great they are.. =)

Ah yes, you might think what is the number one song? Lots of love I can say in my fave led zep song.. hehe

Kashmir

Nah, it is not about the warring state in between Pakistan and India.. I can't believe that Jimmy Page used this in the Godzilla OST with P.Diddy, geez.. Bad move. hehe

The guitar rhythm like in the when the levee breaks, for this one.. Marvelous.. A great rock song coupled with a good organ beat, which sounds like an anthem. hehe But never the less, it's like stairway to heaven but it has longer guitar rifts and the mood itself, it is like in kashmir, a hot desert place. hehe Which is good, and of course, the voice of Robert really stands out especially, like usual at the end of the song.. The drums of Bonham also are great especially in the inbetween parts, damn, it's just pure slow yet majestic pace.. I like this than the other two because at this song, lyrics are better, it shows how good Robert is and the similar riffs of Jimmy are great, even there is less variety, damn, wow.. He's the only one can do it.. He's guitar godlike ability still surpasses even until now.

Simply great, and well, I hope, they won't like or do it again, let others sing it, because they are the only ones can play this song.. =)

I won't make this long, since the song is very long and the longest of the five but definitely, it is worth 8 minutes of listening to it.. =)

At the time I heard this song, it's a very long folk song coupled with a very hard rock anthem to it and yes, it became one of my favorite Led Zep songs. At least, most of us liked the song.. It a very deep song with a strong message which damn, I did not know. hehe

Anyhow, for this song, what I like is the different levels of rock rhythm used to play this song, at the first very slow then as it progresses, it became a true hard rock anthem.. I think it inspired all rock ballad bans like Def Leppard, or Air supply, Toto, or those rock groups ending up their songs playing in karaoke. hehe

But for this one, it's hard to sing it in karaoke but nevertheless.. Simply amazing especially the guitar solo part, damn.. I wish I could be like Jimmy.. =)

Drum beats were good as well, but it's hard to match of course.. Bass is simple which possible to copy but the vocals. Especially at the end part, simply unmatched.. =)

This time, Robert stood out as he sings slowly then as the song goes on, it became powerful and he did want us to engage the song.. Even it's so long, but definitely, it's worth listening to it.

He sang it with passion like telling a sad story or a tragic story.. I thought it's feel good song but nah, with the lyrics of it, it's not inspiring. hehe That's what I feel.

However, yes, this song is better played especially at the times I'm travelling especially in a long journey or walk.. The song did makes you wonder.

I wonder, how to build this stairway?

Yes, I'm not buying but better yet, I'll just build one and besides...

When the Levee Breaks

Led Zeppelin, damn.. I bought their remasters album since HS, just being curious.. Ah yes, I saw one of their music videos before at Myx (not the present myx, the first days of Myx which managed by great Toti Dalmacion) I saw this video, and I was blown away by the performance of this manic band, from the voice, the band techniques and yes, the Jimmy Page violin part guitar session.. So I searched and yes, it was Led Zep.. The strong bass from John Paul Jones, then the great rock drummer, John Bonham.. Of course, the legendary guitarist, extraordinaire Jimmy Page and yes, the real rock vocal god, Robert Plant.. You have one of the best rock group that ever existed.. Geez.. However, of course, they are just my fourth fave band, maybe because they are just too much rock and well, did not have any other mode they have done.. Pure holistic, perfect rock and roll band.. Rock Gods, but yes, for me, they are not my real idols.. As compare to my favorite band. =)

However, well, they are still one of my favorite bands.. =)

Well, I'll search for their reunion concert and yes, I won't really detail their legendary history.. It's just sad they disbanded due to the death of Bonham but that's ok as a sign of how close they are each other.. It's like we won't be Led Zep without him.. Which is, they are correct..

Of course, because of them.. Simply many bands or almost all the rock bands are influenced by them, from the very dark and well, hard core bands, to the lighter and alternative bands.. I won't be surprised that in their list, this is their influence. =)

Ah yes, why this is number 5?

Because of the sucker punch trailer, my ears got mesmerized with the opening song.. The intro and drums and guitar rhythm, riffs, wow I first thought it's a new alternative song.. Fool me, it was a Led Zeppelin circa 1971.. What the heck, can you believe that was wayback 1971.. This song can well match the songs today, just the instrumental part of it, damn!!! That's simply fantastic rhythm and simple drums even I can say without the powerful vocals of Robert, that's enough for me. =)

Actually, I thought I can get the lyrics here but oh well, copyright protection but anyway, I don't care. hehe

Anyway, yes they have great songs but some of them are quite dragging and not balanced, like Black Dog or Trample underfoot.. Too long and sometimes I fall asleep for it.. But this one, has slow then it will rise off then slow again.. It has great balance of the vocals then the riffs, that's simply great. Then the ongoing rock melody which you want to keep listening over and over again..

That's why I put this at my fave songs from them even I just discovered it last month, thanks to Sucker Punch.. hehehe

I was quite surprised, it was not really used in the movie. Better, I think it's just better used it in the trailer, just the right song for that kind of mood. Not in the movie itself. =(

This month will be simpler and well, I might say boring. hehe I don't know what to expect because it's a new quarter, for April a new month.

At least 10 blogs alam ko na ilalagay ko and it's all bout music siguro. About great bands.

Other than that, wala pa ko naiisip.. hehe

This month simply well, holistic and I can say quiet...

Sana ok na stats ko for the team lalo na bago na at yes, may warning, naku, kailangan na pumasa para umabot pa ko dito sa FS. =)

I'm now finishing my downloading task which really overdue, lalo na sa mga nagpa order pa, kaya kailangan tapusin na para wala na gulo. Besides, mukhang ayos na yun burning programs ko. At iba na gagamitin ko. hehe

Basta siguro, wala naman surprising this month, just do what I need to do and needs to be done..

It will be a long month but I can sense it won't be tiring.. Bago yun ha. Di tiring? =)

Ah yes, well, persistance did not work, and yeah.. Hmmmm destiny did not allow it I guess..

But nah, I'll move on..
