Legion of Doom

May tagteam champions dati sa WWF na pangalan eh Legion of Doom. Astig ang mga costume tapos pulbos ang kalaban!!! Nice face paint as well. hehe

Oh well, this is not about them. It is about one of the unforgettable experience we had ng CRAP about watching a forgettable movie. Hehe

Saturday, well, tahimik lang ako sa shop, waiting na malakas na benta, tumawag si Rheg about watching Avatar na I gave up. hehe Kasi naman di ba, from xmas then sometime, ayun ayoko ko na. hehe However, si Igz gusto pa din makanood ng Avatar. I know, Avatar is good, especially with the special effects and well, in 3D. Si Doc, ayun, day off sa shift, ok din daw.

Kaso mukhang ok naman lahat sa Avatar. The problem, siyempre, mahal. hehe

So sara ng shop maaga, meet Doc, tapos uwi muna. Ok, naman yun charger na binili ni Doc. Tapos dumating na si Rheg, pero wala pa yun promotor. hehehe

We decided to got at Trinoma, thinking na may 2D or mura yun 3D ng Avatar. Habang nasa jeep kami, panay update si Igz, nasa ganyan na daw siya, pero ika nga ni Rheg, magaling magdrowing. Peace! hehe

Then, nakarating na Trinoma, ayun, akyat sa cinemas agad. Looked at Avatar and it's full. Called Igz, told him about it. Siyempre, check namin kung ano pa available na movie, sabi ko nga daybreakers eh, medyo maganda kasi review. Second choice Legion, which is new, no reviews yet pero naging ok siya sa kin dahil sa trailer, astig yun story, parang graphic novel.

Yun eh kung ganun pa din pag napanood na. hehe Nakarating na si Igz, pero tambay muna sa timezone, kaunting Street Fighter IV, hehe tapos deretcho na sa Legion.

Dapat tinapos ko na lang yun Street Fighter IV. hehe

Ah, oo nakakain pala kami sa Jollibee with the very large fries daw. Anak ng tokwa, eh medium lang yun sa BK eh. hehe

Sana di na lang kami nagtipid for Jollibee, at nanood na lang for Avatar sa IMAX. hehe

Ayun, Legion started, well, I don't really want to explain the crap, oh sorry the plot. That's why wala siyang post for a review.

God lost hope in humanity so he wants us well dead. Sent all his angels to wipe us out, but only one angel doesn't want to do that. That angel is Michael, played by Paul Bettany. Then, the only way to save humanity? A child will be born to save us. Well, Michael knows where to find the child, in a simple diner, situated in a desert.

Actually, maganda ang cast. You have Dennis Quaid who is the bothersome dad. hehe Tapos, may chick din, well, yun bida na girl chick din. Well, other cast as well, ok din but patay naman agad. hehe Oh, lalo na si Tyrese, damn, minsan ka na lang tatawa, ayun, patay din. hehe Waahhh. The first scenes, lalo na with the foul mouthed granny, ok naman, pero nun tumagal na, ayun, inaantok na ko. Lalo na sa emo moments, tawag nga ni Igz, bad timing. Crap. hehe

Oh, yun second bida? Sabi he's from the fast and furious 3, well, nothing notable. Redneck dude. Damn. hehe

Well, at the end, baby was born, humanity saved for a while then Angels ayos na tapos yun lang.

Sometimes, trailers, make the movie look good, marketing perhaps. It did great on this one. hehe I mean, galing ng trailer tapos pag nood mo, ayun, sa huli, inaantok ako, parang di matapos yun gulo. Walang development.

I did watch Sherlock Holmes, it's fantastic, pero yun first impression ko, inantok ako. But, last film showing naman kasi yun, saka pagod na ko. Makulit kasi si becky. hehe Tapos, eto, last film showing na, olats pa. Great!!!

Good thing, kasama ko tong CRAP, kasi kung hindi, damn, I'm cursing myself. I should've watch Avatar even I won't eat for a day. hehe Or daybreakers which has a good at least review. Or kahit Sherlock na lang ulit, kasi magaling talaga si Robert Downey. hehe

Good thing talaga, the worst movie we watched made it fun kasi kasama ko sila. Asaran, kulitan and well, ditching this movie off!!!!

Looking back that day, mukhang it started for a string of unlucky until today. I'm glad tapos na yun at look forward watching a good movie.

Man, I'll just watch fast and furious again than this one. hehe O siguro, zombieland ulit, pambawi. hehe Ewan ko sa tatlo.

Ah!!! Para makabawi, I definitely, encourage you to watch Moon (2009), Sam Rockwell. Galing, kahit maiksi, and low budget, definitely one of the best sci-fi films recently, decade. All time? Yah. hehe Yun ang good trailer, kala mo yun, pero pag pinanood mo, wrong. hehehe Iba pala yun plot.

Yun ginawa ko after watching Legion.

Ganoon din ang feeling yun mga nanood, jam packed eh. Mga di nakapasok sa Avatar. hehe
