Regular Letter

I have many letters received every month like bills, collections or even deliveries, but for this month, this is quite special.. Due to the performance and making alive after 6 months, you're a regular employee!! Yehey. Resign na! hahaha

Honestly, masaya ako kasi after that grueling 6 months of catching up the stats tapos contribute sa team, at ayun pasok pa din, masaya kala ko liguak na ko next month. Thank God, I'm a regular employee. Sad din kasi siyempre di lahat ng kabatch ko nakaregular, paubos kami. Saka wala naman dagdag na benefits or disadvantage eh!!!

Lalo na pag mababa VOC, dalawang poor surveys, goodbye! hehe

Katakot, kaya sana umabot man lang ako ng January. hehe

I can't believe I became regular with such a busy state. I mean everyday I wake up, siyempre 2 things agad iniisip ko, my shop which is need to survive and improve tapos yun stats ko pa for the day..

If you're going to ask how I do it? I'm sorry, I can't answer that either. hehe

Well, siguro sugod ng sugod attitude, hanggang kaya ko pa, sige lang. Saka siyempre may goals ako for this year while joining them. Promote? Nah, lalo na nun nakikita ko yun ginagawa ng iba, wag muna. Siguro kung isa lang ginagawa ko everyday, pwede!! Kaso hindi eh.. Sana may clone ako. hehe

Definitely there is luck kasi sa VOC surveys naman di madali yun, para nga mas mahirap ito not like Dell survey.. Iba talaga yun customers namin. Pero other than that, easy.. hehe

Tools, policies, siyempre morning shift at VL w/o pay, plot agad, pwede na.. Pero as of now, I can still say Dell pa din. hehe Iba eh, iba yun perks ng Dell..

Anyway, I did enjoy receiving the letter.. I want to thank siyempre kay TL Jo-anne for being patient with me, lalo na sa VOC. Kahit minsan medyo bad trip pero approachable saka masaya naman. hehe Thanks TL for everything siyempre!!

Team mates, from SME hanggang sa mga katabi ko, thanks din sa tips! Kung wala sila, malamang nasa ibang LOB na ko. haha

Oh kahit na lang sa mga katabi ko kahit sa ibang team, thanks din, lalo na kakuwentuhan sa avail time dati!! Ngayon, wala na.haha Sa ACW na lang nagkwentuhan..

Siyempre sa mga natitira pang batch 16, basta kung kaya pa, stay put!!! Kakatawa, yun mga dating gusto umalis o lumipat, ayun sila pa yun nandito pa din until now. haha Very ironic but that's good, at least committed di ba? Me? Di ah, siguro pag nafeel ko na masisibak ako, sige other plans, but for now.. Safe pa naman.. Still here and doing my best to contribute for the team..

I'm looking forward to work further and sana malayo marating ng team namin!!! Lahat ng taga FS siyempre din. hehe Sama sama. Saka siyempre sana may team building ulit!!! Yehey.. Kahit hati hati sa bayad go na!!!
