Budget deficits are increasing in yearly basis.. Meaning we don't serve our people when needed.

Peace and order.. Well, it's going downward progress to have peace in the southern regions and still political dynasties are there. Private Armies stopped but come on, mayrun pa din..

Law system.. Same method and not improving.. Slow like crabs with it's mentality

Health system, a dream for universal coverage will be still a dream.

Politics? New face, new tactics, same objective.

Our nation is now in the hands of a person who's getting the best free ride in his life. Wow..

Natatawa ako habang nakatayo kami for 2 hours sa terminal. Watching the preparations of his inauguration.. Even his glasses ha bago.. Sana ako din. hehe

We are only presenting a new president right? Not a king.

It's hard to imagine kung paano niya masosolve lahat ng problema in his short term. 6 years is not enough to really solve the problems I mentioned above.. Pero sana kahit papano may magbago talaga..

Change in our nation for a better future.. Future para sa ating mga susunod na henerasyon..

Paano niya gagawin yun? First step, get competent men and women. His cabinet? Some well, I don't know them but some, it's like a gift for supporting me. That's public service my friend. Yes..

If I have my own cabinet, well not literally cabinet ng damit. hehe Pero seriously, I'll get the best for each department. If I need to get mad men, so be it. Like in DOJ, the best laywer who can prosecute all wanted criminals by the gov't or the people itself. Then from there, lahat naman ng tao sa DOJ susunod sa kanya di ba. Or how about sa DOH, who should be a doctor not only to warn us iwas paputok sa new year, but also a doctor who wants to pursue our country in universal healthcare.. Or eto na lang, DPWH, the best engineer or architect na di lang friend ko siya o malapit sa kin, but the person who can build good infrastructure for improving our lives. How about DTI or PSE, a prominent businessman who has not so perfect record but at least who was able to manage his business in good shape.

Mga ganon tao ba, great and has a heart of honesty, intergrity, humility, focus in his job description and most of all, a servant..

Naks.. Siyempre di lang sa cabinet but of course, the laws he will sign. Is he going for cha cha? Or how about a law allowing the picture of smoking bad for your health even he is a smoker.. How about that?

He should pass policies na talagang makakatulong sa pag dali ng buhay. I mean ako ok lang ang evat kasi we need funds, I know, di naging madali buhay dun pero kung walang evat, malamang uutang na naman tayo sa WB. Ok lang kung umutang eh, kaso may interest. hehe

Alam ko kailangan marami siyang gawin pero itong bagay na to ang magbabago sa preception ko sa kanya.

His leadership values towards his colleagues. I mean, kung ikaw lang mabait tapos yun mga alipores mo di nagbago kahit mabait ka, wala din. Dito na papasok ang will ng leader. Serve punishment if needed to just straighten your troops, or reward them if they do good. Show assertives (na di ko nagagawa sa calls. hehe) and push your colleagues to the limit. Be firm and patient and of course, kung may mali, ayusin agad. Tapos alam ko mahirap tong part na to, but ganun talaga. If you are a leader, you really need to stand by example. To follow you.. To guide you as well. Accept feedback and most of all transparent with them..

I read an article in Phil Star, Ninoy wrote a letter to Noynoy, one of the last letters..

I can say, is talagang magaling si Ninoy not only in his words but also his humility and service..

May part dun na nagpapatawa pa siya ha tapos, shift sa serious, lalo na yun part na dapat may lupa si Noy somewhere visayas ata, negros kaso nabenta na ni Ninoy kasi pangpondo laban kay Marcos. Nagsorry siya kay Noy saka kay Kris, tapos nagsorry din siya kasi siya na hahaligi sa family. Lagi sinasabi ni Ninoy kay Noy na alagaan si Cory at mga kapatid niya.

Pasensya na nasama siya sa gulo at gusto niya talaga na yun family niya ay sa tahimik at di sa ganun sitwasyon. At eto yun talagang nagbigay sa kin pride kay Ninoy.. Wag susuko sa laban para sa bayan.. Mabuti na lang mamatay na may dignidad kaysa sa sumuko at mawala lahat ng minimithi ng bayan natin.

At mukhang ganun na ginawa ni Noy ngayon at sa tingin nanginig siya sulat kaya eto, susubukan niya bigyan ng bagong landas ang ating mahal na Pilipinas..

Walang corrupt, walang mahirap..
